We had dinner here last night and left very satisfied. The sushi was fresh, delicious, and filling. The service was excellent, and everything was handled efficiently. We highly recommend this place.

Small space with about 8 tables. Efficient staff. The miso soup was delicious! The sushi was okay. It was kind of weird because the color was off, and the flavor was nonexistent. I wondered if it was old, but it didn't taste bad... it simply didn't taste at all. I didn't get sick either. I ordered 3 rolls, salmon avocado, tuna avocado and yellowtail scallion... no flavor at all.

Our family's favorite sushi restaurant for the past 25 years. Exceptional food and service.

I haven't done All You Can Eat sushi a while. This is a fairly decent spot in Long Island. This place includes dessert too, which is nice. My advice is to select how many pieces of sushi you want (instead of ordering rolls which by default come in 7 pieces) and stay away from rice heavy stuff because that will get you full really easy. Take advantage of that sashimi! That's where you'll get your bang for the buck with AYCE sushi spots. I for the most part enjoyed everything I ordered but some of the stuff that were meh were the following: Black pepper tuna-literally black pepper in tuna. Nothing special there and the taste of ground black pepper really hits your tongue BBQ squid- I didn't like how they did this one. It's very rubbery, which I know is the nature of squid but I've seen other places do it better. Rock shrimp- nothing special. Very heavy dish too Interns of ordering, you will be given two sheets of paper where you will write down the quantity next to each of the items. I liked the other AYCE sushi place I've been to, which was in Manhattan because they used iPads to keep track of everything. It also included pictures, which really helped if you don't know what these items are. However, this place will do. FYI according to my friend that was having dinner with me, be mindful of The quantity of food you're selecting. They tend to not always bring out the same amount of food or even some of the items at times and since you're probably going wild with all the items you can't keep track either. Not a big deal since they'll give it to you if you remind them. As for dessert, I never had Oreo fried Icecream before, so I decided to try that. I really like it! It's Oreo cookies deep fried in tempura. It doesn't sound pleasing but it actually is. Dip it in whipped cream and vanilla ice cream, and Mmm mmm good! In terms of social distancing, we did eat indoors and I can assure you there wasn't 6 feet distance between the tables. I think Long Island is becoming laxed with the rules but I'm not sure. I went after 4:30 pm and it was not crowded at all. But if you are very cautious, I would try to avoid it after 7, since I see that it gets pretty crowded.

The service and food at Sushi Palace is always consistently incredible. The most kind and competent manager and servers, fresh sushi, delicious tea.

Our favorite place we've been going there for years. .May is amazing. Family is amazing the sushi chef it's amazing and we can't say enough great things about this sushi restaurant. We go there often and they treat us just like family. I highly recommend trying this restaurant as the sushi is always fresh. The sushi is amazing. The sashimi is amazing and so are the menu items, one of our favorite is the spicy sesame salad. Everything we've tried we like and their homemade dumplings are great too.

From the moment you sit down, the experience feels intentional--warm wood tones, beautifully branded trays, and little details like the bamboo boxes stamped with Everyday is Ramen Day that instantly set the mood.- see picture The ramen... this is where Kyuramen really shines. The broth is rich and silky without being overly heavy, clearly simmered with care. The noodles have just the right bite, and the chashu pork is tender, flavorful, and generously portioned--melting into the broth with every bite. Simple, classic, and done right, which is harder to find than it should be. Everything arrives artfully plated, and the pacing is perfect--never rushed, never slow. It's an easy spot for a casual weeknight dinner, but also polished enough for a cozy date or a relaxed meal with family. That was my 4th & last time. I honestly should've left upon arrival but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. It got worse & my entire meal was rushed. I tried to bypass the lack of Hospitality from previous visits, and even recommended the place to some of my peers and their recent feedback + feeling rushed, was similar to mine. I did not leave a tip, and the manager got confrontational with me. I politely shared my feedback and walked out. Based on that experience, would you go back, would you have left a tip?

A friend had told us about Plancha and never got around it until recently. It's a small place but a solid menu and lots of wine. They were also able to accommodate us with our stroller. Food we got the pan con jamon, garlic shrimp, patatas bravas, shisito peppers and the plancha burger. The sangria was very good. Juicy, not overloaded with BS fruit and just very flavorful. The bread is like a toasted baguette cut into 4 triangles topped with piquillo salsa, arugula and jamon. Pretty good, I was surpised there wasn't pan con tomato but it was still enjoyable. This is a bit more on the acidic side so if you don't like things too tangy - might not be for you. Patatas bravas, classic with aioli and bravas sauce. Shisito peppers blistered, a bit of finishing salt and lemon. Garlic shrimp was cooked well, personally I'd like a bit more garlic in mine and some bread to mop would be nice but still tasty. Plancha burger was definitely our favorite. It's a blend of wagyu sirloin and chorizo, so it's very juicy with a nice smokiness. Very pleasantly surprised and definitely will be back to try some other things.
