The haircut itself felt rushed and uneven, seemingly done to accommodate the perm rather than with care for overall shape or length. Midway through my appointment, a previous client returned visibly upset, saying her hair did not look permed. While I didn't hear every detail, it immediately raised concerns, concerns that ultimately became my own. Throughout the service, my stylist repeatedly emphasized that my hair was "too fine," that there weren't enough curlers for my hair, and that more hair needed to be cut. If she believed a digital perm would not work on my hair type, she should have been honest from the start and declined the service.
