They were closed on Memorial Day, so I went online to purchase the specific tires I wanted and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. A few minutes after the store opened, I received a call from Marco letting me know that the tires I picked weren't in stock. Marco offered to get the tires I wanted delivered to the shop within a few hours and also mentioned different tires from the same brand. During the call, he explained the differences between the two tires. I decided to go with Marco's recommendation and saved around $200. When I arrived at the store, I noticed a sign with my name in a reserved parking area. When I pulled into the parking spot, Marco was waiting outside and greeted me. I was very impressed by the personalized service and attention to detail. Since it was a busy day, I was grateful not to have to wait in line. My car was even ready a few minutes before the quoted time. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely work with America's Tires again. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable and personalized tire service. Thank you for making my tire replacement experience much less stressful than Acura.

    I have been a loyal America's Tire customer for many years. During that time, I have purchased…read morenumerous sets of tires, entrusted the company with the maintenance of my vehicles, and referred dozens of friends, family members, and business associates. I never imagined I would be writing a review like this. On April 11, 2026, I brought my 2021 Mercedes GLE53 AMG to the Campbell (Hamilton Avenue) location to have two front tires installed. The tires had been purchased from America's Tire in advance, and the appointment was scheduled ahead of time. The employees I interacted with were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the technicians were unable to remove the front wheel covers required to complete the installation. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I was told they could not proceed with the work, and I left with the original tires still on the vehicle. Two days later, I brought the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek for unrelated service. I mentioned what had occurred at America's Tire and asked them to look at the wheel covers. Mercedes removed them without difficulty. During the process, they identified damage to the wheel cap assemblies that required replacement before the tires could be installed. Because Mercedes only sells those components as a complete set, the repair cost totaled $1,990.50. What has disappointed me most is not the repair bill. Mechanical work is performed by people, and people occasionally make mistakes. What defines a company is how it responds when a customer believes something has gone wrong. I immediately notified America's Tire and provided a detailed timeline, photographs, repair documentation, and the Mercedes invoice. Rather than addressing the matter directly, my claim was referred to their third-party insurance administrator. Over the following weeks, I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter professionally. Despite those efforts, America's Tire declined to accept responsibility, disputed the documented repair costs, and ultimately offered a small "customer service concession" only if I agreed to release the company from all future liability. At that point, I had exhausted every reasonable avenue available to resolve the matter informally. As a result, I have now filed a Small Claims action against America's Tire, where the facts can be reviewed by an impartial judge. This review is not written out of anger. It is written out of genuine disappointment. After years of loyalty and countless referrals, I expected a company with America's Tire's reputation to carefully investigate the facts, stand behind its work, and place the long-term value of a customer relationship ahead of the short-term cost of resolving a claim. Instead, I came away feeling that protecting the company's financial position was more important than earning or maintaining my trust. If someone in America's Tire's leadership happens to read this review, I hope you will take the time to examine how this claim was handled from beginning to end. My purpose in writing this review is not to damage your reputation. It is to encourage accountability. I believed in your company for many years, and I genuinely wish this situation had been handled differently.

    Our Honda CR-V was long overdue for repairs. David had identified the issues over a year ago, but…read moreunplanned personal and financial challenges delayed our ability to move forward. The needed work included inner and outer tie rods, a rear control arm, and a wheel alignment. I made an appointment with David the day before and drove an hour and a half to his shop the next day. As soon as we arrived, David and his crew jumped right into the work, replacing the tie rods. During the process, they identified additional issues that needed attention. Based on David's recommendation, we agreed to replace the rear sway bar link and bushing. Sensing that we were financially stretched, David generously waived the labor charges for installing these parts -- something my wife and I truly appreciated. When the parts store quoted a three-hour delivery time (after we had already been there for three hours), David wasn't satisfied with the delay and personally went to pick up the parts himself. Once the parts arrived, his crew hustled to get everything installed. The difference is night and day. Our CR-V now drives like a new car -- no more rattling, better steering control, and no more steering wheel jerking at highway speeds. I can actually hear myself think while driving again. We fully intend to return to Calderon's within the next couple of months for our next project: replacing all four tires. They have a great selection of brands, and I'm leaning toward Michelin or Pirelli. David and the entire Calderon crew do outstanding work. They are friendly, courteous, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommended.
