Super pawn is a scam and should be sued, they rip people off, and do not care one bit. They will not help you or give names and contact information for you to complain to the higher up people. If you are a day late on your layaway, they will sale your item I put a necklace on layaway paid $250.00 out of the $ 1050.00 it cost. I was late 5 days from the due date no one called, texted, or emailed me anything about the payment. I am busy working, kids and everything else I do. When I got there to make the payment the guy said I forfeited the necklace and they sold it 5 days late. I called the so-called customer service who sends a message to the district manager David Vale who is completely unprofessional just like his employees, he said to bad I was late and that there is a restock fee of 33% which is $346.50 so far I only paid $250.00 so I owe them money what the F*** is happening right now. This company is a scam they will rob you do not purchase anything on layaway and be carful of pawning anything. I took my gold necklace here to pawn. Needed 500 at least which is normal fair price. They offered me 330. I was flabbergasted as ive gotten much higher even at this same store in the past.. they gave the excuse that gold price has gone down blah blah.. My necklace weighs close to an ounce. Told me to try somewhere else if i wanted. I did. Went down the street to ezpawn and recieved 645 and even they couldnt believe i was offered such a low price! We have been coming to this pawn shop for 4 years and have nothing but good customer service. They have patient employees who are always there to help with any questions and concerns. They have reasonable hours and they always answer the phones when you call for questions. They are even open on sundays! Their selections are always top choice and i never have an issue when we go there. read more

Horrible customer service. They will stand there laughing and giggling holding conversations before the acknowledge the customers making you feel uncomfortable. Got our laptop back yesterday, or should I say paperweight. Was 2 days late for getting out of pawn. I had to buy it back from them for $500+. So I understand that they have to wipe the CPU, and restore it to factory settings. Well they completely wiped it, operating system and all. They couldn't fix it so I had to go to Apple. They couldn't fix it either. Apple has to send it out to get fixed, and hopefully they can or like I said, it's just a paperweight. SuperPawn offered my $ back for the purchase of the CPU from them, but to get a replacement CPU comparable from Apple, it's over 2K. The thing that really pisses me off about it is that Apple said there is nooooo way that it could have been wiped completely clean like that by accident. Someone has to go to a specific place in the CPU and click a couple of things to do that. That makes me wonder what they were doing with our CPU that they needed to do that. Were they downloading kiddie porn? Stealing identities, or doing some other illegal things with it? When asked at SuperPawn why it was wiped, the employee was quickly hushed up by the mgr and said after due date, they can do whatever they want with it. Well now I'm questioning what was done with the CPU before the due date. Don't take anything there to pawn if you plan on getting it back. Go to a different location. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I created this Yelp account for the sole purpose of warning people against this pawn shop. I originally went there planning to buy both a labtop and a flat screen, and had the easiest $700 they could have made cash in my pocket. I walked in and it took me a long time to even find an employee that wasnt busy chatting with other employees. The woman behind the cpumter was rude and clearly did not want to be there. I asked to view a computer and made it clear I was short on time. She turned it on for me, but before providing the password completely ignored me and went on to have a conversation with another woman for lime twenty minutes. She looked pissed the two times I approached her. I left dissatisfied. I came back later hoping a shift change had occurred and I could get some decent help from the employees. As soon as I walked in, I heard the three emplyees-none of whom acknowledged me- whisper about me behind the counter. I stood by the computers for near ten minutes while they gossiped and glaced rudely in my direction. I again left dissatisfied. Their prices arent worth the drive, either. I would drive an hour to another pawn shop to avoid ever dealing with these employees again. Do yourself a favor and drive to one of the many pawn shops near by with friedlier employees and better prices. Im not even a picky customer, but I will never return to this store again.
