Excellent katsu and the price is right. Sushi is as expected, good and sometimes very good.

Who likes warm sushi rolls? If so, this is your place. It smells inside. Food is horrible. I will not go back.

The filet with…read morehorseradish was tender and perfectly cooked, and the French onion soup had great depth without feeling heavy. The prime NY strip with caramelized shallot was another standout. The sides were just as strong. The beef tallow frites were crisp, the creamed corn was rich and comforting, and the mushrooms were fantastic. The mac and cheese was good, but if we had to choose between the sides we ordered, it's the one we could have skipped. We shared a bottle of Charles Krug that was recommended by our server and paired well with the meal. The ambiance added to the experience. The dining room is dimly lit, with warm stained wood throughout and an open‑kitchen layout. Even with some of the tables set fairly close together, it never felt cramped or intrusive. Our server, David, made the night even better. He was attentive without hovering and offered thoughtful recommendations that ended up being spot‑on. We finished with the maple bourbon crème brûlée and an espresso martini, both of which were excellent. Truly enjoyed the entire experience and would happily return.

Highly recommend reservations, but they have a wonderful, large sitdown bar and high top tables as well if you are a walk-in. Complementary valet, but please tip them!!' My husband and I start off with delicious pork belly. Delicious crisp and nicely seasoned and arrived to our table well warm, and the BREAD. Oh my goodness we've got two baskets at the table and I believe we took some home. The bread is delicious. Obviously we ate them so fast I didn't even take a picture. For our mains, we both decided on the oak burger and we both added the delicious thick cut meats of bacon and oh my goodness the fries. Our server was absolutely amazing. Even the manager came over to greet us. This place is just incredible. I started off with a bourbon martini that my wonderful server recommended. then I believe I had two of those and for dessert. I finished off the night with a bourbon espresso. This restaurant is a perfectly balance of delicious date night girl night or a nice quiet meal with just your loved ones. We'll definitely return for my fourth time.!!!

Service was excellent and the gauchos so pleasant and attentive adding to the wonderful experience. Meal started with their market table/salad bar with a very good selection including smoked salmon, prosciutto, hearts of palm, salami, cheeses, artichokes, Brussel sprouts, Mac n Cheese, Black Beans, Rice, soup and more in addition to standard salad bar staples. Fogo de Chao's market table is much larger but this was more than adequate. Meats included filet, picahna, garlic sirloin, chicken, lamb chops, pork loin, spare ribs, shrimp, ribeye, and more but you can only eat so much without bursting open! I definitely prefer Passador over Fogo for the ambience, service, and quality of the meats which also weren't as heavily salted as Fogo. Table shared items included cheese rolls, fried plantain, mashed mashed potatoes and cornbread though the cornbread was hard and dry (a hard pass). Overall a great experience I would definitely recommend if you're in a carnivorous mood!

First, we got the feeling the server was over eager to sell us a bottle of wine. My partner doesn't drink, so he opted for water and I opted for a half bottle. It was a bit pushy, but we payed it no mind. Once brought out and poured, I moved the bottle further as to not accidentally knock it over and I guess by habit closed the bottle, then proceeded to the salad bar. The server came to find me in line to ask why I've moved the bottle, then proceeded to tell me that the wine needs to breathe so he'll re-open the bottle. Personally didn't need a lecture on how wine needs to breathe, I'm well aware, nor do I find it appropriate to chase me down in line over it, but okay I let it go as well and thanked him for his help. Everything else was great, until the check came. I guess there was an issue with the card we used and different server very discretely brought it to our attention. Of course we're embarrassed, but grateful for the discreetness. Mind you, we've been here many times and have never had any issues before, just inadvertently gave an old card. I grabbed my purse to provide a different card and the initial server decided to comment loudly to my partner something about where'd you get lucky enough to find her as if to say women don't pay. I was shocked and mortified! At that point I simply replied that it all comes out of the same accounts anyway, just a different name on the card. The comment was well beyond inappropriate, brought attention unnecessarily, and was absolutely unwarranted. At least we've been together for more than a decade, I can't even imagine if this was someone's first date! We didn't need to offer an explanation, but at that point we just wanted to be done and get out as quickly as possible. We'll likely dine here again, but definitely hope we never come across this particular server again.

We waited over 15 minutes before my fiancé asked for someone to come to our table to get drinks ordered and provide us water. That said, it was warm and sufficiently cozy outside. The food and drinks we ordered were excellent, however. We got the charcuterie and wine and beer to start. I enjoyed not only the meats and cheeses selected, but the house bread, pickled vegetables and persimmon, and mustard and cranberry chutney made lovely parings. I ordered the hangar steak, which was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy but with a flavorful char. It exceeded my expectations. My fiancé ordered the osso bucco cassoulet, which was the star of the show, in my opinion. I would definitely visit again and sit indoors because the inside vibe was lovely. The bar looked like a great spot to have a drink before dinner. The food was impressive enough that I'm willing to give it another shot!

In addition, I didn't care for the ten layer lasagne as there was way too much dough and barely any sauce. More sauce would've helped some but still too much dough. I'd say five layers would provide a similar presentation as the slices do look lovely and the same can be achieved with less layering and more filling and sauce. I will eat in next time to get a better feel for the ambiance! And try something else! I have always loved Crust's menu so I'm sure I'll like more things here too.
