The pizza size and quality is great, the place has a good seating area, plus they have a small bar and the staff is friendly.

We ordered two small pizzas. What I would call a large personal pizza if you're trying to figure out size. Pictured is the Texas BBQ (I think that's what it was called). And I really liked it. Great crust, all the ingredients tasted great. The second (I forgot to take a picture) was pepperoni, pineapple (I know) and spinach. Unfortunately the spinach didn't taste fresh to us, but otherwise it was good.

We already know the sandwiches are fantastic, made on Buono's bread, but the dinners, oh my! Tonight I had shrimp with peppers fra diavalo. It had quite a few shrimp, green peppers and hot pepper rings in a red tomato sauce. Just enough heat and spice. This is served over capellini pasta. My husband had chicken Marsala, which comes with two sides. He chose green beans and carrots mixed, and mashed potatoes. He ate all of it except one cutlet, which he brought home. I, too, brought home half my plate. You have to try this place. The food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable for the plate. They are only open for dinner on Friday nights.

The rabe was not too bitter and the chicken was cooked all the way through, but slightly on the dry side. The Italian was not the best I've had. The hard roll was on the softer side. I would recommend that you get it hot if you like a crispy outer crust. The grinder was more bread heavy on the meat to bread ratio. Toppings were onion, banana peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, oil and vinegar.

Decent selection of drinks in the cooler with some edible to-go items (think chicken salad). All the sandwiches ($16) sound delicious. I had the Crabby Patty ($12), a breakfast sando with a smashed crab cake, soufflé egg, chili crisp, tomato and arugula on a beautifully toasted bola roll. It was divine. Their signature coffees are all very unique - perhaps a bit intense for some and likely calorie bombs but I enjoyed indulging in my Campfire Cold Brew after a hot yoga class. I'm assuming they offer regular coffee drinks, though none were listed. My only qualm with this spot is the price. Everything was a bit more expensive than I would have liked and I'm not sure all of it was on par with value. That said, I enjoyed my visit and would be happy to return.

The place looks new and very clean. The girls working there were friendly and quick to bring your items to you. I got the Rhody Latte, think coffee milk meets latte and shared a chicken parm and an Italian sandwich. The Italian was good but the star was the chicken parm for me. The sauce was great and really made the sandwich for me. The coffee, to me, was good but the coffee milk portion overpowered the coffee flavor. It's worth trying unless you're a coffee purist. Service was very friendly - everyone was warm and full of smiles. For sammiches, we ordered the Italian and the Chicken Parm. For coffees, we got the Rhody latte and honey latte. I snuck in a potato salad and brownie - who's counting calories at this point? We opted to eat in so grabbed a seat and our sammiches came out 5-10 mins later. The chicken parm - chef's kiss! It was super tasty with a good amount of sauce overflowing on top of the fried chicken cutlets. It was so good I was tempted to order one to go and it was a good sized portion! The mister got the Italian, although not the best we've had still very good - good portions as well. The potato salad was meh - could use a pinch of salt. The lattes weren't bad - I didn't mind my honey latte but the mister was just ok with the Rhody latte - he felt with the autocrat syrup, it was fighting with the espresso flavor. All in all - I would absolutely come back for another chicken parm sammich and would like to try some of their other options.

Never in a million years would I think that I'd be rating a corporate chain 5 stars ... however, as…read morea frequent visitor to Rhode Island, I have not found many sub shops of note. I needed a quick sandwich when I found myself in East Greenwich, RI visiting a friend and he recommended this place. "Are you sure there isn't somewhere more ... local?", I asked. "Trust me. You'll like it.", he said. The subs here aren't cheap. $10 - $12 for a 'regular sized' sub ... and $18 - $20 for a 'huge' sub. The regular sized sub is smaller than most local sub shops by about 1/4. I was a little disappointed when I saw the size vs. the price. After finishing it, honestly, I think I could have eaten 1/4 more and been full vs. feeling like I needed a little something else after finishing the 'regular'. It's hard to describe the size here ... I'd say it's in between a small and regular-size anywhere else. The actual sub was fantastic. I did the Mike's Way Italian Sub, minus onions, add pickles. They slice the cold cuts by hand for each sub ... which means they are not dry ... but, keep in mind that, unlike Subway, where subs are made quick but the ingredients have been sitting out all day ... these taste like the ones in NJ where it is unheard of not to slice the meat fresh. It does take some extra time ... so be prepared to wait if there is a line. I went into the store and there were 2 people ahead of me. I was in and out in 15 minutes ... kind of a long time for 2 subs, but the quality was indicative of the care in preparation. The cold cuts here were flavorful and the lettuce was crisp and fresh. The bread was good ... not overwhelming from a taste perspective and allowed the cold cuts to be the star of the show. The veggies tasted fresh and aside from being a little too wet with oil and vinegar for my liking, it was one of the better Italian subs that I've had. Their rewards program is complete trash! It is impossible to figure out ... you have all kinds of sign-in issues ... and the first time discount coupon of 10% off didn't work. Eventually, after waiting for 20 minutes to order and have my subs made, I told them to forget about it and ate the 10%. Two subs came to over $20 ... and drinks were almost $4 each ... so Two subs and two sodas was around $32 with tip/tax. For this reason, I probably wouldn't return here too often. If you are looking for a fresh tasting sub with better than normal ingredients, this is your spot! Danny DeVito must be laughing all the way to the bank because I see these shops everywhere lately! They are trying to be the In N Out burger of the sandwich world ... and succeeding a little bit. The staff was competent but not at all what I'd call friendly or cheerful. I guess that's maybe a true NJ vibe?

The first time I came was on a Sunday, and the restaurant was very quiet with only a few people there. The server who took our order completely forgot to ring in our drinks and food--not once, but twice. We waited around 30 minutes before anything arrived, and when it finally did, the drinks were incorrect. What made the situation worse was that the server never apologized or acknowledged the mistake. That being said, the food itself was excellent and honestly a 10/10. I decided to give the restaurant another chance and came back on a Friday, expecting a better experience. Unfortunately, the service was even worse this time. The servers seemed extremely unorganized and unprofessional. We waited about 10 minutes just to receive menus. When we tried to order two different bottles of wine, we were immediately told they didn't have either one, without much explanation or any attempt to offer alternatives. The atmosphere is supposed to be calm and relaxing, but one of the servers was extremely loud, which took away from the overall experience. I also noticed a child behind the bar, who was later driving a scooter around the back parking lot. Whether or not this is typical, it definitely added to the feeling that the restaurant lacked organization and professionalism. To be fair, the food was once again very good, and I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the food. The biggest issue is the customer service and overall management of the dining experience. There is clearly a lot of potential here, but the service needs significant improvement. It's especially disappointing because I originally heard about this place through an employee who works across the street at their other location. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and had a great personality, which gave me high expectations coming here. Unfortunately, the experience at this location did not come close to matching that level of hospitality. I really hope they take this feedback seriously because the food is genuinely amazing. With better organization, communication, and customer service, this could be a much better dining experience.
