Went on line and booked an appointment for today at 2:00 pm. Scheduled a few other apply before and after as I like to make a circle when doing errands. Saves time and gas. Just got a call from the manager. They already have a mother daughter scheduled at 2:00. They might be able to get to me around 2:30 Supercuts your online system allowed me to make a 2:00 pm appointment. Your store should honor it especially since I already left my house. I get we are in COVID-19 but this is not right. We both know you might get to me at 2:30 actually means 3:00. Not cool. I have had issues with this location in the past but this is the last straw. Honestly the worst hair cut in my life if I could rate zero I would a blind person could've cut it better I got my hair bleached and while she's washing it she's being so rough! And everyone knows you need to be gentle with hair when it's wet especially just bleached anyway so we go she cuts my hair in like 5 mins and whatever I'm late to class I leave when I finally come home and it's dry I look at it it's super crooked!! Im very picky when it comes to cutting my hair and 99% of the time I cut my own hair since no barber or stylist has caught my eye as a keeper. I wanted to have my hair a certain way and I was very descriptive when I told her and she nodded her head confirming like she knew. My stylist wasnt talkative which is fine by me and I got this weird vibe that she couldve had a bad day. Well my haircut was finished and I wasnt happy about it, and since so much hair was cut off their wasnt much else to improve than to just let it grow. Even after it was finished she didnt ask how I liked it, she just went straight to the register waiting for me to pay. Luckily I had a card and I didnt leave any tip since customer service seemed to be non existence to her. Overall, I wouldnt come here for any haircut. I know I've got a good haircut when I don't even *want* to Strighten my hair for a few days after getting it. Ashley did a great job and really listened to me when I told her what I wanted. Signed up online for the $2 coupon. Two days after I spent $21 on my cut (including tip), I found my great clips coupon for a $13 haircut. Damn. Oh well. long hair always costs more anyway. Even though I'm from Oside, I got lazy and GPSed it. Because that's what GPS does to me, when really it would have taken about five seconds to look at a map and go, oh ok, its in the college Walmart shopping center. but no. I flicking GPSed it. And my GPS took me on a wild ride throughout Frazee and back down College. if you run into the same problem, just know supercuts is in the Walmart center. yes, there was a bit of merchandising, as one would expect, but it was very low-to-no-pressure, and it was a product that was on sale and would have been a fantastic deal if I hadn't been strapped. ill be back! read more

The economy is tough right now and paying $60-100 for a haircut is no longer on my list of priorities. I have seen recent commercials for Target/WallMart selling haircutting kits for moms to use on their kids/husbands. What about an easy kit for women. Supercuts is a great deal for me!! I went to this Supercuts and asked for a trim. It looked great! The girl was nice and pleasant. She listened to me and cut just enough. The only dreadful draw back is the sales pitches on products: I hate it when they try to sell you so many products!! The whole conversation is about pushing products on you. I have to ignore that and just say no, no , no, no thanks, no, I don't need any products, I say thank you and run out of there paying only 15.95+ tax!! read more

Drove to the salon only to be told it wasnt accurate and will cancel the appointment and that they were booked solid for the remainder of the day. The cancelation (which never happened ) makes it sound like the stylist at the podium was just blowing hot air. I'm glad this is the kind of treatment given to essential workers and will GLADLY take my business elsewhere even if it means spending a little more. read more

Awesome haircuts at an affordable price! As long as my favorite hair stylist works here, this is where I will be going for hair cuts. I've been here a couple times now. I've tried expensive pro salons and they don't even do it this well. The first time my hair was cut, it looked and felt great and grew out to continue to look good! This last time I got bangs and my look was completely transformed in the best way possible. They take both walk-ins and appointments and are courteous in telling you ahead of time if there is a long wait. The manager is amazing, definitely a hidden gem!! read more

I went there today and this lady Kelly worked on me, she gave me attitude from the start, I asked her to cut a inch off the top of my 2inch long hair, she said you wanna use a 5.... WTF is a 5 to me, I am not a hair stylist, How is it that anyone can understand that simple request, she ended up cutting most of my hair off!
