DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were called out to my elderly parents home to fix a toilet leak in the downstairs bathroom. Apparently they knew what the real issue was but essentially put a bandaid on it and did not communicate with us at the time what was really going on. Needless to say it was not fixed and now the damage to the floor, which was originally contained within the bathroom, has spread through the hall almost to the front door! When my mother called for their insurance information they were rude and combative and accused HER of fraud!!! They are refusing to give them their info. I AM APPALLED! I would give 0 starts if I could. I had a very disappointing experience with Superior Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner was rude, lacked clear communication, and was not transparent throughout the process. I called through my home warranty for what should have been a simple cartridge replacement in one of my bathrooms. Instead, the owner claimed I needed an unnecessary pipe modification and quoted me $450 out of pocket. This felt completely dishonest and like an attempt to upsell work that was not actually needed or covered. Because of this experience, I have already requested that my home warranty company not send this contractor to my home again. I do not recommend this company. The owner is rude and will tell you false information because they are too lazy to fix the problem. Home warranty sent them out. Tech was here 6-7 hours and still did not fix anything. Then advised I need to clean the coils. Got the coils cleaned 400.00 later and this was never the problem. Called them back an Adel/Adeb the owner was rude because I confronted the false diagnosis. Unit still reading under charged, still a leak somewhere. They also removed my insulation on the wires by the unit and never advised. I would not recommend this company to an enemy. read more

They charge the service fee, but the problem was never fixed and now the owner is non-willing to come out to fix the problem as he states it's not his problem . Superior Plumping serviced my AC via my Home warranty which was through my property management company. With a newborn at home, it was less than ideal to have your AC break on 100 degree day. My home warranty initially provided a different provider who was overcharging for service. They came several days after I flagged the issue. After turning this other company down, my management company then looped me in with Superior plumping who was able to come out the very same day they were contacted. Devon quickly and expertly identified my issue - a broken compressor. In addition to a speedy fix, he went above and beyond in educating me what went wrong and how. He also shared a ton of helpful tips in order to minimize wear and tear and over exertion of my system. As someone who knows very little about this type of stuff, I really appreciated the fact that he took the extra time to educate me and explain things so simply. I truly learned so much from him! PLEASE READ THIS! Our hot water heater broke and we were without hot water. Through my home warranty, I reached out to this company last night after hours and left a message, asking them to call me. Adel, from this company called me first thing this morning and asked that I take a few photos of the unit with the model number etc. I did so right away and within the hour, he called me back to let me know that the unit should be replaced and it was covered under the warranty. This company is the best. They come right away when needed. They have been out to my house 4 times now. Shoty building material and old house. Eric who does the plumbing is the best. I've had 2 slab leaks and he got it fixed right away with as minimal clean up for me. He takes special care when removing flooring or drywall that can be reused. When he leaves there is no mess. He cleans up after himself. Devon replaced my A/C coil and heater and we couldn't be more happy. He too made sure that when he left there was no mess and it was fixed right away. My AC stopped cooling in current extreme hot weather condition on Aug 5. Was lucky to get an outstanding Service Technician like Devin who was sent by Superior Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning referred by my Home Warranty Company. He quickly diagnosed the issue and restored normal cooling operation of our AC by replacing a small parts soon. Additionally he resolved a long standing main water outlet clogging problem on his own. Although the cost of repairing the slab leak in my home wasn't completely covered by my home warranty, I was impressed by owner Adel who responded by phone quickly to the ticket opened on my behalf by Old Republic. He sent a plumber, Roman, to take photos & facetime with him to pinpoint the leak. A few days later, Adel & plumber Tim arrived to diagnose & plan a solution. 2 days later, Tim returned on his own & resolved the problem. My only complaint is that there was a bit of a mess left for me to clean up afterwards (a 12" x 12" piece of plasterboard had to be drilled & removed to get to pipes, a hole in yard was not refilled). Adel explained that cleanup is not part of his service (he suggested I contact my homeowner's insurance), but as a customer, I think my property should be returned to its' original state. I read the reviews and was concerned when AHS sent them. BUT, I was pleasantly surprised by the timing, service, professionalism and thoroughness. I made a call to AHS (my home warranty company) on Monday, 10/17 in the afternoon, the following morning, Roman from Superior Plumbing called, asked if he can come to the house between 3:30-5:00 pm. He showed up right at 3:30, looked at my AC , took pictures, explained the problem then fixed it. I highly recommend this Roman and this company. read more

I received a phone call from Devon a day after I left a voicemail, and he was able to come over same day. Devon did an excellent job in ensuring there were no other issues with my A/C and took his time checking everything. He explained to me the reason for the A/C not reaching temperature and gave me a few tips. My A/C finally reached adequate temperatures after it was fixed. At no point did Devon try to offer other services not under the warranty, he did what was expected, which was an honest job. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Sent by our home warranty and first the guy already "determined" the issue without thoroughly testing anything and dismissed the experience we've had. Get denied by warranty because he told them something completely different. Had them sent back out because I could prove what the real issue was. Second time he comes I show him the actual problem area and he says it wasn't like that when he checked last time BECAUSE HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! How could you know what was broken if you didn't even believe that was the issue the first time hence not having actually looked at the problem area. Superior Plumbing, Heating, & AC lied to my warranty company telling them my unit was still under warranty with the manufacturer when in fact it was not and they were just too lazy to call them to find out. My Rheem tankless water heater wasn't putting out hot water for more than 30 seconds before going cold again. After contacting my home warranty company they sent out Fred from Superior Plumbing. Fred was very friendly but admitted that he was not familiar with this particular tankless water heater and that he had only been working for 4 years so he called his boss for help. The boss said they'd have to call Rheem to find out the issue and see if the unit was still under warranty. By this time it was already 5pm on a Thursday so Fred told me he would call Rheem in the morning and call me back. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I called multiple times the next day and left messages, NO REPLY WHATSOEVER!! I finally contacted my home warranty company and told them the situation so they called Superior Plumbing while I was still on the phone...Superiour plumbing told my warranty company that they needed to call Rheem to find out if the unit was still under warranty. Yet by this time it was already Friday afternoon and Rheem closed at 5pm EST and not open again until Monday morning. So now I'm without hot water until Monday with a 2, 4, and 6 year old...having to heat water on the stove to put into the bath, etc. By Monday I'm so fed up with the situation I call Rheem myself (they were extremely helpful) and helped me diagnose the problem and linked me to the part I needed on Amazon, $18, since my unit was no longer under warranty. They sent me an email explaining how to replace the part and it was a simple enough fix. Everything works beautifully now. Meanwhile I get a call from my home warranty company two days later saying that Superior let them know that my unit was still under warranty (which means my home warranty company didn't have to fix the issue). A COMPLETE LIE and I knew that because I already called Rheem myself to find out. The unit only had a one year warranty and didn't transfer between home owners (I moved into this home 7 months ago). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They do not give the common courtesy of calling when they say they will, they do not respond to voicemails, and they will BLATANTLY LIE to your warranty company. He contacted me immediately after I had called him, and when it was time to get to me, he made sure that he came out quickly for my appointment because of the high temperatures in Menifee. It was all figured out and then it had to be okayed by American Home Shield. Between me, making a phone call and him doing what he had to do for AHS, he was back in two hours, adding Freon and I was up and running again! He was very thorough on checking everything out for me. His assistant even heard a sound on my outside AC unit and said some thing was loose and figured out what it was and solved that problem also.
