Tonight we enjoyed a variety of rolls, most chef's choice: - Kimi roll - Philly roll - Sumo roll - Salmon avocado - Dynamite (no crunch) - two... not one, but two Golden Dragon rolls... with curved slices of mango on top and a fantastic mango sauce Our waitress was intent to find a gluten free sauce for us and provided a combo sauce - half pink / half darker color (unsure the actual flavor but it was good).
