Total spent money around $1000 (specialist + tips). During initial consultation I was told it's around 2 sittings. After first sitting I was forced to give a fixed amount of tips. The 2nd sitting they no longer requested me to do so. After 2nd sitting I was told I had so much hair and it's really hard to dye to blonde from black. If I want the color lighter and more black hair to be dyed to blonde I can come again. Hm.. I think $1000 is too much to get a result like this. It feels like Julia doesn't have experience dying black hair to blonde (otherwise she should have told me her comments from day 1 evaluation so I know what I am getting from the money I paid). My experience after getting a Brazilian blowout for my daughter was okay. Looked great for a few…read moreweeks but even after following the directions/upkeep from the stylist, her hair started to frizz out again. We even stop washing her hair as often due to the instructions. Her hair isn't as bad as before but thought it would last longer especially with that expensive price tag. I asked about what products to use, not that I wanted to buy it, but when checking out, I was rang up for the products at full price. I didn't want to make a scene so I just purchased it. Asking shouldn't be an assumption that I wanted to buy. So using their product suggestions and instructions on how to maintain her hair, didn't work out as well as I thought.
