I first went here two weeks ago, because I saw the special in the window for a mani/pedi $35. Ann did a great job, Foot massage was excellent, and she took special attention, because I am very ticklish on the bottom of my feet. I decided to go back for a hair cut with Lou. He was very polite and professional, and gave me an incredible scalp massage with the shampoo. This was totally unexpected an appreciated. I go here all the time to get my hair cut. They do a great job and the price is right! I also have had my nails done here a few times. They did an awesome job for my wedding - mani, pedi, with white tips & crystals. I had to get the tips taken off a few days after the wedding because I was going on vacation - the girl was so nice about taking them off (same girl) she didn't even charge me! For mens and kids haircuts, have not seen better or more considerate place than this. Perfectly clean and quick. Great family place. Cost very reasonable and not the kind of place that pushes product. I simply do not know about women's hair, skin and nails there. Have not had that experience. They are very friendly and accommodating even when I walk in to have my hair cut at 6:59 PM as they are shutting off the lights for the evening after a 12 hr day. read more

The Pro Cut Salon was a great surprise. I went today around 3:30PM and there was only one customer ahead of me, but Dat and his other 2 barbers moved everyone along while giving each person the exact cut they wanted. As for me; I am a fussy old bird but Dat took the time to cut my hair perfectly; especially over the ears where my eyeglasses tend to make my hair stick out. I highly recommend this shop. My husband is a regular here to get his haircut -- fast and cheap, nothing fancy. So i decided to drop in to get my nails done one day. It was so unsanitary. They dont change the towels that you put your feet on while you get your pedicure. And for the tub you put you feet in ... all they do is drain the previous customer's water and refill it. No scrubbing, not even a rinse for the tub. It was on a fourth of july holiday, there werent lines, but it did seem booked, so we felt extremely rushed. Their service was brusk The lady dsidnt even turn on the dryer for my nails, telling me to turn it on myself because she already started on another customer.... when i did it, i accidentally ruined a nail. I showed it to her, and she pretended that it looked fine. I'm never ever going back there again, what a horrible experience. But I guess if you want a simple cheap cut, you can drop by. read more

Not decent and probably some hygienic issue. They appear friendly and chatty. But when you have an issue with their service, that is another story. My back neck was itchy and felt irritated right after the haircut. I looked at it using a mirror as I came home, finding that body part was red and swollen---apparently due to the inappropriate use of hair cutting machine. Then I went back to the store and hoped to let the owner know that his staff should be more careful next time. However, all the owner said was "oh we see that everyday....don't worry about it...probably your skin is sensitive....." In other word, he thinks it is because i am too alert. But in fact I've worked with many barbers/hairdressers and have never had issue like this. I feel his response is not decent. Also i think they have some hygienic issue. One of their staff just throw paper towel to floor instead of a garbage bin. I regretted that I have paid so much tip for them in the past. I don't think i would come back and I recommend you not. read more

Good People run the place, nice, quick cut, in and out. Not much of a senior rate, it seems they change the age up to 65 where Super Cut are at 50. Last two times, the cutter added a $5 tip automatically, right on my card, which I have never seen in my life. read more

What I asked for: trim my length to my shoulders, keep the front of my hair a bit longer then the back, long layers. What I received: chopped my length up above my shoulders, chopped the whole front of my hair (disconnected bangs/angle not really sure what you would call it), choppy disconnected/ not blended what so ever short layers all over my head. Pretty dissatisfied. This is going to take quite a long time to grow out and be fixed. Can barely even put my hair up to hide it to top it off. read more

My family and I come here all the time and they do a fabulous job. The family that works here is sociable with us and always friendly. The boys in my family get their hair cut here, just basic stuff, while us girls get our nails and eye brows done. I've had experiences where my nail has gotten messed up during the drying process (at my fault) and I have never had trouble having them fix it. The wait isn't ever a problem, either no wait or at max 10 mins. They've also refinished the entire place recently. read more

I have been there regularly for my nails. First I liked it because it was cheap doing gel which is only $25. The lady who do the nails is nice. The job she does if she takes her time is nice or ok I would say, since u pay for what u get. However last week everything changed. I came around 11 am. And I know she was busy so no big deal for me since I can always come back later. So they made me choose a color and I was standing there like a nerd, the lady didnt even turn her back for 2 min. So finally when she felt like to turn she told me to come after noon. I said ok. I came back and still waiting for 30 min no big deal im not in a rush. But the job she did was AWFUL! even for $25 for a gel I could of get better. Some nails were not smooth and not fill out nicely. So I didnt say anything bc I guess that's what happen when u "get what u pay for". Not even 3 days later 3 of my nails crack ..oh oh. So I removed them because it was annoying.. so no big deal. I just went back to the lady and ask if she can just redo those nails. She looked at me and my nails and talk in vietnamese to her friend (I hate when they do that!) Probably saying it's my fault LOL. So im just hoping she will do a nice job. Well she DIDNT! !! Instead of removing the rest of the gel on my nails she just painted over them and it looked so ugly. Looked bumpy like a skateboard ramp. And I was nice to give her $5 tip. I shouldn't. Geez. After one day 2 of my nails cracked. The lady can do a decent job when it's not bz but she cannot work under stress. I probably will spend an extra 10 for gel to get better result another place. Since 2005 I have been coming to this place for a hair cut. Cost only $15.95 both the owner and wife do a terrific job. I never have any issues with them and I will continue going to them. I already suggested them to all my family and friends. Both friends and family are 100% satisfy with them.
