We recently changed from a Culligan water softening system. After interviewing four companies and…read moredoing a ton of research, we settled on EcoWater Systems offered through Costco and installed and serviced by Superior Water. It's been a couple of months and we are so happy with the system. They installed a whole house softener and purification system that also removes chloramines. We also had them put in a reverse osmosis system that goes into the frig and to the kitchen sink. The water is silky, soft and doesn't smell like chemicals. It feels much softer than it did with Culligan. The whole system is wifi enabled and we can monitor it from our phones. It alerts us if anything should need servicing or if the salt needs replacing. The installation was flawless and Etta, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable. The installer, Brian, was very professional, friendly and the installation was flawless. We used our Costco Visa and got an extended warranty and an 10% rebate via a Costco Cash Card, making this the best priced system of the four compatible systems we researched. Superior Water has followed up several times to make sure everything is going smoothly. We couldn't be happier.

They arrived in the morning as promised and were completely finished with three major installations by 2pm. We ordered this bundle thru our Costco membership services that contracted out Superior Water for their installation services and I must say both plumbers were Proffesional, kind, and patient with our questions during the process! Sean even helped me with leaking shower while he was here & only charged me for parts. ( Much appreciated as we were at our wits end with that shower leak ). Our water softener installed is top of the line, remote monitoring with it to.measure water usage and rock levels. The water tastes really good, if possible to believe and super clear! We absolutely love our new water system. Thank you all - even Melissa in office has been pleasant to deal with my post installation questions. We have found our plumbers to use going forward! Especially since they come out to Elizabeth.

I called Jump to fix a control Transformer and was pleased to get a same day appointment…read more Adam showed up on time and proceeded to diagnosis the issue. His expertise noticed a couple of installation errors , one of them was related to the control transformer. He was able to fix and completely remove the failing transformer and utilize the furness control panel instead, nice clean solution as the manufacture intended. The other installation error was causing condensation to not exit correctly and was leaking water that was rusting the front wall pan. I was unaware of this and was looking at having to replace a 4 year old furness if the rusting was to proceed or had already damaged the integrity of the wall. Adam checked the wall out and concluded that the heating element integrity was still good and the wall had not been compromised to the point of furness replacement. Without Adam's knowledge and skills I would be in a bad spot in the near future from the poor installation. I'm very pleased and happy with the outcome, thanks to Adam and do recommend JumpHVAC.

Jump HVAC provided same-day service, and the technician was able to troubleshoot the problem. Tom came out to talk water and boy, does Tom know water! As we started to talk about the house, where our water comes from and what we were primarily interested in Tom was doing tests of our water. He was very efficient in the testing and explaining the results. Our new home in Castle Pines was built with an instant hot water unit, which was all new for us. And from some other companies we talked to at the garden and home show told us that you definitely need to put a soft water unit in for the tankless (primarily for the warranty). As it turns out, Tom gave us a measurement of 3 for hardness which is very good and he told us we do NOT need to install a soft water unit. BONUS! We also talked about other minerals and pH in our water. And it was nice to hear we have really good water here. He did leave a flyer and a quote for a RO (reverse osmosis) drinking water system if we ever decide we would like to go that route other than just getting drinking water from the refrigerator. I would highly recommend anyone who is curious about their water quality to contact them and talk through what you might need or what you want.

If you're looking for a water softening system, go with him. I like to learn and understand how all the appliances in my house work and Tom couldn't have been happier to spend the time educating me, both before we agreed to hire him and then while he was personally installing the system. We discussed our needs and family size, and it was refreshing when he recommended the lower cost solution for us instead of trying to upsell us something we didn't need. He'll be very honest about what will make you the happiest with your water. The system works great and made a noticeable difference with the hardness of our water. Tom was very efficient when installing and left no mess when he was done. He and his wife (co-owner) have also called to check in to make sure we were happy and confirm everything was working well. Don't think twice about hiring them!

We inherited a Pelican water filtration system when we bought our house that I knew nothing about…read more I called Water Pros when it started leaking since Pelican wasn't in business anymore to see what the state of the system was. When we found out it was so old & calcified that it wasn't even working, we purchased a new whole house conditioner. I was shocked at how fast they were able to install it & they were very thorough in running through everything with me. We finally feel like our water is in under control and not a big question mark

We had an RO unit installed in our kitchen some months ago by Water Pros Water Purification. The…read moredischarge hose was not inserted into the drain correctly and it came out and began emitting water into the cupboard under our kitchen sink. Since the leak was so slow, we did not notice it until we went downstairs and saw the huge water bubble in the basement ceiling. The carpet was soaked. All in all, we had a repair bill of just under $2,600. I called Paul at Water Pros the day we discovered the damage and he told me that he "would take care of me." He suggested I call my insurance company to start the claim. I did that and was told that since the damage was less than my homeowners deductible, that it would be up to the installers insurance company to cover it. The Hartford Insurance company carried Water Pros insurance policy. I sent and explanation of what had happened with the pictures I had and was told that since I did not prove that the damage was due to their insured policyholder (Water Pro's), they would not cover the claim. Not worried, I again called Paul at Water Pro's. Now he was changing his tune. No longer was it "I will take care of you," but now it was suggesting that it was not his installer's fault that the damage had happened. I told him that any other cause was ridiculous. Was he suggesting that I or someone else pulled the waste water line out of the drain myself? Ultimately, he said it was impossible for the waste water line to come out of the drain. Funny that, since it was sticking nearly straight up out of the drain when I found it. On the day I found the leaking line, I immediately turned off the water and proceeded to anchor the line to the underside of the kitchen counter before curving it back down into the drain. I then squeezed the line together so that it wouldn't want to spring back out again and held it with a nylon tie wrap. Paul refuses to admit fault for his installation and has stuck me with the repair bill. I am currently seeking remedy in Small Claims Court.

We had a water leak in my twelve year old 96% efficient Amana furnace and I placed a call to Davey. Dorothy was very courteous sent out her son Junior to look at what was going on. He told me he was going to condemn my furnace though there was no signs of aerial contamination. I told him I'll go out and buy two expensive meters and they both showed ZERO contamination! Ok, Junior then said the furnace would be covered under replacement warranty as the heat exchanger was cracked. He talked to the local dispatcher and they had a unit in stock. I was then told by Junior that it would cost me THIRTY FIVE HUNDRED to get the job done. I was flabbergasted at the price! This was for labor! Unbelievable! Ok it was winter and cold temps needed to be handled so I told him let's do it. Junior returned and started installing all the while informing me that it would cost me another EIGHT HUNDRED! I told him no way! Mind you, my old unit was removed and brought downtown. He called his office and they backed off on the additional eight hundred. I left Junior alone and he put together the new furnace and installed it! It was not straight, not plumbed and he left after the furnace was running. I called Dorothy and COMPLAINED! She sent Senior out and he straightened things out. The inspector came by and failed the inspection. Senior came out again and touched up all the work. Senior had to come by a third time to rewire the condensate pump... to code! That final time he came, I could tell he was PO'ed at returning and never said a darn word to me. No respect at all! Bottom line, I was ripped off to high heaven. Thirty five hundred... for the work done? Maybe they get this from other uneducated customers but the unit was under warranty, the whole installation with labor should have cost me $2000 at MOST! I found an unbelievably reputable HVAC and they have so far treated me with respect and professionalism especially when it comes to pricing and top notch customer service. Just had to share this with potential customers here in the area.
