I was there early and got served really fast! This is my third time going there and the food is delicious. My usual order is Hibachi Salmon with steamed rice and veggies. I also ordered the veggie tempura, also yummy. They also have some Korean and Japanese dishes that I want to try next time. I think this place can be safely considered a "hidden gem". Unless you fuel up here, are a client of the massage parlor, or eating at Whataburger, chances are you're going to miss this little sushi spot on the end cap of the tiny gas station strip mall. You probably know places like these are generally good finds. :-) No exception here. It's kind of wild what they can do in their tiny kitchen. Aside from sushi, you can get stuff like hibachi, noodles, etc. I went with several rolls and vegetable tempura. Everything was good though not notably exceptional. However, the real gem here is the price point ... which hit as *reasonable* by today's inflation standards. Interior dining space only ... and that isn't much to speak of, but it's functional and holds the stream of customers they get. It seems like they do a lot of carryout orders. Run, don't walk to this sushi restaurant. Went in Thursday evening and it was pretty empty. By the time we left it was full. I found everything we ordered to be really good. The food arrived fresh, hot and fast. We started with the gyoza and some edamame, which arrived so quickly! We had three rolls: spicy tuna, Dancing Eel and the Cowboy. The Cowboy was the most interesting, Crab Stick, Avocado & Cucumber inside, topped with Bulgogi. The bulgogi was so good. The spicy tuna roll was the best spicy tuna roll I've ever had. This restaurant was definitely a hidden gem! I found it right here on Yelp due to its amazing reviews. I already had an idea of what to order before I arrived. Our server was really quick and super sweet. We started with a side salad with ginger dressing ($3.95). I was impressed with the dressing and later found out they sell the dressing separately! We also ordered the Crab Rangoons which came with 5 Rangoons. They were delicious and the sauce it came with was also great!! As a main course, we tried the Chicken Hibachi ($15.95) and Rock n Roll ($13.95) sushi roll. The roll was tasty and filling! The Chicken Hibachi included mixed vegetables and fried or steamed rice. I really enjoyed it but I'd say the only area of improvement would be the quality of the chicken as it was a bit too chewy. This restaurant is very small and has some parking in the front and the back. I heard it gets quite packed at times. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more sushi rolls! read more

What a hidden gem. I don't drive by here often, but was wondering what happened to the pho place that used to be here. Well now it is this amazing hole in the wall sushi restaurant. The interior is small, but quaint, and the service is top notch. The menu has a lot of options for rolls and there are so many good combinations. It was hard to decide between a bunch of rolls, but I ended up with the Lion King and Paradise rolls. The presentation was amazing and they were large rolls for the price. The Lion King was my favorite simply because it had so many different types of fish in it. It was all packed in there nicely and the scallions were a great touch on top. The servers at Sushi Hut are super nice! They greet you with a big smile and continue to treat you nicely throughout your visit. There's not a ton of parking available as it is attached to another business and gas station. However, there are additional parking spaces behind the restaurant. We ordered the Cowboy Roll, Sashimi Combo, and Kids Hibachi Tofu. I liked the bulgogi that came with the Cowboy Roll. In fact, it came with enough meat that I was able to use the extras on my California Roll that came with the Sashimi Combo and it still tasted great. I like sashimi, so the combo was your pretty standard sashimi, and it came with soup and salad. The kids hibachi tofu was a decent portion. I tried a piece and it was ok, but I didn't love the flavor. Overall, I like the variety of options on the menu. The staff is very respectful and the inside was very clean, including the bathrooms. Wow, this place really exceeded my expectations. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. So glad we did. This restaurant is located in a gas station strip mall, but don't let that fool you. The first thing that caught my attention was how clean it looked. The tables, floors, walls ceiling, AC vents all pristine, as well as the restroom. You can tell they take a lot of pride in this place. We were greeted promptly by a very friendly hostess. Service was top notch. We went at lunch and both my wife and I had the lunch specials. We both had two rolls each along with miso soup and a small salad. My wife did California rolls and I did a California and Rainbow Roll. All our rolls were a nice size and super fresh. You can tell the rice was made there because it was still a little warm which I love. The rolls were all very neat and well constructed and tight. Best way to describe it, they were made with love. I appreciate that they use real crab meat and not crab sticks. That is a big plus and makes a big difference in the quality of the meal. On the website I think it says they use crab sticks for the CA rolls, but ours were crab meat. This was a great value too. Our lunch specials were four nice size rolls, a salad and miso soup for $32. We only had water to drink. So with a tip it was $40. I have been in Georgia for 19 years, moved from CA, and this was some of the best sushi have had in GA. Please give this place a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. We are definitely coming back and will but this place on our regular rotation of restaurants we frequent. read more

I'm blown away and you absolutely need to go right now. They have some phenomenal food. They source very high quality ingredients and some more expensive cuts of meat, yet they still have very reasonable prices. I got a bento box and I'm a big eater. It left me very full for $12. The people in there are incredibly nice as well. I didn't know how I felt going in and getting sushi from a place connected to a gas station, but it's a completely separate restaurant and one of the cleanest and nicest restaurants I've been to. I was the only person in there at the time and before being served or having my meal prepared, everyone washed their hands. Everything was sparkling, clean and just little things and guidelines they followed told me how much they cared. I think they do a better job than most restaurants out there. In addition, the food blew me away. The California roll was excellent. The avocado was perfectly ripe and fresh. They had a very generous amount of crab meat and was very well rolled. The slices or pieces were pretty thick as well so it was generous for a bento box. They had dark meat chicken which you don't see often because it is more expensive cut than the white meat. It was cooked perfectly with an excellent balance of teriyaki sauce. In addition, the rice was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were just incredible. They were tender without being mushy. They had an excellent texture to them and the flavor had some kind of slight unami in there but just made them silky in your mouth and delicious and savory. I plan to come back very frequently because this is one of the best value launches, the most delicious lunches, and the nicest people in the cleanest restaurant that I have had in a long long time. read more
