I've been coming here....8yrs? Maybe more? I have liked the convenience of the location and mostly everyone I've ever had cut my hair has been pleasant. I kinda sorta know what and how I enjoy my hair but sometimes i have a hard time imparting that. For the most part they get close enough and I'm a happy customer. Today I checked in online, showed up a couple minutes before my time and was immediately seen. Erika sat me down asked me a few simple questions and right away knew what i was talking about and just got it. When i mentioned something I'm hyper sensitive about, she totally saw it and worked around it so well that I don't think my hair has ever looked this nice. Usually great experience, but today was exceptional. Erika was great, friendly, attentive and got me in and out of there as quick as one could with a really nice hair cut. (i was on a break). Do not come here. Came in for a hair cut to take off around 5 inches and they took off around 8. The lady who cut my hair did it in literally 5 mins maximum as she was trying to squeeze me in before her next appointment. Didn't wet part or even check to ensure that all ends were even. She had me stand up because my hair was "too long" and then proceeded to cut my hair while she was sitting down in the barber chair. This review is personally just because my hair was cut way shorter than expected. Mind you my hair was really long at my lower back. Wanted to go in for a short look. I asked for a cut lower then shoulder length of course when your hair is wet it extends longer. She cut the first section and already was it extremely short. I ended up walking out with my hair up to a little above my shoulders. Cried in the car and the way home I'm not happy with the length. I also asked for curtain bangs and told her I wanted them long. I'm not a stylist so when she said she knew and she told me she was making the first cut I trusted she knew what she was doing. I walked out with hair up to my shoulders and regular bangs. Really not happy with the outcome. If anyone else is going from long to short make sure you have the girls start off inch by inch instead of them just going strait for it. My stupid mistake for wanting something new and going here. Honestly traumatized and sadly will not come back. Had an appointment at 4:10pm today. My son had to get hair cut for his senior picture. He told the stylist what he wanted ( a 2 around and spiked on top) the stylist set up the 2 and buzzed all his hair off. Unfortunately I stopped the hacking half way gone and she stated that's what he asked for. I pointed to my head and said NO, this is what he asked for and has asked the same way for several years now. I wish they would get permanent people in this shop who know how to cut hair correctly! I came in for a trim. I asked for 1 inch straight across, no layers, and this is what I got. I called and let them know and asked for a refund. They said they can refund the price of $23 (wash and cut) but not the tip. I asked why and they said I gave that voluntarily. I said yes for a good haircut, I didn't realize that my hair looked like this till later that day when I blow dried it. They still refused to refund the tip. I had taken my daughters to get a cut. My oldest has OVERLY thick knot ridden hair. We had Darla today, she took her time, saw our vision and made my daughter feel comfortable. Not only did she trim but she added amazing layers and helped thin out her hair. She did the best job and was super friendly. Don't waste your time or money. I walked in with long hair down to the middle my butt. I told the stylist, "cut 4 inches from the back" and 2-3 inches from my LONG layers. Simple right? Spend 10 minutes of her repeating what I "wanted" and she kept ignoring that I wanted layers. Kept suggesting to get it cut all one size. I finally give up and tell her just cut my hair an inch below my boobs with LONG layers, and LONG bangs, right above my chin. My hair is now ABOVE my boobs, I have SHORT bangs that BARELY pass my eyes, and my layers don't match. I knew I should have walked out. My fiancé also got a hair cut. Told them to make his head a "1" with a line up. His front is NOT lined up, no sideburn line up, and the back was cut too short. (She "lined" up too far"). This is TWO different ladies. Seriously. Go find ANY place besides here to get your haircut unless you don't care how they cut your hair despite what you tell them. read more

Of all the Supercuts/Fantastic Sams/chain haircut places I've been to, this location in particular is the cheapest for a standard hair cut. Service is OK, not bad nor great, but you get a beautiful haircut as expected. My $14 haircut was done by my haircutter/stylist, who was very attentive to my hair. She didn't seem like she wanted to carry a conversation, so I just let her do her thing. She measured my hair to make sure the ends meet, etc. and I could tell she was a good cutter. There's no wait, even on the weekends. But come early if you're a walk-in. read more

I've read all kinds of bad reviews from this place yet both times my experience has been nothing but quality. 2 separate barbers and both cuts were superb exactly as asked for. My husband came here for a haircut a while back and he was furious because 1) the haircut was not what he asked for 2) the stylist nicked his head with the trimmer! The spot was noticeable and shiny and I looked to my husband and asked him if they cut him in front of the stylist he goes frequently to cut his hair and he never a shiny spot on his head. The stylist tells him he had it already which was a lie. We left angered at the fact they nicked his head. Months go by and the spot the stylist nicked him has become a bald spot. He had to receive cortisone injections in the spot where they nicked him for hair to grow back again. Never again did we come back here again. read more

I went in today to get my haircut. Told the lady (don't remember her name) that I am growing my hair out and that I'd like to shape up the back that way it falls evenly. WELL Let me just say that I walked in with my hair in a ponytail. You can look at the pictures to see how it looks when I left. Actually, this is how it looks after I went home and wash and dried it because the way I looked when I left was too embarrassing to go out and do the rest of my errands for the day. First I wanna say the only reason why this is a 3 star yelp is only because the great hair cut giving to my oldest son and the new girl in the front desk Alissa. A trim on top does not mean one side of my head only while the other side doesn't get touched at all!! I get it. My hair grows weird. It's wavy and different.
