I came back after having a great experience with Jonisse. The store was closed at 9:45 (it's supposed to be open at 9am) despite my checking online for hours and wait time (zero minutes). The girl who opened the door was upset because the manager messed up and she came in to help. I left because I'm not going to let someone cut my hair who is clearly distressed. My guy needed a quick haircut desperately and this is real close to our place, we walked in and thank goodness I checked in online (good tip to do so and that way you're not waiting as long) we waited less than 10 minutes. His hairstylist was a sweetheart and got him taken care of fairly quickly, which is good since he's a bit impatient at times lol We will be back again, when he needs his next haircut, he's a truck driver and is in town once every few weeks, he likes the lady that cut his hair and said she did a good job. read more

I booked a wash and blowout before my flight back home for 8am, I was a few minutes late because I couldn't find the building. I park & see that the hours say 9am-5pm and I call just to make sure and the RUDE lady on the phone had an attitude and vaguely said "we have regular business hours and we're booked out". severely lacking manners. long story short, they refused to see me because I couldn't find the building and they can't manage to update their hours on their building. If I didn't see the hours on the door and ponder if I was in the right place, I could have gotten my service done. read more

Had a walk in with woman I believe was named Ashley, she gave me the most PERFECT layered emo style I have ever gotten. Completely beyond expectations, I've spend 2x the amount of money at speciality salons meant for alternative styles and have been disappointed. She was incredibly careful and purposeful with every cut and layer she made. Most people whip out a straight razor and go at it and it turns out awful. I've been here only a few times for haircuts but each time has been a win. Always lovely people working here, can't recommend this location more! read more

I was excited to finally get a haircut. Well I definitely should have waited. I wanted 4 inches cut off, my hair was long past middle of my back, poor idea. They stylist cut my hair dry (I have never had a dry haircut) Then came to long layers and framing my face is where it all went wrong. My hair is much shorter than I wanted it. I'm so upset. The face framing... she kept trying to fix and making it worse. I told her no more she offered for me to drive to another salon. Omg so beyond mad. I am here now and I am WAITING. I must add VERY. VERY impatiently! The girl that "fixed" it was nice but this isn't the haircut I have gotten for years. Never again-Never At this point they need to pay me for haircut. I call before I make an appointment if how much is the color and trim, the lady said $60 color and $21.99 hair cut, when I went there in the middle of service I just found out that my stylist (Stella) is a rookie/trainee, I told her I don't want layer cut and she did it I don't want to freak out and give her a chance after 2 hrs I'm not really satisfied with the service, as you can see in the picture, a stain in my forehead and arm she told me to use a hand sanitizer to clean the stain, the stain from my forehead I found it when I went home. I purchased a color remover. The price is different I paid $115 + the tip. Definitely I won't come back . read more

She was very careful and gentle at cutting my hair, took all the dryness out gave a wonderful form and was considerate about how much time I can have everyday at styling it to see what fit better. Crystal is fabulous; been going to her for a few years across different locations she has worked at. Only stylist I have found who doesn't judge me for my desired hairstyle, but instead is happy to work with me and make encouraging suggestions to make it more what I am looking for. I like this location because it is a 5 minute drive from me & the online appointment setting is really cool since I don't like being forced to 'call' a place to make arrangements for an appointment - not to mention it often takes the stylist away from their customer. read more

Let me preface this review by saying I am very particular about my hair color and Eli gave me the most beautiful hair color I have EVER had in my LIFE. He corrected the color I had previously had, paying incredible attention to every facet of the process. The end process was a gorgeous light blonde and honey blonde combination which highlighted and gave dimension. I'm so happy and my husband said how beautiful it was. This is not SUPERCUTS, this place is super sucked. I went and took my 12 year old daughter to this place. The name of the person who cut her hair was bree. My daughter showed her the picture of the haircut that she wants. Its not really a complicated haircut is just a front layered. She did a super shitty job. How can someone do that to 12 year old girl. For all the parents if you guys dont want your kids to be upset and depressed. Please dont bring them to any super cuts. I guess you really get what you paid for. But it does not mean you can just ruin someones hair. How would you feel if I cut your hair the way you did to her? If you cant follow directions from your customers then you should do something else, stop cutting peoples hair just cut trees or grass instead. Change your profession. read more
