I never had any major issues while living there. And any repairs were always done in a timely manner. The staff has always been amazing. Julie and Kiyata are typically who I speak with when calling and they jump on whatever is needed. I moved to another location in 2021 and am still with the company! specifically about ogden apartments…read more i've been living here since october and have had nothing but problems since day 1. including them giving me the wrong apartment upon move-in and even telling me "oops, you're not the first person this happened to, sorry!" i've now been waiting since october for the move-in special gift card to be recieved by me. i've talked to multiple residents and we've all shared our negative experiences together. i am truly upset, after emailing for months they continue to give me mixed answers about when i'll be receiving the gift card. i was even told "not to come downstairs to talk about it, just email us and we will figure it out". just feels dismissive and condescending. it's over $2000 that i'm waiting for, so yeah, i'm frustrated. i've been emailing / calling and they've completely ghosted me. i will update the review with positives and perhaps raise the stars once they do their part and give me the move-in incentive i'm owed, but i've really hit a point with them because why am i waiting around for the two months of free rent promo? i've lived here four months now waiting, get no replies ever, and barely anyone is ever in office.

I have been renting from…read moreMetropolitan Holdings at their Grandview Village apartments for three years and their poor management of this property has evolved over the years but not improved in the slightest. We started with a property manager that sent us the wrong lease documents, was unresponsive to maintenance requests and was often rude. Now we are dealing with one that has refused to take action on our requests to mitigate issues and provides false information. These condos have been an active construction zone since they were built and the construction continually blocks all of the roads, leaves nails (popping your tires!), and starts at 7 AM Monday thru Saturday and sometimes on Sunday. If you welcome the sound of jackhammers, beeping trucks in reverse and loud screaming at all hours then this is the place for you. Not to mention that there is trash everywhere. Also, be careful - they have a towing company that will tow your car when you forget to put your parking pass out, even though they have all the resident's vehicle information, but they won't tow the construction trucks that park in your spots. Think twice before signing a lease with them. You can expect your rent to be raised every year even if you have noisy neighbors, constant construction and trashed yards.
