I don't know about the first four locations, but Sushi Burrito #5 is pretty dang legit. I very much enjoyed the "Geisha Roll," which contained tuna, salmon, yellowtail, imitation crab, cucumber, avocado, pickled daikon, carrots, and just a small amount of rice to seal the deal. Our group stopped to grab lunch on a road trip. Food is Delicious and prep was quick (waited about 10 min and we had eight ppl in our group). Big portions. Eat the sushi burrito quickly otherwise the sauce starts to soak through the seaweed wrap. We tried Yummy Chef's, salmon lover, Buddha (vegetarian) sushi burritos - all excellent. I love sushi, and was hopeful when I saw another sushi restaurant was opening. But this place still needs a lot of work. First, the concept- I'm not a fan of eating an oversized sushi burrito. Going in, I had no idea what to expect and thought the "burrito" was a cute name...nope, it's a sushi burrito. Terribly hard to eat and the nuances of flavor are completely lost. The burrito I had was #10, Typhoon, and very sweet. Second, the drink selections are slim, and they are in an cooler, that's more like a warmer...everything was barely chilled. Seeing no diet, I opted for a mango juice. Try only if you like sweet, it's very sweet. Third, I love sitting at sushi bars and watching the chefs work. So meticulous an clean. Not the case here. Too many people in a very crowded work space. And, I saw several food handlers restock or do something else wth their protective gloves on, and keep them on when they returned to handling food. Perhaps that works at McDonalds, but not when working with raw fish. Overall, the place was far from filthy, but it was equally far from clean. I doubt I'll go back, but I wish them luck and hope they get better with practice. read more

Never tried a Sushi Burrito before. Very impressed with food quality, order accuracy (I have a large family with kids, so special requests are common, and they nailed it!), flavor, and value. The Vegas Burrito and the tempura were my favorites. The chefs special (full order) was a good size. Only downside with that was the pork fried rice is the only fried rice that comes as a full order, while any other fried rice is only available as a half order. I wish the chicken or beef version were available in full order size. That said the Pork fried rice wasn't my favorite, but it was okay and had a traditional flavor for that dish. This is easily my favorite place to eat ever! My husband and I live in Salt lake and have family in Vegas, moving back to Vegas soon. Whenever we make the trip we always make a stop here. We love sushi so naturally we have tried several sushi burrito places and none have ever come close to the flavor that we get from the food hear! On top of the fact that they are always very friendly and bring your food to your table if you are sitting. It's just delicious and friendly and deserves way more business. I don't think I will ever be able to love another sushi place they way I love them. They are also very clean and change there gloves often, you can tell they follow the health code and care about the quality of there food. read more

Was really excited to try this place as I'm from California so sushi is a staple food and for it to come as a burrito is a bonus! Unfortunately it didn't reach my expectations. We tried two different burritos and the miso soup. The soup was delicious and had tons of seaweed and tofu for every bite! The burritos however had a TON of rice and my burrito only had 4 cubes of yellowtail it also had crab salad (which is just the stuff that comes in a California roll, the cheap stuff) and way too much of it! My husbands burrito however didn't have crab salad because he's allergic to imitation crab and his burrito was half the size of mine... it also had wasabi mayo on it and all you could taste was wasabi it made us choke we couldn't even finish it. read more
