    Strawberry Bubble Tea
    Brittany F.

This place is only 5 minutes away from where I work, and I somehow haven't been here until now! When I first pulled in, I was a bit skeptical. It's not in the greatest area. Truly a hole-in-the-wall experience. When you first walk in, you can immediately smell the delicious aromas of what's cooking. I ordered a strawberry bubble tea for my drink, and it was so fun! I was a little worried I wouldn't care for the texture of the tapioca pearls, but they were fine and also quite yummy! For my meal, I ordered vermicelli noodles with tofu. Everything tasted so light and refreshing. The tofu mixed with the different spices was so flavorful and nice. I also really appreciated the texture of the tofu; it wasn't mushy at all! The friend I went with is dairy and gluten-free, and she had no issues finding something to order!

On a cold wintry night, on a dark neighborhood area, the delicious Superior chicken Pho (#13) is just what was needed. We were seated quickly and were given ample time to peruse the menu. The beef curry stir fry (#6C) made for an excellent lunch the next day, to the envy of my colleagues.

My boyfriend loves pho and had relatively high expectations for Superior Pho just based on its reviews! Overall, we were satisfied with our experience. Their menu was decent, and had a lot of the pho restaurant staples - egg rolls, spring rolls, and various different pho dishes. As for our food: The broth was very tasty and the meat was PERFECT - great quality, texture, and flavor! However, while the portion sizes were fine for the price, our noodles were slightly hard, undercooked, and flavorless - which really took away from the experience. Our drinks also took quite a long time to come out, and we were basically done with our meal when we received them. The Vietnamese Coffee was very strong (as it should be), but the Blueberry Matcha tasted very... interesting, and I probably wouldn't get it again. All in all, Superior Pho was pretty good, but we're still on the hunt for our go-to pho restaurant.

I was in Cleveland for an event and stopped here for a bowl of Pho before I headed back home. It was in the Asian town close to downtown and there were a lot of Pho restaurants to choose from around this area. This place came highly recommended from our friends who are local. The restaurant was a little hole in the wall. There was a lot of parking in the back. We walked in through the back door and to our surprise, there were more restaurants down this hallway. Superior Pho was the first on our left with a glass wall and glass door. Upon entering we were welcomed by this amazing pho smell! It was at this moment I knew we found THEE spot! I ordered the Viet traditional drip coffee with 2 shots of expresso. My husband ordered the Thai tea with Boba. We both shared the Spring Rolls appetizer. It came with 2 medium size fried Vietnamese eggrolls that were so good! For my meal. I chose the #9, flank, brisket and fatty brisket. I really wanted meatballs but didn't want to pay $8.50. I got the Large bowl which was plenty big enough. It went from small to large, XL and XXL. I was curious to see what the XXL was because mine was a very big bowl! It was sooo good! The broth was perfect and the noodle had perfect amount of softness and chewy consistency and there was plenty of meat. They did bring out a plate of vegetables to share for the whole table which was different from other places who give you your own. I guess it's less wasteful. My husband ordered the Vermicelli dish with pork and eggroll. He devoured it. This dish can sometimes skimp on the meat and leave you with a bunch of noodles. Not here! They were very generous with their grilled to perfection pork! The waiters and waitresses had a cute Bruce Lee shirt eating Pho with their logo in the back. We had to purchase one to go! I am already craving it!!! I need to drive back up 2 hours just to get more Pho! It was Delicious. Hands down one of the best I've had in a while!

Let me start saying what I eat here again... Yes. But... My usual pho place is Pho Lee. But they were randomly close today and I really wanted it pho so I decided to come to superior pho. I've always heard good things about the place but when you have a favorite, you have a favorite. I got fun with shrimp and extra green onion... The broth is good, but I feel like it's not as seasoned as my other place. My other pet peeve is that I'm used to getting six really big shrimp and they look like they give you a few tiny ones and also with them being tiny if you don't need it fast enough, they will overcook. I also feel like they're large that you pay a dollar extra for is the same size as Pho lees regular bowl. Overall, I'll probably give this bowl a 7/10... if for some reason I can't go to my favorite place and I'm really craving pho I wouldn't mind this place as a back up

Yep best pho in CLE! I usually get the combo #1 that comes with the cabbage chicken salad and pho chin with brisket. Soooo good! I also got bubble tea but they were out of tapioca pearls :/ hoping to come in on a night they are doing comedy shows

Superior Pho is a great restaurant with Vietnamese foods, pho, and drinks. The restaurant offers extensive menu, quiet ambiance, and sanctuary in the city. There are tables and also bar for you to enjoy the document. They also offer catering. I had an opportunity to taste more of their menu during Vietnamese Student Association event at CWRU. The food was very authentic based on guests' remarks. I was especially impressed by the Vietnamese soup (with sweets like lychee) and noodles.

Has it really been 13 years since my first visit? Hard to believe. Chris continues to have the highest standards, putting only the best Vietnamee food around in front of his customers. Seasonal specials are great and there are plenty of old standbys as well. If I'm anywhere nearby at lunchtime, you'll find me at Superior Pho!

Came here on a rainy day in NE Ohio. Was looking for a hot bowl of noodle soup, and Superior Pho did not disappoint. The broth was flavorful, maybe a bit on the heavier side. The X-Large size had lots of food, and was worth it for $17. Service was alright. Pho is usually pretty quick, and the waiters managed well for pretty much a full restaurant. Only complaint is the door in the second room slamming shut behind me every time an employee came through. Hard to keep a conversation with this slamming every minute.

    Hainanese Chicken Rice

AMBIANCE It was a quiet evening an hour before close. We entered in from the back parking lot. SERVICE We walked in and were greeted at the counter. Because we chose to dine-in, the waitstaff got us menus and quickly seated us in the central dining area. It looked like they had a huge dining room to the side too. Water was immediately provided as we looked over the menus and put in our orders for the summer rolls, pho, and Hainanese chicken rice. We felt appropriately taken care of. FOOD In about 5-10 minutes, the appetizer of 2 summer rolls appeared which were filled with shredded pork and served with fish dipping sauce were fresh and delicious. A few minutes later, both out entrees arrived. The pho was a decent size... the broth was light yet beefily flavourful and the assorted meats and noodles were cooked well. As common, a side dish of mint leaves and limes and abundant bean sprouts came with. The hainanese chicken rice was also a winning dish, coming with a soup and rice on the side. OTHER Just note the bathrooms aren't the cleanest and are located outside the shop in the center area...but the food was worth the trip for the price and quality.

I've had the rice noodles, the paper wrapped fish, and the drinks. The rice noodles have been decent both times--soup is flavorful and there is a good portion of noodles. The shrimp soup dumplings were good--would order again. What stood out more was the paper wrapped fish--I never had anything like it before and was surprised by the chosen combination of ingredients--french fries, potato noodles, chiba tofu (stringy noodle shaped), but it was good. I chose the tomato flavor, which was good--I would definitely be interested in trying the other flavors as well. Also chose add-on sides with lotus root and cauliflower (both were good but highly recommend the cauliflower since it had a roasted taste to it that added more to the dish). It was such a large portion and came with rice, that we definitely had to bring back leftovers. The drinks are consistently good. So far, I've had the tofu pudding milk tea (G28) and the oatmeal taro milk tea (G40, oatmeal similar to overnight oats texture, and taro tastes fresh), and I would definitely get both again. The environment/seating area is spacious and comfortable--perfect for socializing with friends and/or bringing your family Staff checked in frequently (made sure we were attended to and confirmed after we placed the orders via phone) Parking available as free parking on both sides (few spots for cars on E 30th ST side, more on side closer to E 31st street). Overall consistently good food with a good ambience---I'll definitely be back.

We also tried the vermicelli with shrimp and pork, which was just as impressive.
