Thank you to the reviewer who warned us this place was connected to a gas station convenience store. That made it much easier to find. There were several Roswell sushi options but the others didn't open until 5 pm and this had great reviews so we ended up at Sushi Hut (our good fortune). The space is humble but the service and sushi are 5 star. We had rolls #3 and 14 (love salmon) and the best house salad with ginger dressing we've ever had. Oh my gosh! Do not let the location intimidate you. This place is legit Japanese restaurant. Everything's delicious and fresh. It's so hard to find a true sushi place in Roswell. We are here tonight on the recommendation from the Roswell Mom's FB page. It was delicious! My husband had Tempura Udon and he really enjoyed it, it was fresh and hot and he would eat it again. He also had a spider roll. My girls had salmon sushi, and a California roll, the other one had a Pink lady roll and California roll. I had a rainbow roll and a baked roll. Everyone really enjoyed their food. It was fresh, high quality and well priced. We will definitely eat here again soon! I searched Yelp for a good place for sushi and hibachi nearby where we had to run some errands and came across this spot. We were skeptical when we pulled up because it's a really small place in a gas station plaza, but our experience was really great! The staff is super kind and attentive, the entire restaurant is very clean, and the food was delicious, plentiful and very reasonably priced. We got the volcano roll, steak and shrimp hibachi, and bulgogi hibachi - we especially recommend the volcano roll and bulgogi hibachi! Will definitely be back! read more

Stopped by for an early lunch on a Tuesday with my husband and 6 month old. The place was small, but very clean. We ordered the hibachi lunch special (chicken and steak), Treasure Island roll and Mirage roll. EVERYTHING was delicious. The salad dressing was delicious, the chicken and steak were tender, and the deep fried treasure island roll was perfectly crisp and not greasy. But most importantly, the fish was fresh. When we were served our meal, Jenny, who served us, offered to hold our 6 month old so that my husband and I could enjoy our meal. Stopped by here for lunch. The lady inside, who was super friendly, said they have been open for 6 mos but I hadn't seen it there. BLUF (bottom line up front) this place is great! I got a lunch special with a house roll (spicy tuna) and special roll ( kiss of fire) for about 16 bucks! The spicy tuna actually had some spice! Not burn your face off spice, but the right amount. And kiss of fire is well, fire! All the food looks high quality and fast! If you are looking to take out your spouse for a fancy anniversary dinner, this may not be the place! Local folks in the Roswell area were talking this up. My wife and I are about as picky as it gets with our sushi in terms of quality. For suburban sushi that won't break the bank, it was flavorful. Glad we tried this after seeing it very recently start to pop up in sushi search nearby, the reviews seemed to be overly glowing which made me wonder but consensus spot on, small unassuming store front next to gas station, kind and warm greeting before we walked in the door and a sense of genuine warm natured ownership from the gentleman and lady (I think perhaps the owners) thru out the visit, did a house and special roll combo for the lunch special and going back to earlier this is great QUALITY for what I felt a very fair price this particular combo I think was 16.95 1 house roll 1 special roll and came with salad miso soup as well. Not only were the 2 rolls I ordered quality (spicy tuna and firekiss roll), but that's the fattest basic spicy tuna roll I've had anywhere - quality, size, and value a "rare" find in sushi for sure. Been looking for a close by sushi spot that is also beyond just dinner or set lunch hours and got a winner in that dept too --- will be back for sure! read more

My wife read several reviews and talked me into giving it a shot. expectations were low. If you want the freshest sashimi in town with fat portions at reasonable prices, and you want to top it off with friendly and kind service, you needn't look further. My Sashimi Sampler lunch was delightfully delicious. My wife's Two House Rolls lunch were salmon and spicy tuna made perfectly with just the right amount of heat in the tuna. My son's Tuna Lover's plate included a large portion of sashimi, nigiri, and a tuna roll which he described as "the bomb.". If you enjoy a small, family-owned Japanese restaurant with wonderful service, give this little jewel a try. It does not disappoint. read more
