I am writing this review after my initial review. My initial review came at the time of payment when I was offered "discount" to give a 5 star rating SO please DO NOT be "misled" into thinking the 5 star reviews are legit. I want to write a total review of what happened with this company. For ANYONE who is considering a moving company please count all of your boxes before and after the move. The workers for Supersonic movers "thought" that I wouldn't miss what they stole from me. I reached out to the who represented himself as the owner (Hector). and the initial conversation was cordial. He showed empathy and he said he would ask his workers about my missing item. That doesn't make sense because who is going to admit to "stealing" from a client and your job is to move clients personal items. So my response was "don't worry about it asking" because the preportrator won't confess. I said I am telling you because you have a business to run and a reputation to uphold. As I unpacked my last container I realized that I had another pair of shoes were missing as well. At this point I reached out to Hector and told him I was considering (but NOW) I need to file a police report. The report is just to document what happened so if another customer experiences the same there would be a record. Now Hector goes from showing empathy to defending his employees. I stopped him and reminded him per our previous phone conversation (that)he said one of his guys had been with him for only 2 weeks and the others for 2 months or so. He goes on to say why would my guys risk their job, etc. My question is "When has a thief needed a reason to steal something?" So I could see his next statement coming from a mile away. "Well what do you want? NOW, he totally offended me because he is insuitating that I made this claim to get a refund or something similar. My response to him was rude but truthful and I said the following "I don't want ANYTHING from you I just want my sh*t back which I know isn't going to happen. With all of this being said they took my a pair of White Air Force One's that were a gift from my daughter and a pair of Red Air Max 270's. I know exactly what was missing because I had just put these items in the PODS container 6 weeks ago. During the Pandemic I had to move out of my previous apartment and in with a loved one. Hector tried to shift blame to the moving company that loaded the POD container. This failed attempt to shift blame doesn't work because I had just put the shoes in the POD when I had to get out a suit for my job interview. I know it seems as if I am rambling in this review but I am trying to give total context. I just started the job so I was only able to be present when the moving truck was loaded with my belongings taken out of a POD. When they delivered my belongings to my apartment my girlfriend was there by herself and of course she wasn't thinking that my items would be stolen. It was 4 movers and they got away with it but since Hector decided to defend his workers I assume he is accepting responsibility for them as well. What started as me "trying" to give him a heads up and let him know that one his men may steal has shifted to me making sure ANY and EVERY ONE considering using his moving company knows that they stole from me. In addition I would encourage anyone who previously used his company and realized they were missing something take inventory because one of his workers may have stolen it. Now looking back when I complimented one of his workers on a watch he was wearing and I asked where did he get it. He answered "he got it overseas". It sounded like a bullish*t answer when he told me this and after my things turn up missing I am more convinced now than ever he probably stole it from someone else. We have just spent the last 18 months or so in a damn Pandemic when has a guy working for a moving company been overseas. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere else for your moving needs or risk having items missing. I will make sure they feel me!! I paid in full for moving services. I DID NOT pay for assholes to take my belongings!!!! So let it be known I never asked or wanted a refund. The moving company should be paid for the job performed. I want back what was taken from me but anyone reading this should know this wont happen so at this point what I want is for Hector to terminate the employment of EACH and EVERY one who moved me that day and don't give me this jazz about all of your workers pass background checks UNLESS you are prepared to prove this with documents dated prior to July 8, 2021. If you read anything in this review read this statement: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS IN NEW ITEMS. THE WORST MISTAKE I MADE DURING MY MOVE WAS HIRING SUPER SONIC MOVERS. After looking through some now what look like stated reviews, my husband and I hired this company to load our items. Their crew were repeatedly told how to handle our adjustable bed frame. They didn't listen to this, and how we have a broken bed frame. In addition, they scraped the front of the dresser and wrapped it in plastic wrap to try to conceal it. When the office manager about this, she tried to say it wasn't them when they were the only ones that touched the dresser between it being in my apartment and loaded onto the moving truck. The issues were discovered before anyone else even touched the items. They're now refusing to replace anything, and simply offering us $.60 per pound of the items. I booked them through Google Guarantee, and when I mentioned that I would be reaching out to google, I was met with "Do what you need to do. Google won't do anything". In addition, this company believes that if they loaded the items they can't be responsible for damage. I have attached a photo of the scrape and will be attaching a video of the broken adjustable bed frame. TLDR: Super Sonic Movers company philosophy is even if they take a hammer to your items and load it, it's not their fault. Do NOT use this company. Update: GOOGLE DID REFUND US. Wrote initial review on March 25, 2022, as Hector and his crew were packing. They worked diligently through April 8 to ensure I was able to have home clean and ready for new owners on April 9. Due to miscommunications and misunderstanding about who was handling what, there was a mix-up regarding the second POD ordered to be loaded. It was a stressful situation, but Hector made it right. His team moved the things that were to go in that POD to their storage facility, had the POD loaded there, and then loaded the POD after I had already moved out. I cannot say loudly enough how much I appreciate that solution-oriented approach. It's missing in business too often these days. Hector's team also did many small "favors" to make my life easier. Their easy-going sense of humor, combined with massive hard work, turned an overwhelming time in my life into something almost joyous, if not exactly joyous. Recommend these people whole-heartedly. They have a work ethic that is nearly unmatched, compassionate demeanor (hugs as they wrapped up meant a lot), and that perfect combination of being funny and hard-working. read more

Supersonic movers live up to their name!. I needed to move my 3 bedroom house. I requested a quote via messages on Yelp and Alexsyss was quick to reply, she asked the right questions, took inventory of the items being moved. She send me a written estimate to my email for 4 guys and a truck with a lift gate for 9hrs30mins. I agreed and submitted my deposit. Hector the dispatch called me a day prior of my move date to confirm and to see if there was any changes. Good communication from the office. The next day I got a called in the morning from their crew leader on their eta. Movers arrived on time right at 7am. Aldo, Juan, Erik, Jamily did a great job, they wrapped all my furniture, took beds apart and they put it together. They did end up doing two trips. I don't blame them, I did have a lot of furniture and they finished my job in 6 hours so 3hrs30mins less than the estimated time. I requested a move for a 4 bedroom house. Not much big furniture, but lots of boxes.The movers were fast and extremely helpful. They helped pack boxes I hadn't gotten to yet and took care of my items. My bed frame was disassembled and reassembled at the new house. My dressers were left in tact and didn't have to remove the items. My TVs were unmounted and remounted at the new house. The entire house and garage plus my indoor and outdoor plants (there's a lot!) were all moved within 8 hours up and down flights of stairs. The guys were very nice and showed integrity. During the move they found some lost items and returned them to me. The entire experience was in incredible value for the work that was done. I would definitely recommend their service. read more

Joe, Phillip & Hector where absolutely Phenomenal. They we're on time, professional and efficient! Packed a 4 Bedroom House, with ManCave and Garage in 2 hours! Unloaded the truck, put together my dinning table, installed my Washing Machine and set-up the king size bed in the Master Suite! These guys do it all and enjoy what they do! In all, the move was completed in 5 Hours and 40 Minutes of it was the drive to my New place. My Father recommended them and I will always call them if I need something moved. Submitted a request for a quote and they answered me pretty quick. After the lease ended at my office I needed help moving all my desks and computers to the new location. Hector and his team came in took everything apart moved my desks, computers, couches and coffee tables moved it to my new location and set it up in just a couple hours. Prices are very affordable and saved me the hassle of doing it alone which would of probably took me days. Supersonic Movers made our move quite easy. Submitting the service order online was straightforward. Our movers Robert, Hector, and another gentleman were careful with our personal belongings. They wrapped multiple items with saran wrap and did not damage our items nor the walls as they moved things. We found these movers on Craigslist, they are excellent and extremely professional! These are not lazy guys that just waste time and rip you off! Definitely recommend to everybody!
