A great new addition to Great Northern Mall! The restaurant was newly and beautifully renovated. My friend and I were especially pleased by the lovely greenery on the walls. I got the grilled pork rice dish ($14.95) and the caramelized biscuit coconut latte with cream foam ($6.99) off the extensive drink menu. The grilled pork rice dish came with a Vietnamese-style pork chop cut into strips, a few slices of cucumber & tomato, a large scoop of white rice, and fish sauce. The pork was delicious. It was tender, moist, and fragrant with lemongrass. The veggies were fresh, and the rice was perfectly fluffy. As for the drink, it was delightful. Rich, creamy, and plenty of sweet coconut flavor. You can customize the sugar level of your drink. For me, the 100% sugar level was just right (I have a sweet tooth though). Our server was friendly and came to check on us a couple of times. Overall, glad to have it in North Olmsted.

We decided to try this place conveniently located at the N Olmsted mall after leaving the movie theater there. Ambiance is pretty nice inside and out although for a Friday night there were very few patrons in the restaurant at 7:30pm. We sat quickly, ordered our food - one starter (the steamed buns) and two meals (cold chicken noodle bowl for me and A bahn mi sandwich for my husband). The food was really good although the sandwich came out first and was luke warm but very tasty. After about 10 minutes I called the waiter over and asked where my dinner was. It came out about 10 minutes later - when my husband was almost done with his meal. Then the starter dish (steamed buns) came out toward the end of our meal. Side note: the couple seated awhile after we sat down was served pretty quickly while I was still waiting for my meal. Service is seriously lacking here - our server may have been new but all workers were just standing around chatting and the kitchen wasn't busy so I don't know why our meals weren't better coordinated. Bottom line - the food was really good which should trump everything at a restaurant so I would go back and try again. But dinner service should have all people at the same table eating together and a starter should come out at the start of the meal - not the end! My recommendation - definitely go for the food - not for the dining experience!

These are the soup dumplings that came once we were already full from our main course.

Not sure about this place. I work at Asia town and I have access to some of the best pho the area so I was hesitant to try. Should have trusted my gut. Very unorganized. To start our drink was given to the wrong table. It took about 10 minutes for us to get the right drink. They just took it off someone else's table and brought it to us. Not the most hygienic thing in the world. I don't think the other table touched it, but still. We ordered two appetizers to start with and they came at the middle and end of the meal. They brought my bowl of pho girst then about five minutes later brought my husband's. Then we had to wait longer for the toppings. The flavors were good, and the bah mi was spot on, but the fact that our appetizer - the soup dumplings-came at the time we were already full from the pho was a major downer. If you want great pho just go to superior pho. Hopefully this place gets it together in the coming months but right now pass on this one.

This spot just opened recently, and we stopped by during their lunch promo. The staff was super friendly and attentive, even though it was busy with most tables full around noon on Saturday. The summer rolls were fresh and delicious, and the pork rice dish came with a generous portion. I loved the HK tea -- the bear-shaped ice was such a cute touch -- and I went with a regular iced coffee drip. The pho could use improvement; the broth was a bit bland, but the bowl was packed with noodles and meat. The interior design is beautiful, and overall, we had a really enjoyable experience!

I love Pho so anytime a new place comes around I have to give it a try! This spot did not disappoint in flavor, I ordered the Steak Pho which was delicious and shared chicken dumplings which were also yummy! Tired for the first time a boba drink, and loved it. I went with the dragon fruit and was happily surprised I liked it that much! I would definitely recommend this spot and will also be going back to try other things! The staff was very friendly which only added to having a great experience!

This second time we came was not the best. The server wasn't the nicest. At the beginning when I was ordering, she seemed annoyed. She didn't tell me the dumplings would take 25 minutes so by the time my partner was almost finished with his food, my food still wasn't out so I had to ask her if she got my order and that's when she told me how long it would take. She went around asking people if they wanted dessert from a tray she had and didn't come to our table but she went to everyone else's. She also never came to refill our waters. At the end when it was time to pay is when she changed her tone and was super nice. The rest of the staff was very nice when they would come to drop off the food and the host in the front was very sweet. I wish we would've gotten one of them instead because the experience was ruined.

Service, food and super clean. Enjoyed everything about this place. Spring rolls, pot stickers and pho all hit the spot. Rounded the meal off with green tea that was perfect.

My son brought me here to try something new. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd never had Vietnamese food so I had no idea what to expect. We both ordered the House Special Pho an order of Basil popcorn chicken and dumplings. All was wonderful. The different sauces were excellent and the dumplings were more of a dessert. Aesthetic and ambiance was very relaxing and comfortable. Our waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

This is a new place and I was excited to try it. The interiors are pretty cool, I loved the incorporation of greenery inside, albeit fake, it did improve the space. Husband and I both ordered pho, his was the house special and I built my own with flat noodles, beef broth and grilled chicken. It took a while for his order to arrive atleast a good 20mins, the Pho looked good but the flavors felt a little watered down. Mine took forever to come because they realized pretty late they missed mine. So I waited a good 45+ mins for my order only to point out that one I had ordered wide noodles and not regular noodles and of course the chicken wasn't ready. And finally when my pho did arrive it was thin noodles still didn't get my wide noodles!Maybe I was one of those who experienced a bad service here, and I will try not to hold this experience against them. So maybe I will come back, give them another chance before I decide, for now though all I can say is the pho is ok but the grilled chicken was trying he saving grace - it was tender, charred and perfect!

The spring rolls are the freshest and tastiest I have had anywhere. The green Thai tea is also delicious. The beef broth was full-flavored without being too salty, and the meatballs and pork were tender and seasoned to perfection. Loved the decor, vibe, and friendly service, I wish I lived here so I could come here every week!

We were so impressed with this place! I haven't had really good Pho in quite some time. We ordered the House Special Pho and it was AMAZING! The broth was so flavorful. This is a new restaurant and so it is extremely clean. It has a bright and inviting ambiance. Highly recommend!

Their broth is so complex and comforting, the ingredients are always fresh, and the space is well kept. The service staff are attentive and helpful. No other Vietnamese spot in Northeast Ohio comes close in my opinion. I live 30 mins away and am already making excuses to come back so I can eat here.

I was in the area at the Lorain Library (main branch), and was craving a cozy meal. Pho Ever had a catchy name and was only a few minutes away (drive). What's more cozy than pho? I made a quick and good decision to visit. AMBIANCE: The restaurant is one open space simple cultural decor. The space well fits groups and single guests. Multiple comfy booths are available along one of the walls and there are plenty of tables. Decor includes Nón Lá (Vietnamese conical hats) around the perimeter of the restaurant, vases and flowers, wood carved rooster art, prosperity wall hanging with laughing Buddhas, and other decor typical of Asian restaurants. There is also a blue sky ceiling fragment. The atmosphere is very simple and casual. The restaurant is not the cleanest. That includes the floor, the bathrooms, the tables, and teapots. Everything could use a deep clean. FOOD/DRINKS: The menu features appetizers, rice plates, vermicelli stir-fry, pho, fried rice, ramen noodles, combination plates, and optional add-ons. Drinks were not on the menu. There are few pictures of the menu items to point you in the right direction. Each dish has alphanumeric value for simple ordering. I noticed that the prices are pretty value-oriented less than many other comparable restaurants. I ordered my default Vietnamese restaurant order - pho, rolls, and hot tea. More specifically, A3 (2 charbroiled pork rolls, $5), A4 (charbroiled chicken rolls, $5), P3 (pho with eye round steak and well-done brisket, $14), and jasmine tea ($2 for a tea pot). Rolls had a generous amount of meat. I loved pork rolls, but didn't like the chicken. I found it to be too dry. I did not use the accompanying sauces since spice is not my favorite. Pho included a large portion, plenty of meat, but the broth had some slightly lemony undertone that wasn't my favorite. Jasmine tea was perfectly hot and light. It was a very comforting meal due to hot tea and hot pho. I also loved that the food was delivered with a pouch with chopsticks, fork, spoon, and big spoon for pho. SERVICE: The service was very pleasant, quick, and accommodating. There was one waiter serving quickly filling dining room. He was excellent and very attentive! I was seated very quickly. My food impressively arrived within minutes. All other guests had all their questions answered with patience. Huge compliments on the service! The restaurant was extremely accommodating to groups. They expeditiously moved tables together for large dinner groups. I was at the restaurant before 6 PM and the restaurant was already almost full with more people pulling into the parking lot. It seems like it's a popular local destination. PARKING: There is plenty of parking available to customers. Dedicated parking lot rather than shared plaza arrangement. My experience was pretty positive. I was especially impressed with the excellent service. It wasn't the best Vietnamese food that I experienced, but pretty good for a casual Sunday meal. While I wouldn't go out of my way to travel here, I'd definitely stop in while in the area.

In addition to pho, the restaurant offers banh mi and vermicelli noodle bowls, both of which I had during my most recent visit. The banh mi came with some Vietnamese cold cuts, pate, mayo, pickled radish, carrots, cilantro, and jalapeño. The sandwich was delicious. I loved the bread, which was so crispy on the outside and so light & airy on the inside. The veggies were fresh, and the cold cuts & pate were flavorful. The noodle bowl was also tasty. The bowl came with a generous amount of noodles, a decent-sized portion of tender grilled pork, an egg roll chopped up into pieces, bean sprouts, carrots, and other veggies. It was served with fish sauce on the side, which I used liberally along with Sriracha. If you dine in, there is a big bottle of sriracha at each table. In addition to being delicious, the noodle bowl was so filling. Between the bowl and sandwich, I left the restaurant stuffed. The service was quick and friendly. The vibe is very casual.
