We had been searching for a decent sushi spot for a while, and Sushi Bros is it! We live a couple of hours away, and while we were in town for a swim meet, we decided to try them for dinner. Sushi Bros instantly brought back memories of our favorite sushi place in Carson City, Nevada -- fresh flavors, great rolls, and that same welcoming vibe. The ambiance is very casual, and you can choose to sit at the bar or at a table. The service is great as well; they truly remember their customers, and we always feel welcomed when we walk through the door. We'll definitely be back anytime we're in Boise!

Straight up one of my favorite spots. Family-run and they treat you like family the second you walk in. Super friendly, no BS, and the sushi always hits. Shoutout to JJ too--solid dude.

Always great quality. The chef's won't let you go hungry. Delicious sushi at an excellent price

Sushi Bros is one of my favorite AYCE sushi places in Boise. The family that runs this place is welcoming and friendly. For the price of two rolls anywhere else, you can eat A LOT more here. Yesterday was my cheat day and I made every carb count! My wife and I each had a hand roll. We also had several different rolls including the Dynamite, Dragon, Snow Corn (order this first because it takes 20 minutes, and the Sunset roll. The portions were generous. They don't skimp on protein or stuff their rolls with tons rice. Sushi Bros is well worth the price. Itadakimasu!

Went here with my family for a brother's graduation and we had some of the BEST SUSHI EVER. Personal I love a citrusy roll and they could not have done a better job when I ordered the Palikir. It was phenomenal and the waitress was committed to making sure it was good enough for me. My brother got a couple rolls with the great deals they have and he said they defiantly did not disappoint. I believe he got a dragon roll, meridian roll, and sunset roll. Everyone was so polite and just made the night for us even better than it already was with their bomb food and service.

Omg.. All you can eat RICE!! 95% rice 5% fish. What a rip off! $28.99 per person. I'm sooooo bummed.

Had a great experience. Absolutely delicious and beautiful! Hamachi was amazing. Sushi "to go" can be questionable but it was perfect.

Daughter & I finally went to try. Store is open, Clean and crisp. Staff is friendly. The all you can eat suits big groups. My daughter & I - did the all you can eat and well our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. We should have stuck to Al a carte. Prices are a bit higher and there's a huge selection of sushi to choose from. But honestly there are other places that the quality is better (i.e. Sushi Shack downtown Meridian or even IZumi). The only thing I wasn't impressed with is - IF you pay with cash you save 4% on bill but if you pay with card you don't get anything. So if you go - make sure you have cash!

Not impressed. Slow service and very very small portions. I have never seen such a small piece of nigiri but they charge full price.

Amazing food! Very happy with my experience here. The food is a bit pricey, but how do you expect fresh fish for any less.

Save your time and money, go to yoi tomo. For an extra $5 you can enjoy fresher food that's not just trying to fill you up on 80% rice.

We got a couple of rolls along with Nigiri and both of them were delicious. The waiter was very attentive. That dining experience wasn't the best. Our server was rude. Our chef cross contaminated his cooking utensils with cooked veggies and raw chicken. We had to look for our server for sake bombs. These were just a couple of the few issues with my first initial visit. As horrible our first visit was, I made sure I came in today with an open mind. Our reservation time was for 5:15. They had our table set up and us at the table by 5:10. We did come early so it wasn't really busy at the time. We sat, got ourselves adjusted and our server was ready to grab our drinks. Our server did take a minute to get our drinks to us. We did have a couple different lemonades which could be time consuming and a hot water pot. After drinks were dispersed, or server asked if we wanted to do at starters. We asked her just to take all of our orders at the same time. Some of us wanted sushi for dinner as well as Hibachi. Soups and salads were dropped off while everything was getting prepped. The soup looked really hot but it actually was at a good temp. The soup was on the saltier side but still good. The salad was ok. The salad dressing didn't really hit for me. It wasn't sweet nor savory. This part of the review will be hard for me since my dad was our chef tonight. He's the most amazing chef on the planet so my opinion will always be bias for my dad. But I'll be honest! We started off with the fried rice. The rice was cooked nicely! It wasn't dry and had great bits of onion, egg and carrots. It could have used a little more soy sauce. My husband opted for the side of yakisoba noodles. They were chewy in texture and slightly charred! So good but it was on the saltier side. My meal was shrimp and salmon. The shrimp was tasty! They were good sized prawns and cooked perfectly. I appreciate that the salmon was grilled perfectly! I love when the salmon is crusty from the grill. I like the crispness on the outside and softness on the inside. My chef did a great job! Our server did an ok job. She checked up on us once while the chef was cooking. She filled up our drinks but miss my daughter's drink so we had to fill it ourselves since she left carafes of our lemonades on the fireplace. I had to fill up my drink as well since she was gone for a while. Boxes were passed out when we were done. She gave us 1 bag and didn't ask if anyone else needed their boxes bagged up. I did see bags on a side table so I grabbed a couple. Bagged up my sister's 4 boxes and my mom's 2 boxes. I would leave this at a 3.5 stars but since my chef did such a good job it's a 4. The silverware could be polished. Nothing like eating your meal with a fork with a ton of water spots on it and looks dirty. Soup could have been hotter since it's cold outside. Overall, it was a good meal with decent service.

And honestly? We keep coming back. I know everyone compares it to Ahi because there really aren't that many sushi places in Eagle, but they fill different moods for us. Ahi feels more like somewhere you go for a quieter dinner or work conversation. Glory is where we go when we want an easy 45-minute lunch without making it a whole event. Their lunch bento boxes are super affordable, portions are solid, and we've never had trouble getting seated quickly. It's casual, low-pressure, and easy to pop into in the middle of the day. No long wait, no complicated parking situation, no "do we need a reservation?" discussion. We've gone quite a few times now and it's become one of those reliable local spots when you just want a quick sushi lunch that doesn't destroy your budget. For Eagle especially, that alone makes it worth supporting.

I come here several times per year because I love the vibe, chefs, service and food. Reservations are a must if you want timely seating and less wait...and ensure your entire party is with you prior to your reservation time. My most recent visit was to celebrate my birthday, though I didn't tell them that for fear of the extra attention. I know some people love that, but it's not my thing. Our service was incredible from start to finish...prompt and expertly timed food drop-off, pick-up and drink refills. We started with the Gyoza. The Gyoza was fresh, hearty and steamed with those amazing crispy brown seams. The sauce was delicious as well. Those were gone in maybe 3 minutes. Next came the miso soup, which was a slightly seasoned broth soup. A nice compliment to the salad, drizzled with a thousand island-like dressing and crisp lettuce. Next our hibachi chef Herman appeared with our cart full of meats, veggies and eggs. He crafted the most fun, hilarious and DELICIOUS meal I've ever had there. I ordered the chicken and shrimp, hubby had the chicken and filet. The steak was cooked medium rare and nicely seasoned. Each piece of chicken or shrimp was seasoned, sauced and buttered to perfectly plump. The fried rice was delicious! Literally, every bite of rice, meat and veggies just sang. We couldn't stop raving about our experience and I was actually sad to see Herman leave instead of sitting down to join us.

If you are looking for the absolute WORST sushi experience in the entire Treasure Valley,…read morecongratulations, you found it. I have never dealt with such atrocious service & their Sushi was subpar at best & that's being generous. Right out of the gate, it was a total disaster. The waitress brought absolutely nothing to the table--no utensils, no ginger, no wasabi, nothing. You know, the standard basics that literally every other sushi joint on the planet drops off on autopilot? We had to literally request every single item just to physically eat our meal. Then came the food--or whatever you want to call it. I specifically asked if I could swap tuna for yellowtail and asked about getting what I actually liked instead of just settling for "chef's choice." They completely ignored me & brought the exact opposite of what I ordered. Nothing we got was correct. My guest ordered a lobster and fish roll, and they handed her a plate of literal, unidentifiable mush. There were no actual pieces of fish or lobster to be found anywhere in it. Just mush. And the scam they pulled with the ikura was unbelievable. I ordered two portions, which is supposed to be four pieces total, which again is commonly standard at any other Sushi restaurant. Instead, they brought out two pieces. When I pointed it out, the manager actually came over to our table to argue with me, insisting I was going to be charged full price for half the food. Literally $5ea for 1 piece of Sashimi that tasted like shit. Outside of the painfully incompetent service and the manager's garbage attitude, the fish had no flavor, They didn't even bring out all the food we ordered, but we were so fed up and disgusted by that point that we just paid the bill and walked out. I don't know if this is how they run their business every single day, but it was bad enough to warrant this warning. There are plenty of incredible sushi spots around here. Do not waste your time or your money at this absolute trainwreck of a restaurant. I guarantee I will never step foot in this place again.
