Firstly, it's obvious the lady doesn't know how to work with kids. If you don't know how to work with kids, there's nothing wrong with being honest and for us to find a new place. Secondly, she was being too rough with my son. Not only does it make him uncomfortable, but it also hurts him. He has always been good with getting haircuts, but thanks to this experience he is now scared. Thirdly, she is awful when it comes to customer service, she was super rude when there was no need. It was humiliating to say the least. There is no need to argue with ignorants, and in this case this review will let you know what to expect from this poorly run so called salon. Lastly, the haircut wasn't even done correctly. Some parts on the sides were cut too short and others were long. The top was also left super uneven. We still paid out of respect, but never come here, I personally recommend going to Silvia's Beauty Salon on Nellis and Tropicana. They are always very friendly and don't take any advice harshly and yell at you.
