Sorry for the late post but I had to make sure to post no matter how many weeks it's been. I had Amy cut my hair couple weekends ago and took my mother in law with me. It's very hard to find someone that can cut layers in super long hair. I am very picky about who touches my hair and I decided to give it a try. My son and I come here for cuts all the time, I go to anyone cuz they're all wonderful my son loves going to Sammy, he use to go to barber shops because he thought that's the only way to get a good fade but Sammy does perfect everytime! I checked online as I always do, came in and it was busy, no worries I can wait but the online check in shows 2 next available options and the stylists working names, that shows there are 4 open spots, there are only 2 stylists that are actually here working so obviously they are being swamped with online check in and walk ins. They did their best and were very kind but you can tell they were getting overwhelmed and I feel awful that they were working overtime to try making everyone happy. Whoever the owner is should really fix this "next available" situation because these stylists can't keep running around answering phones and checking in walk ins all whilst having people in their chairs getting their hair done! read more

Went in with a friend today to get a haircut. Every where else had major wait times because of school starting next week. They seemed a bit annoyed at first for not checking in line and it felt like they were trying to discourage us from waiting because oof the check in people came they said we'd be pushed back. We chose to wait a bit longer and after about 15 minutes it was our turn. Prices are pretty pricy for just a haircut compared to pretty much all the other shops in the area. We probably wouldn't he back for this reason. I'd rather pay a bigger salon more with better quality for that price. read more

My 18-year-old son walked over to the Supercuts from our house. We had a coupon we got probably last November, but I hadn't used yet. I'm attaching a picture of the coupon, which you can clearly see at the bottom there's X's where the expiration date should be. So we figured that meant, no expiration date. I told my son we might be incorrect about that, and sent him with enough money to cover it anyway. When he arrives, he is told that the coupon is not valid because the original flyer that we cut it off of had a expiration date on it. That was kind of annoying, because I had to clip the coupon and put it in my purse, and you would think they would put an expiration date on the actual coupon since there was a spot for it. The haircut is a strange amount of lengths in the front where his bangs are, and sticks up in the back. There's also a random longhair that he's trying to show you in one of the pictures. When he arrived and the lady had asked him what he wanted done with his hair, he literally pointed to a poster on the wall, and said some thing like that would be nice. I guarantee you the poster did not look like the pictures of my son below. They would never sell any haircuts that way. So this was full price plus a tip to boot. Because I had told him to leave a tip. Never should have, this will only reinforce the behavior. read more

I had a shoulder surgery that need assistance from a stylist to do a simple ponytail that took less than 5 minutes to do it . They charged me $12.00 that showed no mercy on the customer who could not do a simple task at home No wash, no styling but to put an elastic band to hold my hair up! Brought our two girls, one of them who is six years old wanted to donate 10" of her hair to Locks of love. We only had to wait for a few minutes, and since it was slow. They brought them both in very quickly. Our 6 year old wanted a drastic cut, they cut over ten inches off. She was nervous at first, but they made it fun for her. By the time they were finished, her hair looked great! Our 8 year old wasn't so brave! But she did have about 3 to 4 inches trimmed. It was funny to watch these kids get their hair washed and scalped massage, they were totaled zoned out! Both of their hair cuts were great, we had a good time, and we will probably come back here for their hair cuts in the future. read more

My fiance' already comes here to get his hair and ear hair removed. I needed help as I had a really bad matt of hair in the back. Roberta was ready for me as she finished up with another customer. My hair had not been cut in four years. I wanted a change and she gave me exactly what I needed. The matted hair was taken care of quickly. My hair was almost to my behind. I now have a blunt bob that is about 4 inches past my neck. I have been coloring my hair for years. She let me know my hair was very dry. I asked to buy a leave-in conditioner to help with said problem. She was fast and very helpful. I will return in about 8 weeks to see about having a color done with highlights. Scherri Hall F,,my hair up so bad it looks like a knife was used. I went in for cut and color and 4 1/2 hours later it was shit. And when you say cut and color that does mean a blow dry comes with that. I told the Corp office that she said 17 dollas more to blow it. He said there is no charge for blowing the hair all they are doing is pocketing the money. But by the time she got threw I was so ready to get out of there I could not tell how short it was my hair is curly and when I tried to straighten it I saw how awful it looked. The first time was good, the second time I had a different stylist and she did not do a great job and today, back to the first person and it was horrendous. I will never go back! What the hell is this!!!! I though she went a little short in the back but wen I got home I saw how bad it was. She cut over 1.5" higher than my hair line was!!! Who does this!!!!! My son went into this establishment & the stylist that cut his hair offered a beard trim. Which he typically goes to a barber. But, due to lack of time went to this supercuts. She didn't line the up the beard she literally just took the clippers to his beard & called it good. There was no price listed & she charged him more for the beard trim than the haircut. The receipt didn't even have the beard trim listed, it only said supercut. Which he got a $2 off coupon for signing up for their promotions. His haircut w/coupon should have been $16.99 plus tax. His total was $37. I've never heard of a beard trim costing more than a haircut & then not to have it listed on the receipt. Something doesn't seem right. When questioning the stylist about the amount charged she couldn't even give the exact price of the beard trim & just stated the total. It appeared they are making up prices as they go along. Beware & get pricing up front before having services done at this establishment. Also the haircut was mediocre at best & the beard trim was horrible. Guess thats why he typically goes to a barber. Supercuts! A blast from the past! I haven't been to a Supercuts in probably 20 years. I needed a haircut and this was the only close place open on Labor Day. Walked in and got my haircut. This was the fastest damn haircut I have ever had. I was in there less than 10 minutes total. The lady did a nice job. I mean, I get my head shaved with a 1 clip so its not too hard to do, but still, she did a great job, didn't miss any spots lol and trimmed my neck perfectly etc. The only thing I didn't like was the price. $15 and $2 tip is a bit pricey for a buzz cut. I will look for a cheaper barber next time I need a cut but if I don't have any other options, I will come back here...its a few minutes from the house. read more

My other half went to this place, and took a living color picture with her. The stylist (if you want to call her that), said YES, I can cut and color it that way. The pictures will be added. Her hair was 28 inches from crown to back. She clearly (as the picture shows) ask for shoulder length hair...and BLONDE in color. What she got (after 4.5 Hours) is ash gray hair, and collar length hair. He hair looks (as the final result will bear) it was put on a chopping block and hacked with an ax. As a private investigator (retired) I called the Pres/CEO of Regis/Supercuts at home on his cell phone (404) 396-1846 at 9:30 pm. He was a nice guy and promised to "take care of it...no matter what to her satisfaction". They did buy her a $1000.00 wig from Fine Fits. However, they now have it going in circles with attorneys to evade the rest....maintenance and care of this albatross for at least 8 months...likely a year. Imagine, having to wear a hat in AZ weather for this time. I feel so sorry for her. The woman (at least that fits) Scherri Marlene Hall has numerous complaints/bad reviews on her at Corp. at the Cosmotology Board...Donna Auhn is the Director and has agreed to do an investigation as well. The BBB has so many complaints it is pathetic. I have initiated formal investigations at the FTC and CPA. If you have been made to look like a holloween figure by this business, I encourage you to call Donna Auhn and Hugh Sawyer on his cell phone to get help. There is strength in numbers. I have (as an investigator) ascertained that most of the good reviews on this business have been placed there by employees. read more
