Really disappointed- one week after purchasing the car the keyless entry broke and we tried to replace the battery and that didn't work. We called them to get it replaced and they wouldn't do it. That's just bad business. In addition, just felt like they nickel and dimed us a lot. We got $700 off the asking price because there is maintenance coming up really soon on the vehicle (timing belt). And when I called about the keyless entry they shoved that in my face. Pretty bad business overall. We were desperate and in need of purchasing a vehicle ASAP, so we went with it. I bought a very nice 02 Yukon it was in great shape inside an out but mechanically check engine light comes on 2 months after I buy it the car pulled left more an more after the first month and the truck burned oil very bad I spent about 800 dollars to try an fix the check engine light an nothing would make it go away I would have to put about a quart of oil in every week the guy is very nice the people are very nice I doubt he knew all that was wrong with it.. but then again it is a very crazy business just my opinion id stay away.. And if something goes wrong, they are great about resolving it in a fair manner. Jim buys quality cars and ensures that they are mechanically inspected and any issues are resolved prior to putting it on the lot. Yes, their prices may seem a bit more than other dealers but that isn't true. Three Bridges sells quality cars which cost a bit more and they put money into the car to ensure its problem free. You might find a car cheaper elsewhere but you will likely have to spend hundreds or thousands to get it into the condition that Three Bridges cars are in. In May 2019 my husband and I helped my son purchase his first truck. The price seemed fair and the salesman was very personable and nice. Within 3 weeks the problems began. The truck leaked large amounts of oil all over our driveway. At first they were reluctant to acknowledge there was an issue. Finally they told us to take it to their mechanic. Long story short, in the 9 months since we purchased the truck we have had to replace the entire engine and one week later the rear differential went out. We have had to spend an additional $7000 on this truck. It's been a nightmare. It is impossible that they were unaware that this truck was not eligible to be sold. Horrible lesson learned. I called Greg and spoke about all of this with him, and after driving from the Bay Area & paying him his ASKING PRICE for the truck (I couldn't talk him down AT ALL, not even $500, which he was fairly rude about. There are nicer ways to say I can't take the price down anymore, but he chose to use "No" and "Nope, sorry".) all he is "willing to do" is have me drive BACK over there & have ***me*** pay what his dealership would have paid at a shop he uses. I have 2 friends who bought vehicles in the last year from 2 different dealerships, both of which had them bring their vehicles back to change the brakes for them AT NO COST. "I assure you THIS is a safe truck, otherwise I wouldn't be selling it to you." ~ Greg (the day before I purchased it & today over the phone) Not sure how that includes a truck with worn brakes & a starter going out! *lame* Also when speaking about the warranty we didn't purchase, he said it was because we didn't put a down payment, which we did $3,000 down (which he also said it didn't matter if we finance the whole thing or if we paid for half of it with cash because either way he gets his money three days after the financing goes through... RUDE AGAIN!) then it was because the financing wasn't ready before it was purchased, which we were Preapproved the day before... so instead of saying "Let me go grab the paperwork & see why that didn't happen!" he tried to wing it and sounded not so smart. My wife and I came across a 2007 Honda CRV on the internet. We went to take a look ourselves and found Greg helping another client. He took his time and told us a little bit about the car and asked if we would like to take it for a spin and simply said yes he took my driver's license and came back with the keys and told us to take our time. I used to work for a body shop and I made sure the car was right for my son. When I came back from the drive test he came to us and asked of what we thought about the car. I told him that the A/C was not running right and he told me that if interested he can have that fixed for us. I told him if he can give me a minute to discuss it with my wife and once we agreed on it he returned and we told him we would like to purchase it. He then said, "oh good because I had another family here waiting to purchase it but I will send them on their way".. The total amount of repairs is close to $6000 .The warranty did cover &2800 but I am out of pocket $3000. They claim all their cars have Car Fax I never got one! They advertised a car for 6 days that they didn't even have on the lot. Is that even legal? We were told it was being safety checked...for 6 days? Finally we were told it was there and we drove 25 miles to test drive it. Brake Anti Lock warning light on...really? Tried to negotiate the price down by just $500, then $250 and and were given a short rude "No" each time with a bunch of jibberish from the owner expounding his vast knowledge of car sales. Only giving one star because zero stars isn't an option. Drove over an hour to this dealership only to find out it was a complete waste of time! Had cash to pay for a SUV and was told by the VERY rude salesman that he would not budge at all on the price even though we didn't want to finance. His exact words were "I don't need cash, I don't need to sell cars". Would not negotiate at all... I honestly have never been treated worse then I was here. He even followed us out of the office arguing with my husband that no dealership would ever give a cash discount. STAY AWAY from this dealership for sure unleFound a better SUV with a way better price the next day. I guess the dealership we went to liked cash and wanted to sell cars LOL... moral of the story don't waste your time at this dealership!! UPDATE: I think it's sad that the salesman responding to my review tries to make it about money when really the issue was the customer service was horrible. LETS MAKE ONE THING CLEAR we had $10,000 cash on us to buy a vehicle that day so "budget" wasn't an issue AT ALL. These people will not negotiate at all or for a few dollars. I guess they are so confident that they will sell these very used vehicles and do not have to come down on price. Let's see they buy one at an auction via the computer and push a button, one keystroke, and then mark it up 100 percent and then won't come down somewhat on price. It is sad that cash is not king anymore, just get a loan and then some loose their job or can't pay and loose the vehicle then this dealership starts the process all over again and marks it way up and gets some other sucker into a loan. It he or she pays it til close they are paying three times for the vehicle or if they loose it, then the dealership takes the car or truck back and makes a killing on the price as it is so easy to get a loan today. Instead of taking maybe 8 or so percent off the vehicle for a cash payment, they would rather wait to get a person into a loan and wait for them to loose it. What an unethical way to do business. Saw a Lexus RX300 on Craigslist, called and spoke to Candy. She walked around the vehicle for me, and mentioned it was pretty clean. Drove up a couple of days later, and met Jim. He put me on a test drive, and I immediately liked the vehicle, and plunked down a deposit, at which time he completed the DMV docs since it was a cash deal. Came back a couple of days later and drove it home. I called about what I thought was some oil under the engine, but it turns out it was just residual oil from the recent oil change.
