I put a watch on Layaway and when I went to pick it up the watch did not work and they refused to refund me my money or make it right. The only response was it was working when they took it in and for me to get a battery and put it in. He had no clue and couldn't for sure say the battery was the issue. This is the second time I had an issue at this location They do bad business. I don't recommend them to anyone. I'm only giving them one star and because they do have some nice stuff. I was not treated like a customer I was treated really badly at SuperPawn. I was about to purchase an item until they change the price to make it higher Compared the item was on sale. The price on sale was $100 and they were trying Change the price to $400. Because they were pretending I was dumb like somebody Put the wrong tag on the item. They said one of the items didn't have their tag so I said you're lying because I said the tag was there. But one and employees remove the tag. they pretend they didn't do that. I ask them to check your cameras. They ignored the question. I was the customers to that store I never got treated this way now I don't feel like you want to go over there anymore. SuperPawn taking the L for this one. They tried to sell me an iPad that was marked as working fine and unlocked when it was locked and not even charged. I had to request for it to be charged so I can check and it seemed to bother the cashier. There were 3 people here working when I first approached the counter. Rather than someone take the initiative and make a sale, the first two, a male and female joked with one another and made me wait for the 3rd person to get out from the back to deal with me. The first two should have just locked the doors and got a room in the back tbh. Then the 3rd person comes out and does the bs thing with the ipad. Obviously the low stars is for attempting to commit fraud against me and I probably would have given another star for the buying aspect of the business if the $10,000 kobe shoe's were in a case. read more

This pawn shop is down the street from me, and in the same parking lot as Trader Joe's, so I'll stop in here from time to time to browse their items. They have a really small space, but there's plenty of camcorders and iPods and the like. I just bought something from them after they listed it on Craigslist. Amazing price, and I probably wouldn't have gotten it at such a good price if they had a bigger store since they were holding it in the back. It was priced at $249, but they listed it on Craigslist for $200, and I ended up paying $185+tax. read more

I brought my $300.00 COACH purse in, with protective cloth casing and authentication card, to pawn only to be treated rudely and unprofessional! First, a rather robust Asian man insisted it wasn't real, then insinuates my bag was stolen because I didn't have a receipt. I explained it was an anniversary present from my husband only to be told they had no way to validate my purse but they would give me a $20 courtesy loan?
