I walked in w/o an appointment & was just hoping for a trim. I was pleasantly greeted & was taken right away which is always a wonderful surprise! I swear I got the very best trim & hair cut that I've probably had in years!! I know that doesn't mean a lot to many ppl but it's very frustrating to go for something so simple & time after time have it screwed up by someone who wants to give u bangs, cut too much, or not cut anything, or any number of variations because as I've been told "they know better!" instead of listening to what u want!!!! This place is fantastic (at least the woman I had) & she listened & I had a relaxing phenomenal cut!!! My elderly mother went into the Supercuts and she had appointment at 3 pm. One of the stylists said out loud " I don't know why they scheduled a color when there's only three of us. Mind you my mom had an appointment at 3pm and they took every other appointment but my mother. Once one of the other stylists completed with her client the other two ladies ran to her and told her we can't do her I have an appointment with this client and the same with the other stylist. I was ready to rush my mother out of there but nobody else would have taken her without an appointment. I've never have been so disappointed with a company in awhile. I will never bring my mother back to this location again. They should be happy they have work and stop discriminating against older women. read more

Completely satisfied upon my entry to Supercuts. "Lisa"greeted me warmly & was also my hair stylist. I rarely go to any beauty salon as I'm very leery of anyone touching my hair. I have naturally curly hair Not everyone knows how to cut & style it without ruining the curls. I just wanted a trim to even out the damage I myself had done. Lisa knew exactly how & what to do. Believe the comments about Shannon, the person referred to as "rude" etc. in some of the other reviews. It's worth choosing another person at this store or using another Supercuts nearby. I arrived for my appointment at Supercuts at Granary Square three minutes early for my appointment. I would think this would be helpful to keeping the store on-time. This was also three minutes before the store opened. The door was open, lights on, and Shannon was standing at the cash register. It was 45 degrees and windy outside. Nice and cozy inside. In a smug tone, she said "I'm not open yet. You'll have to wait outside." I was convinced she was joking. I smiled and said "really? Can I just take a seat? It's cold out there!" She replied more smugly: "YES! REALLY!" I told her I will not be returning. And I won't. There was no reason for this - particularly the smug answer. It was cold and windy and the store was warm. You don't tell a customer to stand outside in the cold for no real reason. I was three minutes early and could have sat comfortably in one of the seats until she was ready. I end up dong this all the time for one reason or another. By the way: I see her acting this way in the store to others. Rude comments/attitude. This was the first time with me. Ask for, look for Shannon Emery, she's a down to earth, talented stylist, great conversationalist, mindful and kind of a "bad-ass" (excuse the language) she gets it...from fades, tapered, all around clean up's around the neck and ear lines. I keep my cuts and clean ups regularly to 2xs a month. Downloading their app, saves time for making your appointment...a no-brainer. Worth it. read more

After checking the app, we saw there was a 5 min wait so we drove 20 mins. The hairstylist said she would see us soon. No one was waiting. After 15 more minutes of waiting, a woman returned and said she would not and could not help us as they were booked for the rest of the day. The hairstylist was almost done and no one was in the room. It's too bad we used the app. They don't update their times and don't have time or care enough to help customers or even communicate effectively. Never coming back. read more

Usually Supercuts is pretty good, but every location has that one stylist who can't seem to follow instructions. Unfortunately at the this location, Maggie is that stylist. Though polite, her skills as stylist are nonexistent. All I asked for was a low fade with a "0" and trim off the top. What ended up happening was Maggie giving a high fade which resulted in having to cut more than half off the top. I value honesty above all else. If you are not confident in your fade abilities, then I will gladly wait for someone who is. I would rather wait than have someone try to "fix" their mistake by gradually going higher and higher on fade. Next time, I will stick with Fariba. read more

I haven't been to Supercuts for a very long time so I wasn't sure if they've changed some things. I called to make an appointment and Kayla was able to give me a time. I got there at least 15 minutes earlier and other than Kayla, Maggie was there and had a customer as well. There was one other person before me so I ended up with Maggie and boy I'm so glad I did. I went over my preferred cut with Maggie and showed her my go to picture and bam! the end result was exactly what I wanted and picture perfect as in the picture. October 2nd 2022 at 10 AM. The place has a very rude stylist in there. I checked in online and showed up, while trying to check in there she gave me a lecture. She also argued with two customers in front of me. I left rather than to be insulted by this person.There are plenty other Supercuts around just avoid this place. We set our appointment for 2:30pm, When we arrived an hour early he was able to push us in and still provide the best barber service imaginable. My son adores Bryan. The professionalism and poise this man brings to the business only says the best of the standards set by Supercuts and their associates. Everyone was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. So Bryan has been doing my hair for years. I always leave completely happy with my hair. My son and my mother love his work too. He has so much experience and I trust him with all my hair needs cuts color styling. He never disappoints. Everything is his specialty in my opinion. I always look forward to my hair appointments with him. And he gives the best shampoo (hair wash) his hands are magic just wish I could sit there for an hour while he washes/massages my head. This location has always had crappy customer service. It's why for the past 15 years or so I've been DRIVING to the Stevenson Ranch location rather than WALKING to this one. Well... Stevenson Ranch closed some months ago, so I started giving this place another shot. My experience tonight served to remind me why I just need to go elsewhere permanently. First of all, you can't simply walk-in and be helped. As soon as you walk through the door, they want to know whether or not you've made an appointment. If you haven't, you're simply a nuisance to them. They always portray themselves as being booked solid, so you might as well just make an appointment for another day and leave. And this is the case no matter how many (or how few) customers are waiting in the lobby. Today, I called around noon to make an appointment. The last one available was 4:30pm and I took it. When I walked through the door just prior to my appointment though, I might as well have been the grim reaper. I was greeted with the usual rigmarole, but with a tone that was laced with irritation and disappointment. To start with, they had to make it clear to me (and to everyone that called on the phone after my arrival) that they would be closing in "15 minutes" even though - technically - they wouldn't be closing for another 30 minutes. Heaven forbid you actually assist customers the entire time you're open for business, right? To make matters worse, they couldn't find my appointment. They had an appointment for a "John," but not a "Dave," so I could either wait to see if John doesn't show or come back another day. I decided to wait and they decided to help me. The "stylist" that helped me was silent during the entire 10-minute haircut with the exception of 3 questions: "How do you want your hair cut?" "Do you want your sideburns shortened or just cleaned-up?" "Do you want the back square or rounded?" This was literally it. It was obviously way too close to quitting time and she was not at all interested in helping me. It goes without saying, I won't be coming back. I'm quite certain I can find at least a dozen barbers within a 5-mile radius that are happy and willing to cut my hair for the now $27 Supercuts is charging. By the way... "John" never showed. I recognized the voice of the person that took my appointment as the same stylist that cut my hair. I explained to her that the John/Dave thing was probably just a mistake, but she preferred to argue with me about that possibility rather than entertain a possible mistake. read more

Been coming here for several years. I switched from the Supercuts on Newhall Ranch + Copper Hill when my stylist, Tera, transferred to another location. I must say, I picked up right where I left off. I've been coming to this location and going to Elia ever since. Elia is great. She knows what I want and delivers every time. She has a lot of loyal customers for a reason. She knows what she is doing and actually cares. In the beginning, I did notice some turnover with the stylists, like one of the other reviews noted. But for the past couple years its been pretty consistent. There are the same core stylists in there. I also had Christine cut my hair a couple times when Elia was on leave and she did a great job too. The place is always clean and they treat their customers like they should be treated. If you're looking for a new stylist, give this Supercuts a try. read more

I initially came in for just a wash and blow dry because I was going out that night. I saw Charity for the first time at this location. She initially was very friendly and went over how to improve my hair. She suggested adding highlights to my hair to remove the black that has been taking months to get rid of. Not only did she have time to get it done on a Saturday evening, but she also took her time, did a thorough job and made my hair look amazing. (Not to mention she got rid of all the black in my hair and didn't damage it)! I got so many compliments on it and told everyone to go to her. I used to be hesitant about going to supercuts, but you really can get a good quality job for a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to Charity for all my haircuts and dye jobs from now on. read more

Wow. Just experienced the worst haircut ever... asked for it short and the back and sides and left long on top. Its uneven and so badly cut... The stylist has butchered my hair shaved it so short at the back /top. I couldn't see how bad it was until I got home... it's awful the most embarrassing haircut I've ever had. And she cut it so short, theres nothing I can do until it grows out. If this is the quality of work done here now, I'd stay well clear unless you want to look like Forrest Gump.
