Supercuts is the worst place you can go. Don't. It seems as if they have a rule where they have to get you out of their store in 20 minutes because they are so fast without a care in the world. You can walk in and notice how dead it is inside. Go to an actual barbershop if you're a male and an actual salon if you're a female. Requests are always not accepted as you can ask for something and they won't know what it is. Going to a haircut place and asking for a mid taper fade for them to not even know what it is may be concerning for people since they are supposed to be professionals. They don't care about hair. They just want the money they make off of scamming people into a bad cut. read more

I entered the store on Sunday, 10/27/19 at 3:50 PM. They close at five. There were 2 other people ahead of me and two in the chair. Upon arrival I was informed by an older lady with a thick accent that "It's going to be about an hour before we can see you and then we are closing so maybe we can cut your hair, maybe not." She literally said I could sit there for over an hour only to probably not get a haircut. I asked for her name and she said "Minu" (unsure of spelling). After I asked for her name, the story changed to "well if you're really patient we might be able to see you but it could be a long long time." Yeah, okay lady. It was obvious I wasn't welcome there and I'm not going to sit in uncomfortable silence for two hours just to have someone with a chip on their shoulder give me a half-assed haircut because I made her miss her favorite Telenovela. Avoid this store. This is a franchised store so I don't blame the whole chain. There's a reason it's rated so much lower than the other locations. Now you know one of the reasons why. read more

I decided to make an appointment online. I arrived at the salon, there were 3 customers and one stylist (Johnna) not one person was wearing a mask, including the stylist. I was informed that she was alone and the computer had scheduled a customer every 15 minutes. Which meant I had 2 ahead of me and then who knows how many behind me. I have never been chopped so bad from Samone. I went for a trim and it was a 3 hour cut! I have short hair before I went in. The stylist beside her I can tell was afraid to step in. I didn't want to seem like a racist to get up and leave. There is absolutely nothing I can do now! It will take at least 6 months before it can be repaired! She kept cutting it dry after I told her I wanted it wet! I now know to speak up for myself! I have been hiding in my house hiding. I have tried every product to style it to something that could make it look decent. Super cuts did not have any products for the stylist to try and style it post chop! I hope someone would complain enough to have her taken out of any shop to where you can hold a pair of scissors! I even have bald spots! I want to shave my head! I need antidepressants now! read more

Went in around 6 pm on a Saturday I and my husband we're the only ones in the shop besides the three women that worked there showed a picture of what I wanted my hair cut to look like.after about 45 minutes of sitting there getting my cut she turned the chair around and I was in pure disbelief my hair was nothing like the picture. My hair was pretty long(midback) to start off with so to do a bob it shouldn't have been to hard. But I was to she didn't want to cut it too short. It was shorter in the front then I wanted and longer in the back. It was to late to have it fixed the way I wanted so I didn't say anything. The lady that cut my husband hair put a V in his head. Maybe because we went in so late that our experience was bad. He now has to wear a hat. We will not be going back. read more

They cut hair they are NOT STYLIST, I can't stop crying from this disaster. I showed her what I wanted and even then she couldn't do it, I'm so upset and angry that I never leave reviews till now, they suck on such a grand scale. Now I have to spend more money to see if that can be fix it, as I practically don't have any hair in the back of my head. They did such a crappy job, even my husband was appalled. My 10 year old could do a better job. I'm so upset and disgusted this at this zephyrhills Supercuts. I guess you get what you pay for. Worst haircut ever. Lesson learned. read more

Yes they are usually busy, it's because they do an awesome hair cut, I have waited an hour, for a 12 min mans cut. And yes I could go across the street To Great Clips and get right in, which I have and gotten scalped...twice. So, You want a good haircut plan your time. It is a lot of first come first serve, you leave and miss your turn too bad too sad. Go across the street and take your chances. Think about it go to a resturant, no ones there... then one thats standing room only... in police work thats called a clue! Same applies here. read more

Had my hair colored yesterday by Jean. For 40 yrs of cutting, styling and coloring hair, this woman applied hair color like it was her first day of house painting school. She slopped the hair color onto my hair like a farmer slopping food into the pig sty. Color was running down my face, my back, my neck and some got into my ear causing bleeding. We asked for a phone call from the owner and our money back. We never received the call from the owner and I was offered 50% off my next service. I am sorry but this is unacceptable. You are providing a service and that service was done so horribly that when confronted I was treated as if I was doing the wrong. I have had many services done in the past by Dianne and other stylist; the service I received yesterday was appalling to say the least. I will not be returning for my 50% off future service and I am writing ensure that this does not happen to another customer. We have many elderly here in Zephyrhills and to be taken advantage of in this fashion is disrespectful and not good business practice. May the odds be forever in your favor if you want more than a basic hair cut service from Jean. read more

I called this shop while waiting at the light to turn into plaza and was told there was no wait however when I walked in 2 people were getting cuts and 2 people were waiting after 10 min one of the girls asked if I needed help but never signed me in after wait 15 min another lady came in and again had to wait awhile before even being welcomed .... This place sucks and I would never recommend it to anyone. read more

Asian lady working only wanted to help me with products until she found out I worked for Supercuts myself, then she was rude and wouldn't give me my employee discount. Also refused to ask her manager. read more

I really appreciated my stylist at this Supercuts. She did a fine job on a head that has some considerable challenges as there isn't much left on top! Both stylists also went out of their way to find me a 40% off coupon so I could save some money on one of the hair products they sell. I highly recommend them:) read more

Worst service ever. They waste you're time lie about appts. Where the hell is Kim Daisy Jaimie the ones who knew the customers and listened. This place is going to hell and Shannon is driving it there. Asked for a cut with a few inches my hair was past my butt my hair now sits below my ears resting on my shoulders. I waited for two hours today for a haircut at this place. There were four stylists and only 4 names in front of my name all mark hair cut (not color or highlights). During my wait, I had to lessen to way to much gossip and B.S. from the stylist. Every time someone walked in or the phone rang one of the stylists had to stop. Then finial it was my turn - after a lady that had her hair colored or highlighted, but they took someone else........... this place is a joke. Save yourself time and find another place for a haircut. read more
