    If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. This dealership does not honor the prices they quote and the customer service is extremely unprofessional. On Monday, salesperson Xavier gave us an out-the-door price for a used vehicle (their number, not ours). We even have the screenshot. We weren't sure about the price at the time He told us to let him know if we changed our mind. Less than 12 hours later, after we got our pre-approval, we contacted them Tuesday morning for the purchase order to move forward with the sale. Suddenly another sales agent tells us the price went up and his manager Chris says they can't honor the price they gave us the day before. If we still wanted the vehicle, we had to pay $4,000 more.According to them the General manager raised the price & couldn't go back to the price they had offered us 12 hours ago. Even worse, manager Chris never spoke to us directly we requested to speak to him multiple times & call was just forwarded to Sales man Xavier & sales manager never took our call or called us back. This was a complete waste of our time and felt like a BAIT-AND-SWITCH TATIC.No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

    Update we just went back to this place thinking maybe since time had passed maybe they would have gotten better. The sales person tried to make me pay $6200 for tax title license and dealer doc fee on a vehicle they said was $45k when we walked the lot. The sales guy was bald and wearing a purple shirt today - can't remember his name but I've never been lied to like this so I felt compelled to share here. Based on my calculation, that was inflated by at least $1500. What a scam.

    Mini cooper

    We purchased a sweet little mini cooper yesterday and had a great experience at Surprise Ford. Our Sales person, Lavi Barrs was very friendly and not pushing. You could tell she was there to help us get what we wanted. Lavi stepped up and involved manager George Lopez whom was also very kind and helpful. We then met with the finance manager Juan Marceleno and we were very happy with the outcome. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. After just 2.5 hrs we were on our way home with the car and terms we were looking for. Thank you all, Sandy and Larry Brown.

I then tell my daughter that they should offer the installation service there and they can keep the old battery and dispose of it. I called the store and I asked if they still offer that service and the gentleman said yes they do and to ask for him once my daughter is at the store. My daughter arrives at the store and immediately starts to get lectured by the manager on why my daughter didn't ask for the service and that it's not her job to read peoples minds. We called to talk to the manager and tells my wife that I was rude when I called. She never gave us her name so then I called to get her name a female employee picked up and asked her for her managers name and put me on hold and call went straight to her manager. I asked her for her name and told me "Rihanna" which I doubt is her name and asked her if she was the manager that was lecturing my daughter and was left on the phone with silence, no response from the manager. We took it to corporate and they will be checking cameras and Audio from their regional manager. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THE FEMALE MANAGER WITH TATTOOS ON HER ARM AND ACCENT. SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Everyone else there was professional who I spoke to. Going to be switching to O'Reilly. Last time at auto zone.

They did their research and found a trailer that they could afford and meet their needs. They were so excited and ready to experience their first RV. The trailer is perfect for their family. The Dealer and Staff were the worst bunch of used car salesmen except one salesman, the sales manager and finance manager were the worst I have ever dealt with. The Dealer treated them fantastic while they were looking at units, but that all changed when they said they wanted to think about it over night and come back. It then turned to we are done with you get out, the salesman walked away without saying a word. Basically get the Hell out of here. The kids went back the next day to check RV out again and decide what they wanted to do. The new salesman was polite and was nice to them. That went well and they pick the trailer of their dreams, then they had to speak with finance people. The kids already had been pre qualified and approved by his Credit Union. The Dealer Finance Dept people were insisting they use Camping Worlds financing and blew smoke and lies that they needed to use there financing because of protocols and when they told them they wanted to use his Credit Union they became complete assholes. After saying they were not going to use Camping Worlds financing they basically didn't want to be helpful in their first RV purchase. The Sales Manager and Finance guy when they went to sign sales paperwork just handed them a pile of papers and said sign were x and highlighted areas are, no sit down and explain or try to help just sign and get out basically. They really wanted the RV they picked and the price was a good deal on a new RV, but the experience was a complete disappointment and will stay with them forever. This Dealer needs to get their stuff together and treat a customer with polite courtesy. As a family we will never deal with Camping Worlds in the future! I'd advice anyone to stay away and find a different Dealer to spend your money with. I've dealt with Camping Worlds before and they were very good then but nothing as bad as this. What a disgrace this dealership has become.

I spoke with Kevin, the service manager, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He let me know my car was still under warranty and even offered to send a tow truck to pick it up. The tow truck driver was able to get my car started, so I drove it down to the dealership. When I arrived, Kevin assured me they could look at it right away. While I waited in the lobby, I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee, which was a nice touch. The wait wasn't long at all--about 40 minutes. I received a text letting me know my car was ready, and Kevin personally brought it out and thanked me for my business. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around--I really appreciate how easy they made a stressful situation.

(Bentley service in Scottsdale was unable to accommodate us without an appointment.) Called many shops only to be told they do not have the two different types of batteries that the fussy Bentley required. That changed when we called O'Reilly on W. Waddell Road in Surprise, AZ. and spoke with Desiree. This extremely talented and informed employee knew exactly how to get us into her store. She's professional and very well versed in anything automotive. Needless to say Bentley's are notorious for being extremely difficult to work on and that includes battery removal and installation. While Desiree had never worked on a Bentley before she was up to the task and jumped right in. She downloaded instructional videos for assistance, she never became frustrated she just kept going strong until it was complete. There are no words to describe our gratitude. Thank you so much for getting our Bentley back on the road.

They ALWAYS claim that the rotors are not able to be cut because it's too much labor them.. Younger boy has to ask his manager who's leaning on the counter if he's willing to cut the rotors same day or not but in the beginning weren't cuttable, I started having second thought about oreilly in general til I tried BELL & DYSART & they never denied a single rotor (I have the width tool I wouldn't take it if it's been cut already )
