Just got another amazing haircut from my favorite stylist, Keli (Kaylee). Since moving to Plymouth 3 years ago I had problems getting my hair cut the way I like. As often as I need my haircut, driving back to Boston wasn't feasible. I tried multiple salons and was continually disappointed. I ended up being referred to Keli at supercuts. Best referral ever! I seriously couldn't be happier! Her customer service and styling skills are excellent and she cuts my hair to perfection everytime! We've built a level of trust where occasionally I'll sit in the chair and ask her to do something different. She will have a consult with me on her ideas, taking into account my hair type, my cowlicks ect, and gives me an amazing cut and style everytime. Constantly get compliments on my hair thanks to Keli. My other half is a client on Keli's too and we both love her! Highly recommend booking an appointment with her! You won't be disappointed! read more

Do not get your eye brows done here-- have given them way too many chances. THIN, uneven, and way too harsh. Every time. The only somewhat decent thing about the place is their store hours. read more

Absolutely awful. Plymouth (colony place) is the only location I have this issue with. All the others are decent. If your lucky enough to get one of the rude annoying beauty school dropouts who work there to even acknowledge you to put your name in, the quality of the haircut is going to make you wish that you just swallowed your pride and went to the salon your wife goes to. read more

I have been going here for almost 6 years now & have Keli and Kara do my hair all the time! They always know exactly what I want & if I want it fixed right away or if I dont like the way my hair came out I know who to call! I admired a haircut on a co worker and asked who cuts her hair. She told me Mandy at Supercuts in Plymouth. Mandy is the manager of a very impressive Supercuts branch. My first impression was how friendly and professional in appearance the staff was. Mandy was very nice and more than helpful in helping me decide if a certain cut I wanted would look good on me. It does! I finally got what I wanted! Cut and color are awesome! The shop was super busy on a Saturday afternoon. Which to me means they're doing it right! I dont trust anyone with my hair and they did a beautiful balayage to it! Brightened it up just how i wanted, go to keli!!!!

The manager cut my boyfriends hair a few weeks ago at the Plymouth supercuts and it did not look good. She rushed it and it didn't look blended. He had to go to fast eddies to get it fixed.. He has had haircuts from there before from other stylists and they were fine. Watch out for the Store manager! read more

How can one mess it up when a picture is brought in showing the front and the back of the cut. I stated to the hairstylist that I liked the cut specifically because of the back. The cut was too long in the back and she stated that some people don't like a short stack. Then why would I bring in a picture? At this point I didn't trust her to fix the cut. I went home and cut 2" off the back and fixed the actual style of the cut. Supercuts is very hit or miss, some people are very good and some are not. read more

Went in with my son to get our hair cut. Waited for 20 minutes and someone the hairdresser knew walked in looking for a hair cut. She toke them ahead of me after we had been waiting there first. Very unprofessional, we will not be back! read more

I've been coming here for about 3 years. New location is great, however the management team that operates a number of locations is destroying moral. All I've heard for the last 3 months is the hairdressers complaining about management and a location in Pembroke. I came in for a haircut, a smile, a have a nice day, not to hear someone else's crap. If it doesn't improve their are plenty of other places I will be trying. Please fix it without threatening your team. Wait times have increased as they now work in different locations. read more

Ok hair cuts. I've had some good cuts here and some bad, and I've been coming here for about 2 1/2 years now. Ya that's really all I can say

My husband made an appointment for a haircut and beard trim one night, as I was shopping in one of the stores near supercuts. He went back at the appointment time and still waited at least 30 minutes until he was seated in the chair. (What's the point of making an appointment?) Strike one. After his haircut we met up in the store I was shopping in. Although he was 20 feet from me, I could already tell the job was sloppy. They didn't trim the hair around his ears, so it just hung in an odd way over his ears. The back of his hair was uneven and the stray hairs by the bottom of the cut were not cleaned up. Strike 2. He also paid for a beard trim which honestly didnt look touched! His cheeks still had stray hairs of different lengths and his neck was not touched. Strike 3. Ridiculous. I can understand them being behind or busy, but when he finally got in the chair he should have been taken care of. We went back to have it fixed and the same stylist ended up fixing his hair. It looked much better, so I know she just rushed through it the first time. I would be very hesitant if we ever went back here. read more

I've been going here for years and have been pleased with the haircuts I've received. Make an appt for a cut/color and you will have to wait even if on time and if if you're the hairdresser's first appt. If I'm late I call, if she's running late then no respect to return the courtesy . I've waited 30 min last time and 15 min this time. What was disappointing was when I arrived on time, was the bad attitude of my hairdresser. She turned, no hello, no smile, and gestured to the waiting area "I'll be with you in a few minutes " , then proceeded to talk w a Client she took 10 min before my 'so called' appt. I took this time/appt to avoid the waiting because they take clients as they become available . D's attitude was most disappointing to a customer who has always tipped very well . Sometimes it's not just about the 'cut', but having a stylist who is courteous . There are many stylists there who are talented and very kind. I think I'll stick with Mandy or others and skip the drama. read more
