This post in based on Jennifer My boyfriend went to get a haircut and beard trim as he has done in the past without an appointment this person named Jennifer told him she couldn't cut his hair or give him a beard trim that she had three appointments and he needs to make an appointment to come in he has never had to make an appointment he was always told just to walk in she told him that the corporation wouldn't care if they lost his business they're so big they don't care about one person then she threaten to call the police all he did was walk in and ask for a haircut and ask her why that what she was telling him wasn't true eventually she finally called the manager and the manager The manager agreed with him that walk-ins are welcome and so are walkins for beard trims he knew this anyway because he had just done it four weeks ago this Jennifer person said she don't was her first day there the manager said she had been working there a week I think she should be fired she was a complete jerk to him whether he was right or wrong or whatever she was aggressive and a bully and a liar on top of it would you want this person to work for you read more

I love Supercuts for price and the haircut Paula gives me but went Yesterday and was informed Paula was GONE!! Gone where? Does anyone know? They would not tell me. Jordan cut my hair exactly like it said on my card not like I told her too so damn I am only a little satisfied. Honestly i was skeptical about going to a Supercuts but i found myself to be a bit broke this month and in desperate need of a haircut. It was an emergency, my hair was a mess and it needed to be taken care of. So I walked in without an appointment. Waited maybe 10 minutes. Linda was my stylist. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, did exactly what I wanted with my hair and it turned out better than I expected. I will for sure return. read more

Do not trust a single word that these people tell you. Do not make an appointment over the phone. I called at 10am this morning and was given a 2:00pm appointment. I check in and the have no record of my name and they are booked for the rest of the afternoon. If you call for an appointment, get the person's name who is booking you. Sad to say I will not be returning to this location. I have now had 2 different stylists at this location completely ignore what I asked them to do and give me a full buzzcut and then act like they thought that was what I wanted them to do. They don't even try to lie about it. Full buzz 1 uniform length all around. I can't believe how unacceptably disrespectful and unprofessional the staff are at this location. read more

Allison is the only hair stylist I will ever go to. I literally would die if I went somewhere else my girlfriend always loves how I look and my new cuts. Using online check in makes things quick and don't forget to tip, the stylists don't rent they get hourly so it really helps them. The studio is always clean, warm, and friendly. First off, let me just say that I have a LOT of hair. I've now had my hair done by Joseph a few times (as well as a brow wax) and I really appreciate the extra time and care he puts into my hair. You can tell he cares a lot about his work. And he's also given me great tips on how to style my hair quick and easily, which is exactly what I need. This is the third, and most egregious time this has happened to me. I called on Sunday at 4pm to get on the wait list. Guy said they are "full" for the day. I said, "Don't you close in like 2 hours?" He said yes, but they already have a number of people on the list. I asked, "Wow, how many, like 15 people?" He said no, only 5 or 6. "You can only do 5 or 6 in the next two hours?" He said that there are only two people cutting hair. I said, "That's too bad I guess I'll have go elsewhere." He shot back a very condescending, "Yup, Sundays are the busiest day of the week". I said, "Then maybe you should have more than two people working." Surely the amount of business they are turning away would warrant an additional person. Terrible management to need to turn away business HOURS before you are supposed to close. But, I will do them a huge favor and not burden them with my business again. read more

I very recently got my haircut there Joey cut my hair. I asked for an inch off all the way around the same length. Joey doesn't even cut my hair in the back. I went back three times just to get my hair straight because it was so uneven and then some other person cuts my hair and a line cut even though I asked for it straight across the same length. They also cut way more than an inch off. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. If you want people to go back you got to cut the right way. read more

Saturday August 19, 2017 This was my first experience at Supercuts at Raley's Town Centre - Rohnert Park, CA. I last had my hair cut back in February 2017 (by Ann at Great Clips in Rohnert Park). It was a very bad haircut experience and a lousy hair cut. Thus, I was very gun shy to go out and get my hair cut again. I even searched on YouTube as to how to cut my own hair-bangs, that was how gun shy I was to go out and try to get my hair cut again. I was in need of a haircut. My curly locks had grown out and was so top heavy on top that my flat-headed-hair was looking very shabby. : ( I researched the new Supercuts in Rohnert Park and found wonderful ratings on both Crystal and Amy. I went in and requested for Crystal, but she was just getting ready to go on her break so I asked if Amy was there. And, Amy was there. Crystal on her way out to break?, I said 'Have a nice break Crystal.' she said 'thank you'. In todays 'current world culture' I truly believe that the 'PLEASEs' and 'THANK YOUs' do make this world a better place to live in and survive in. I then sat and waited for Amy. And while I sat there, I watch Amy methodically and precisely cut a woman's long hair. Amy was cutting that woman's hair with such care, that I saw I would be in good hands. Once in the chair with Amy getting ready to cut my hair, I explained my last botched-hair-cut back in February. Thus, Amy knew that I was a bit nervous about getting my hair cut. I have hair that is below my ears but above my shoulders -- and lots of it. My hair is wavy/curly and grey/brown to boot. Amy cut my hair with care and listened to my 'what I was looking for' list. Overall?, a VERY GOOD experience with Amy, and I plan to go back to Amy for my next haircut. I proceeded to pay for my haircut and was also offered and obtained 'a buy-some -&- get-1-free-haircut card' that is for the 'Rohnert Park Supercuts' customers only. That was a plus! : ) I said thank you. And Amy said thank you and her goodbyes. And Crystal had come back from her break and was cutting someone's hair and she; too; said goodbye and addressed me by my name. That made me feel good too. 9 out of 10 most get my very simple hair cut wrong. Exception to really experienced and pricey hair salons. I use to go to great clips and the quality of cut they do doesn't compare to this place. When great clips cuts my hair they do it like "the hair cut is simple enough that takes 15 min." You'll get a quality haircut on this location. Joseph or Joey did my first impression cut. He's pretty new here and a bit hard on the hands. Doesn't matter he got my desired hair cut. read more

Wish I knew about my stylist, Paula, sooner before I moved out of town, but she was great! I was between hair styles and it was cut oddly and grew out awkwardly... but, I came with one picture and she took over the rest. I love my haircut. This is a review for the supercuts in the raleys shopping center in rohnert park, ca. I would recommend going to this location preferably well before they are about to close (this is life tip by the way). When I went in they were just about closing up, there was well enough time to do a cut so the lovely manager took me in and gave me a great cut and chat. When she was finishing up with me, another customer came in 4 minutes before closing. The stylist took him, she didn't turn him away. Don't get me wrong, he needed her help badly - I mean his hair was jacked up. Regrettably, I didn't wait outside the parlor to take a picture of him for this review but i'm sure she did right by him. In conclusion, I would go back because they have good customer service, prices and the stylist knew what she was doing with my hair. read more

I was initially skeptical about this place because I had unsatisfying haircuts from the past at different locations. But, I had nothing to lose because my hair was at the time very uneven and I figured that if it didn't go well, I'd just get a bob cut. Amy is absolutely the best. She really cared about what I wanted and tried her best to make my hair as even as possible while maintaining the length. I am extremely happy with the way my hair turned out. She is super friendly and she seems to have passion for her work. I felt at ease while getting the cut too because people were coming in to see her for their haircut. Give this place a try! Visited Supercuts in Rohnert Park today for the first time. My previous hairstylist had quit the salon I went to in Santa Rosa so had to find someone new. I had read the great reviews of Crystal online so I decided to go with her. She did a beautiful job on my short haircut. She listened to what I wanted and and I was thrilled with the result. The salon is very clean and the wait wasn't too long. You can sign in online and choose which stylist that you want. Very convenient as it's right next door to Raleys and my bank. The online check in was very useful. Husband and son went in for their haircuts and did not have to wait. Husband said the girl who cut his hair was a bit nervous and seemed less experienced. Son liked his haircut, but was charged at the adult price. He is 11yrs. old. I think they are a bit pricey compared to the Santa Rosa hair salon that we have been going for more than 2 years now. read more

First off never got a hair cut there so no idea of what they can and can't do. Got there at 5:15 and the door states they close at 8 but then you see a paper taped to the door that's states 7. Tried to do an online appt. but that didn't work. As we walked in we were told, "sorry we are all booked up." Never had a hair salon not want my business. Maybe it is because they are paid by the hour and not independent? There weren't that many people waiting (the list had 6- only saw 3 in the lobby) so there may have been a chance to get my son's a haircut? Just thinking that some of the people might not come back. But they did not even offer us the chose to take a chance and wait. Oh well. read more

These folks are friendly, efficient, but caring. They take their time to make sure you are happy with your cut. Even though it seems I have a simple short hair cut style, it's been very hard to find a stylist who really gets how I want my hair cut. The first time Paula cut it, it was perfect, and I have been coming back ever since. She is so consistent, thoughtful and a real pro. They provide a great, quality service at a reasonable price.
