Love the decor and interior inside the restaurant. Very comfortable vibes. Service was great. Very informative and hands on. Food was delicious and fresh. I enjoyed my entire meals and was comfortable while I was eating. I was able to charge my phone, music was playing throughout the restaurant. Cool vibes

Definitely a cute little gem here in FiDi. Got the chashu ramen combined with the salmon and avocado roll. The ramen came with a good amount of pork and same with the salmon roll. However beware of the Add-ons. It's an extra $1 for salmon avocado, miso soup, etc so it adds up VERY quickly. Meal with two add-one came out to $35 (without a drink) so be mindful of what you order! Otherwise, friendly staff and good quality food.

We ordered the 4-roll box that included four sushi rolls and a choice of salad. We went with the spicy tuna, eel & avocado, yellowtail, and salmon & avocado rolls, along with the mixed greens. The sushi was decent for the location & offered a decent option to choose from. The rolls were quite filling, and the salad was fresh. I did find the price a bit steep for the portion & quality which was about $31 for everything. I'm not sure if I would come back personally, but if you're looking for a quick sushi option for dining in or takeout, this could be a convenient spot.

(Overall: 60% | D) - I ordered four maki rolls as a combo to go and was disappointed at the results. The pricing of this box was equivalent to that of DomoDomo, but the quality cannot even be compared. The food is either on the unflavored side in the case of the california roll and edamame that desperately needs salt or completely drowned like the case of that spicy tuna roll or eel roll. Overall, I think the chefs need to reconceptualize how to plate and flavor these items because it currently doesn't work. IG: @amei.eats

Not bad for fast food sushi. I ordered the box of four with a seaweed salad. Nice presentation. A bit pricey as most choices require an upgrade. The rainbow roll was my favorite. Quick and tasty but not the best sushi I've ever had. Very casual atmosphere. Service was at the counter. Again...basically fast food.

Extremely disappointing sushi. The rice is cold. Fish are not fresh. Even the avocado had brown specks and not fresh. Do not recommend.

Sushi was filling and the prices were reasonable!!! Staff was so nice and friendly. I kept pasting the restaurant.

Went here for lunch the other day. There was a long wait but it was worth the wait & price (less than $25). For everything purposed, I wasn't even hungry when I left work. It was all tasty and you got a lot for what you paid. Don't go if you're starving and can't wait...

Lunch today was Salmon and Avocado Roll. Ten pieces. After an appointment in the downtown area I wanted something to eat that was on the softer side and not too large a portion. Ten rolls don't fit into the "tiny" portion but sushi somehow is quite easy to eat without feeling like a stuffed turkey. The price was also reasonable at $10.54. I sat at a table to enjoy the sushi. Two customers were sitting and eating and a few people came to pick up their orders. The interior is compact, clean and had pretty lanterns that makes it feel serene. No restrooms here. Service was attentive.

I ordered the beef bowl and it took a while for my order to be ready. However when I opened it, I saw why. The presentation was thoughtful carried out. The food was good, pretty filling for a lunch. I paid $18 so it is on the pricier side. I wish they had more sushi specials (around $15). I plan on coming back once in a while when I feel like splurging.

This is good for quick on the go sushi. It's not fine grade sushi if that's your goal. Clean, kind service, good servicing size, and good pricing are all available here. I would swing by again for quick meal. There enough varieties so it's excellent! One flaw is no sight of a bathroom.

The sushi was so fresh and delicious my favorite was spicy tuna . Okay would definitely come back and recommend this location. The location is very chill and intimate.

I ordered the Classic Tonkotsu with the chashu rice ball lunch set. The presentation was beautiful, and I liked the fortune card. The bartender/server was friendly, attentive, and provided great service. Unfortunately, the ramen wasn't for me. The broth, ramen, and egg was extremely salty and oily to the point where all I could taste was salt. The chashu was extremely salty. I should have picked some off. The tonkotsu...I couldn't finish it, and it didn't sit well with my stomach. I didn't say anything at the time because I thought maybe it was just me, but after reading more reviews, I realized others had a similar experience. I do want to come back and try a different dish, like the cold noodles or a bun I saw another customer enjoying. For now, it's 2 stars. I'll come back one more time and give a new update.

Every meal I had from the chicken baos to my ramen was jaw dropping. I wish I could just snap my fingers and have their ramen right in front of me. You know a soul is delicious when you don't have to add extra sauces or spices. It's a tight place so not the best for large parties. However the decorations and overall feel of the place is welcoming. I will say, the drinks too a bit long to come out and they were super expensive. One drink was $20 I believe. Which is more than the ramen itself haha I wouldn't go here for drinks cause you'll end up spending a ton of money. We started with the pork belly appetizer which was recommended and stated on the menu indicating it's their featured dish. It was the biggest disappointment as it was extremely fatty with large chunks of fat, while the lean portions were dry. It didn't look very appetizing. The dumplings were just okay--they had decent flavor but I was hoping for a crispier texture. I ordered the Zebra Ramen. The noodles were cooked perfectly al dente, but the broth was much saltier than I would have preferred. The pat of butter felt unnecessary and made the broth overly rich without adding much depth. The chashu was on the small side and also quite fatty and I assume it's the same as the appetizer but was sliced instead of in large chunks. The marinated egg had good flavor, although the yolk was a little more cooked than I typically like. Another thing is the pork belly appetizer came with an egg. I wish the server would tell us so we didn't have to add it to our ramen with an extra charge. The nori was also completely soggy by the time it reached our table. Overall, the noodles were the only highlight of the meal and the rest were very underwhelming. It's definitely not a place I would recommend.

This spot delivers the kind of authentic paitan that reminds you why people used to line up on cold sidewalks just for a bowl. I ordered the Paitan Ramen Deluxe, and it genuinely lives up to the name. The broth is silky, rich, and comforting without being overly salty which is exactly what a proper paitan should be. The bowl comes loaded: tender shredded chicken, seared chashu, marinated soft-boiled eggs, fresh scallions, bamboo shoots, and a sheet of nori that ties everything together. Every topping tastes intentional, not just filler. The texture balance is what really stands out fatty chashu that melts, shredded chicken with real flavor, and noodles that hold up beautifully in the broth. You can taste the care in the soup base; it has depth, not just heat or salt. If you loved Totto Ramen back in the day, this feels like its modern successor same spirit, new precision. Toribro isn't trying to reinvent ramen which they're just doing it right. And in NYC, that alone makes it worth a visit.
