Salmon, Red Snapper, and two types of tuna on a bed of Japanese radishes.

We have eaten there twice. The Sashimi and Miso soup were excellent. We ended up ordering an additional 3 piece red Snapper Sashimi. The service was great with a wide range of dishes for everyone's palette. Free parking.

Outside was nice until the resurfacing crew came ! There was the unappetizing smell of asphalt and dust was everywhere! The noise was so loud from the machinery that you couldn't really have a decent conversation. It really kind of ruined my appetite! The management finally came over and put down the clear plastic walls that they normally use for rain when you're sitting outside. In my opinion it should've been used earlier! Although it's not the managements fault they were doing asphalt repair, I do feel that it is the management responsibility to be aware of "environment "that their patrons have to be exposed to . I think the management should've been aware of what was going on in the parking lot and tried to protect the patrons from being exposed to the smell, noise and dust! I divide my reviews into three portions food, service, environment. I would've given this a five star rating had they been more conscientious of the patrons needs. I definitely would have enjoyed my Shannon at Maui sushi and sashimi a lot better! I will consider returning but will call ahead of time to see if sitting outside would be I would be exposed to this type of disturbance!

The Basics: Sushi Nami Too is a sushi restaurant located in Sandy Springs. There is interior dining as well as an outdoor patio and bar area. Things I like: I love the sushi from Sushi Nami Too. It has been my go to sushi spot lately. The sushi is always made well and incredibly fresh. Some of my favorite rolls that I have gotten are the Quebec Roll, Mega Crunch Roll, and the 12&69 Degrees Roll. I have also enjoyed their nigiri. I have always been pleased with the sushi I have gotten from Sushi Nami Too. Things I didn't like: Nothing, I have always loved the food here. I cannot speak to dining in the restaurant as I have only ordered takeout from here. Overall, a great restaurant for good quality sushi in Sandy Springs!

I love Sushi and I'm glad I found a new Sushi spot. This was my first time here. They are practicing social distancing so it took a few minutes for me to be seated, since some of the seats were blocked off. The restaurant looked nice, but I'm reading reviews now, and didn't realize there was a more formal restaurant section in the back. I sat at the bar, and there was also an outside section close by. The Skinny Cosmo was tasty! I'm not sure what made it skinny, Lol, but I didn't notice anything different about it. I ordered two sushi rolls: Hey King and 12&69 Degrees. Both rolls were fresh and flavorful. I plan on going back soon to try the lunch menu. Price: $40

Absolutely fantastic japanese restaurant. The Bento box was amazing and its main component, beef, was tender, flavorful, and just about perfect. Favorite sushi was also if high quality and full of flavors. The apetizer, dumpligs, were so good, too. Coming back soon.

Shrimp tempura app and house salad
    Jen S.

Good quality and good ambience. We ordered the shrimp tempura app which came with three tempura fried shrimp and carrot, zucchini, and pumpkin tempura and two house salads ($3 each in a small bowl). We got the sushi plate for two which came with eight pieces of tuna roll, eight pieces of california roll with eel sauce, two pieces of uni, two sashimi pieces each and two nigiris each of salmon, tuna, and white fish. For two people, this was a very big meal (had to take some leftovers). The salmon was sooo buttery! Our waitress was great and hospitable at checking up on us during the meal as well. I thought it was ample parking but I went around 5:30 so dinner rush hadn't happened quite yet. The food took a while to get though so just be prepared to wait a bit after you order. That should be kind of how it is though if you want everything freshhhhh.

Quality food. Some of their fish is flown in from Japan. I had an assortment of Nigiri and the PEI Mussels. Everything was fresh and high quality. My server was sweet and attentive as well. I'll definitely come back.

Came here for lunch and was hoping to be in and out. The food is good but this is not the place if you're looking to grab a quick lunch. Not a knock on the business, but the parking lot is far too small for the businesses that occupy the strip mall (multiple restaurants, barber shop, nail salon, etc.). Good luck finding parking; you may have to circle a few times before grabbing a spot. The bar area is right when you walk in so I'm not sure what the inner part of the restaurant looks like. However, I kind of liked that the bar area was so separate. I was seated at 11:45am and it took the waitress some time to make her way over to me and greet me and offer a drink/menu. After ordering, I didn't get my food until after 12:30pm. To me, that is just far too long of a time lapse (and I only ordered one roll and a side of rice). There were a good amount of people in the bar/covered outdoor area so maybe they should think of having 2 bar backs to cover the lunch rush. I had the Novia Scotia roll and a side of rice. Both were good. I don't think it was my favorite thing that the roll had asparagus but that's not the end of the world. I'd definitely come back because it's nor far from my place and I can get my sushi fix when I need it.

This place was awesome! The waiter was super nice. They have indoor and outdoor seating, we sat outside on the covered patio. There's a huge bar. The jalapeño margarita is amazing! Sweet and spicy. The food is delicious. We tried many different items to share which included: a couple sushi rolls, blackened cod, crab legs, coconut shrimp and a salad. Everything was delicious and service was great!

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch here and I've enjoyed many business lunches as well. The food is consistently good with the menu being extensive but clear and concise. Lunch options are varied and they even offer cooked options for non sushi people as well as a full bar. Spicy tuna is definitely my favorite here.

And then I just received a roll at a time, which isn't the end of the world, but I like to eat from each roll and compare / go back and forth. I shared four rolls with a friend - Georgia Crunch, Salmon Tempura, Energy, and Braves. I thought Georgia Crunch was just alright. Salmon Tempura roll was pretty spicy and very good. The Energy was very yummy and the Braves was really good, just note that it's five very large pieces (circumference-wise). My gf got a hibachi dish which she said was different then any hibachi she's had but enjoyed it. It didn't come with enough rice though. A couple weeks ago, I figured I'd give them another chance and ordered takeout. I got the Alaskan and Hawaiian rolls. They were both ok, very fresh but kind of bland. They didn't give me the spicy mayo that comes on the Hawaiian roll, which was very disappointing. Also one is listed as having "crab stick" and the other "crab meat," but they both came with crab stick. If a roll has crab stick in it, that's what should be listed! Even if that's what's meant by crab meat, they should be consistent when listing what's in each roll. My gf got the same hibachi dish, and it was fine but they only gave her a tiny scoop of rice. There is no reason to skimp on rice! The prices are comparable to other sushi spots but I don't think I'm going to go back again.

Like a lot of other omakase places the restaurant was a little hard to find since it's pretty much just a door with a small sign and a couple of windows. The service there was phenomenal and I loved the variety for dishes! We had the 17 course meal for $242/person after taxes and tip, which was a little expensive but seemed fair for Atlanta. We started with some apps and my favorite was the oysters. Then most of the courses were various nigiri and ofc my favorites were the fatty tuna and eel. I also really liked the uni even though I usually don't! The presentation for everything was gorgeous and some of the sushi was pretty unique with the flavor pairings. Dinner ended with a small sorbet as dessert and my mom and I were both stuffed. I'll definitely be back for a special occasion :)

One of the highlights was the Kimi Oboro, prepared using a 200-year-old vinegar technique -- simply remarkable. My sister loved every dish, even falling in love with the pickled ginger! The service was outstanding as well -- two servers took care of us throughout the evening, always greeting us with genuine smiles and impeccable manners. There were groups of people who ent I early, so I thought I'd see I asked the host and he said they do open at 11:45, but they were open and took me to a table. The waitress was prompt to take my drink order and was welcoming. It'd been years since I've gone as I live in Duluth and don't get there often. I was there for the sushi so I headed straight to that section. Since it was early, the sushi looked fresh and had detailed signs of what each rolls or nigiri had. One thing I noticed, the pieces were much smaller than what I remembered. The fish was thinly sliced, so it seemed that two pieces were the equivalent to one piece at other sushi places. I got my plate of sushi and then went o get a plate of the salads and cold vegetables. The presentation of each salad was nice when they are first put out. I did go look to see what hot foods were available but decided to wait until I finished my sushi and salads. Once finished, I did go back to the hot dishes. I was pretty full by then, but thought I'd try a few dishes. The steamed fish was gone as well as some of the other dishes, so I thought I'd try only a very few dishes---bulgogi, jap chae, and a battered sweet chicken. I bit into the chicken and it was cold! This was a dish that was on the steam table. The bulgogi and jap chae were so so. When I looked at the chicken dumplings and shu Mai, they looked dry and over steamed. Unappetizing in my opinion. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and the wait staff were bustling with clearing the plates as well as refilling the hot tea. I was actually surprised when I got the bill. It was $20.99 before tax for lunch. I thought that was the old price when I was on the website. But that seems to be cheaper than other sushi buffets in the area. I don't think they impose a time limit and they don't tell you that you have to finish what you get before you can get another plate. I'll go again because I love sushi!
