We have been going here for delivery for a few years now. Never had a problem until last night. We called at about 7:45pm and estimated time was 8:30 for delivery. Unfortunately after several calls and some one finally answering they said our order would be here in 10 minutes. It came at 9:15 and it was cold! We sent it back. Today I called to ask them not to charge my card as we didn't accept the order. The "manager" gave me a hard time and said she couldn't refund my card as it was done yesterday! That doesn't seem true. And she also insulted us by saying the drivers didn't want to deliver to us! We have never had a problem with any of the drivers and they have always been tipped very generously! She also said she just bought the business recently but we don't believe that either! It's really sad she was so rude and not helpful and she lost good customers!! read more

I order here almost every weekend for the past year. food was always hot and came sooner that expected and if there was ever a issue it was taken care of properly, first time ordering with new owners, food took over a hour (20 min past delivery time) and food was cold! when I called I got to see where order is they couldn't find it then the girl said she packed it herself and it's on its way, once I dot food (20 min later) it was cold. I called back for some sort of credit and the new owner gave me a story about how she packed it personally, after calling her out on what the other girl saying she packed it her story changed, she said it sat for to long and was cold so they remade it and she packed it herself. yea rite!! so in the end I had to hear my food up and got no credit or apology! looks like I'm going back to pizza heaven. old owners were great. new ones not so great and can't run a restaurant. read more

Watch your receipts this restaurant adds tups that are not authorized by the purchaser then when calling staff is rude. Told me that I need to come there with the proof that I was charged an extra five dollars and I said that is ridiculous so now you want me to get my car and waste gas to show you that you guys charged me an extra five dollars but that's fine I will come. We ordered two small pizzas. What I would call a large personal pizza if you're trying to figure out size. Pictured is the Texas BBQ (I think that's what it was called). And I really liked it. Great crust, all the ingredients tasted great. The second (I forgot to take a picture) was pepperoni, pineapple (I know) and spinach. Have been for Pizza which is great, but recently tried the Philly Cheesesteak, not to be confused with steak and cheese ( they are completely different from the meat to the cheese to the bread) They sell both. Very, Very, VERRRRRY good! Tastes like the Cheesesteaks from the best Philadelphia spots (I am not kidding) The Philly has sliced meat versus chopped up meat on the steak and cheese like you'd get in any restaurant. The Philly also comes with the perfect amount of Cheez Whiz. It may be the best Cheesesteak in the state. Just make sure you order it as a PHILLY CHEESESTEAK and NOT a "steak and cheese" or you'll get a completely different sandwich. This is very important. read more

We finally found our go to place for Calzones! They make them the Rhode Island way with Ricotta cheese. We order the large and it's huge! Enough to feed my husband and I twice. Let me first say I like there pizza. But, I ordered a side salad tonight and I asked for no peppers or olives, so I think I'm getting a freshly made salad. Instead the girl take one of the already prepared salads out of the cooler and hands it to the guy in the back. He opens it and proceeds to take off the things I don't want with his hands. You can clearly see he doesn't have gloves on and he hands it back to her for me. I could have gone that myself instead of having someone use their hands to dig through my salad! Gross!! one if the girls said their hands are clean..yet they are touching the counter, the door etc and they used their fingers to go through my salad!!! Absolutely unacceptable! But....I think I made it better...lol....I had them throw extra garlic on it! I was really surprised it didn't come with garlic?!? We tried this restaurant for the 1st time and were very satisfied . It was fate as we tried a few places and they were not open . We try to stay local to patronize the small business'. We were greeted by a friendly young lady , that seated us , took our order and served us our food. She was amazing . We had a side salad , split a large veal parm,( many places do not make them ) And a backyard special pizza with anchovies , well done. Everything came out perfect , tasty , hot , well done . Definitely check this place out if you want to have some pizza, appetizers and drinks. We didn't sit inside as we had our two dogs with us but we had a nice high top table (only high top tables outside) with an umbrella that maneuvered to provide us with shade. Our server was sweet and brought over water for our dogs. They didn't have a ton of drink options because well pandemic and overall delivery of everything's slow, but we had fun and tonics and they were stiff ones. The pizza and salads we ordered were very good. I'll have to try the wings and steak and cheese next time. Just notice a new pizza restaurant in East Greenwich which is on my way to the beach. My first attempt to order food for the road was at Frank and John's also in East Greenwich. But nobody answered after 3 attempts and 20 minutes past their opening time. I had to source out another pizzeria And found supreme on yelp of course. Good menu and great prices. Ordered a small cheese pizza, large chicken parmigiana sub, and a grilled chicken salad. All for just shy of $25.00 Everything was good and great bunch of guys running the shop. I'm very happy to have tried Supreme!!! First off they deliver into West Greenwich which is a plus for me so I have a few experiences to share. The delivery is always fast, the drivers are super nice, one actually came into my house since he was carrying about 8 pizzas and I was wrangling a toddler and giant dog. The pizza is solid I like the online app that gives you the ability to request slice counts, and well done/Xtra well done on the crust. What took me by surprise was the Italian Grinder, add cap, hot pepper relish and have it toasted you will then have the best grinder in this part of the state or at least on that strip of road. Overall if you want some pizza that is not a greasy mess with quality toppings and cooked the way you want it go here! I enjoy their pizza, but I just wish they had a size between 10" and 16" the 10" is to small for me, but the 16" is way to much to eat at once, and I don't like pizza warmed up it never tasers the same.
