The buffet was top tier! Our server Michael 10/10! The vibe and ambiance 10/10! However, there were 2 people who were extremely rude to people as they waited in the buffet line - a bald gentleman (I think I heard someone say Brad). I watched him be extremely rude to a lady because he was upset that she grabbed a different plate from the buffet. We were all taken aback, and then another lady with dark hair was fussing about the line because we waited for food to be replenished. I would recommend for the buffet that they only allow a specific about of people in phases maybe every 15min ir so so that the line is not long. My family and I celebrated my birthday at SupperClub on Saturday, August 8, and we had a wonderful time! The food was hot, fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety. I really enjoyed the atmosphere--it's a nice elevated brunch experience with good food and great drinks. A couple of things I'd love to see: the meat eaters in our group felt some of the main meat selections could use a little more seasoning. As a vegetarian, I'd also love more options like veggie sausage or another plant-based protein, along with a few vegan-friendly choices. My wife treated me out for my birthday breakfast and heard about their brunch on Sundays and wanted me to enjoy it. Upon arriving it wasn't to busy as we were one of the first ones there, sat our items down and we immediately went to get our plates. It was laid out buffet style with all kinds of assortment of food like chicken, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, bacon, fruits etc. and this looks like a cool place to catch a vibe with duckpin bowling, pool tables, bar area and a huge patio to enjoy the sun. It was my first time at SupperClub after researching brunch spots in Charlotte, and I was beyond surprised by the ambiance, the food and the amenities! Not only was it super easy to park as they offer free valet, but the buffet selection was fresh and easy to navigate (no long crazy lines and the customers and staff were all nice). I brought my 6 year old daughter and it was just enough adult and also family friendly so the both of us could enjoy all they had to offer: bowling, basketball, skeeball. Difficult to park near, but they had free Valet so just swap parking fee for a valet tip, but not my favorite option (prefer free parking on my own) but such is a more typical issue these days. Certain touches in the food were very good, some (like steak with very little seasoning) could be better but overall food was all delicious. We chose the Supper Club with a group of girlfriends for a Valentine's Day brunch. The only menu option was a $39 buffet. There were a lot of different options on the buffet bar, but the buffet was not being restocked quick enough to support the crowd that was in attendance. Some of the food was seasoned nicely, but others needed a little bit more pizzaz. The drinks cost around $10 and were very tasty. They do need more servers, because the waitresses seemed to have a lot on their plate and simple things like drinks, coffee and were delayed coming to the table. All in all the atmosphere and the music was nice. They have bowling, games and table entertainment to keep you and your party occupied if needed. Excellent ambiance!!! The food was decent, but could've been better. What I did enjoy was the at they had cabbage with bbq sausage mixed in - never thought to try that before! It was a bit overpowering, but it's definitely something I'd try to make for myself. I wished the service could've been better. The female servers walked around with a mean mug on, as if they were irritated with our presence or didn't want to be there. I had to physically get up from my table and walk towards the kitchen to ask for silverware because the servers kept ignoring me as they walked past. Well this was an interesting place. I went here during Queen's Feast with a friend and I feel like the place has potential, but might be having a bit of an identify crisis. The layout was odd. You had a bar area, table area, couch area, and then a duck bowling area, that was right next to the sit down table area. I'm not sure if that was because it was restaurant week and they wanted to allow for more tables, but being sat next to the bowling area was way too loud and annoying in all honesty. The food was wasn't great. I was hoping to be more impressed, but the food just didn't appeal to me. The steak was chewy, the wedge salad was average, and the chocolate cake was dense. Overall, I think this place could work for drinks, but other than that, I wouldn't recommend. Also, there is no place to park. Walked into a very nice, upscale bar area with plenty selections of beer, wine & crafted cocktails. We were seated next to the bowling area which we had reserved 4 of the lanes (mini bowling). The staff came over to take our orders and were very thorough. We tried the margarita & pulled chicken pizzas, spinach and artichoke dip, delicious charcuterie boards, wagyu burger, crab cake burger, truffle fries, steak frites and 1/2 chicken. The food was great! There are tvs, pool tables, mini basketball games, board games & card games (including Uno), also a foosball table. I'm happy that we didn't let that hold us back because it's quite nice and swanky inside. It's a chill location with a few arcade items, couple pool tables and duck pin bowling lanes. The salmon and spinach was very tasty. I would suggest adding another side with that if you're hungry (as salmon nor spinach is all that filling). Visited for a happy hour event. As expected parking is a hassle in the dreaded Southend area. Thankfully we arrived earlier before the after-work rush and we were able to snag side street parking. If you don't beat that rush, you are out of luck. I did hear they do offer valet. Inside you are greeted with a big open floor plan with a long bar to your right and games, duck pin bowling, and lounge seating to your left. All the staff members were super pleasant and efficient. The bartenders were extremely friendly and gave great recommendations. We did try their fries, charcuterie board with pimento cheese, and crackers. It was all delicious! If it weren't for the location and parking I would find myself here a lot but unfortunately, parking is a huge deal breaker for me, even if valet is offered. read more

I heard so much abt their Sunday brunch buffet so went to try for myself. It was ok, I wasn't overly thrilled with it. But for the price tag of just a lil over $30 I thought it was reasonable for what was offered. Bacon was cooked to perfection and the chick was seasoned perfectly. Grits were a bit too lumpy and the French toast slices were tough. The fresh fruit options were delish. Sweet tea was good and I loved the make your own s'mores station. The salmon could have had more flavor but it was cooked perfect. They have a bowling alley and some arcade games to extend your stay. First up was Prime Ribs and Salmon at the carving station. Chimcurri and horseradish were tasty. Next there was French toast, sausage gravy, bacon, 5 cheese pasta with sausage, eggs, grits, Caesar salad that was yummy plus a garden salad if you wanted that instead. I was deceived by TikTok promotion of their brunch. Dined here for brunch with a friend and was extremely underwhelmed with the food selection. There was a mix of fruits and cheese, lunch (meatballs, green beans, cheese pasta, and salmon) and breakfast (eggs, potato wedges, grits, French toast, & hash browns). On the surface it seems like a good variety of food but the quality of the food was not appealing and they were slow to replenish food. Given that the brunch is over $30 I would expect a more massive spread with more than one line - Chinese buffets have more variety (& quality) for less money. The breakfast food quality was very generic; similar to an inclusive hotel breakfast. I couldn't finish my first plate & did not go back for seconds. The venue is large and has potential. I was a bit confused with the decor and the overall vibe they were going for. It felt like a fusion of Slingshot & Pinhouse. The staff seemed overwhelmed but were still kind and attentive to customers. I think if they enhance their brunch offerings and speed of service, this place could have a lot of potential. read more

We had a wonderful experience at SupperClub South End during Queen's Feast! The space is very interesting and not at all what I was expecting - first of all, it's HUGE and feels a bit like a warehouse, with the left half dedicated to duckpin bowling and the right half serving as the bar and restaurant space. This didn't bother us while we were eating though - we sat on a super comfy couch and enjoyed the casual setup. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, and we started with a round of cocktails (loved that the menu had little pictures of what each would look like!). We all decided to order from the restaurant week menu, and everything we got was fantastic. Appetizer-wise, the pear salad was crisp and fresh, the clams were served in a nice spicy broth, and the pork belly (while a very small portion) might have been one of the most delicious things we ate all night. All the entrees we got were good as well - the wild salmon and mashed potatoes was a highlight, with the vegetable risotto following as a close second. The steak frites were just okay, but the fact that the restaurant week menu came with automatic crispy brussels sprouts for the table was a HUGE win - those were perfect. As for dessert, we were absolutely blown away by the creamy, perfectly baked cheesecake. The chocolate torte was rich and yummy as well, but I will have dreams about that cheesecake. It was stellar. Our waitress also brought one of the desserts with a candle for our friend whose birthday we were celebrating, which was a sweet touch! We enjoyed the papas bravas and the chili aioli pesto that it came with but our shrimp was wayy too salty for our liking. They were very good and tasteful but also very small. It comes with three on a plate. For dinner I got the buttered salmon which was also very good. The table shared sides that were potato wedges and green beans. They gave us one bowl of side to feed 8 people which I personally didn't think was enough. For dessert I had the chocolate cake. All the food was good and I do recommend this place even though I don't prefer tapas. For our drinks, we got a drink called. It tasted like a clean mojito and it was very good. It wasn't sour and had less fizz than most mojitos I've tried. I highly recommend this drink. Overall we had good service and good food. The oysters were extremely salty to the degree that you could not enjoy them. They were probably the worst oysters I have ever had. The drink was decent. After we finished our meal, we told our server that we wanted to do the bowling so she added it to our tab and brought us over to the lane when it was ready. The process was super easy.
