Here on vacation and wanted a good, local breakfast spot. Not much on yelp so we tried Susan's and so glad we did! A small wait to be seated. Service was good and the good was great. Seemed a little pricey compared to other spots but we'll worth it. I had chicken fried steak for 8.99 with grits and the streak was awesome. The gravy was just ok. The grits was average and disappointing they just had margarine and not butter. We had pie after and it was just ok as well. I would go back and I recommend this place for breakfast in Springdale. read more

Being a long time resident of Northwest Arkansas, I am ashamed to say that I only ate at Susan's for the first time late last year. However, the experience was magical and I've been back many times since. I love breakfast food and this is hands down the #1 place in the area and one of my top five places to eat breakfast overall. The line of people is only indicative of the savory food that you'll eat, and does not do the justice of showing you how quickly you will actually get a table...they know how to move people in and out of the place without ever making you feel rushed. read more

Worst service ever. I been going there since I was 14 and today I went with some friends that i haven't seen in 6 years. We arrive there and my friend was arrived later than us. The waiter told us you should had order the table when everyone was here. I mean we waited 15 to get a table. Anyways we got over that situation. After we were done eating , we were chilling and catching up with our life's, when one of the managers got close to our table and pretty much told us we been sitting for a long time already. really who says that. Is a restaurant not a fast food restaurant. It made us so uncomfortable. We got up and left. We left a 15 dollar tip and paid a $80 tab for them to be that rude . I will never go back to that rude rest and Will not recommend people to go. read more

We love Susan's and have been coming for years. The food is phoenomenal and so, so satisfying. We jokingly call the pancakes "crack-cakes" because they are unique in flavor and HARD not to eat all of them! We also love the cinnamon rolls... really big and gooey icing all over! Staff is friendly, atmosphere is a little older and a little dusty but very homey and comforting. I've never had anything there I didn't like. Reasonable pricing, great staff. Very nice restaurant, that handled the service extremely well. We got inside and were greeted instantly. The waitress was very pleasant and extremely polite. She listened well and got our order to the tee! The inside of the restaurant is nice and feels like home. The food came out in a matter of minutes. Extremely fast service. Wow! What a great breakfast and super service! They have service down to an art and everyone was working together so well. We were there Sunday, August 25th. My hubby had the 1/2 chicken fried steak with potatoes O'Brien and fried eggs with a biscuit and gravy. I had 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns, and biscuit and gravy. We enjoyed it all. Haven't been here since the virus closed everything down. Before that my wife and I were regulars. We drive from Bella Vista to eat here. I always had the Chicken and waffle. The food here was always very good and the service also. Friendly servers, great food and reasonable prices. What else could you ask for. read more

The Yahoo review website is worthless. I tried to explain that you had been shipping cases of Pozza's Pasta to me (SC) for quite a few years now. The change has been that a pound has shrunk to 12 oz and the price has risen astronomically. I would like to order another case but your price is $6 per 12 oz and I purchased the same box at Harps for $5 in March. Can you offer the same price, preferably lower. I haven't asked the same of Harps. My family frequently visits your establishment and I try to whenever I'm in town. read more

WOW... that sums up a lot right there. This is me and my fiancé's favorite restaurant. We know the staff really well and they treat us very nicely! We go every Saturday and Sunday morning andddd periodically throughout the week if we're up. I work at another breakfast place and usually don't wanna go anywhere else when I get off the overnight shift but Susan's is my place to go. I had the chicken salad stuffed tomato and cup of soup with corn bread. My babe had a vegetarian omelette. Food and Service was 10 truly stars, but yelp only allows 5 lol. The food is outstanding and the service has always been exceptional. It has a nostalgic atmosphere, along with nostalgic prices! I am a rare fan of liver and onions.
