This place is my favorite sushi place in the Mineola/Garden City area. They have the best appetizers. Their sushi is probably the best I've ever had. Their soups are awesome. A few friends, my daughter and I came here for dinner one day and it was a good pick. The place is beautiful inside with plenty of seating. One thing that could have been a little better was overall service. We all got different dishes I got the pad Thai which I did enjoy I couldn't help but to get it here and try it out. I did try to order shrimp and broccoli however the server could not understand what I was asking for which just made me get another dish. I'm not sure if I would come back here, but it was definitely good food. It's a little bit more on the price your side compared to other places in Garden City. The dumplings were really delicious. They had a great sear from the fryer. The California roll was as expected just basic, but obviously delicious. The noodle dish that we got wasn't the best. It was definitely a small portion for how much we paid and then we didn't love the specialty rules that we got. Maybe that was our fault , but they were a little too much. It's website acknowledges the order, charges my credit card, asks for a tip (!), and provides a pick up time. I go to the restaurant and, once again, the staff can't find my order. Turns out, no one checks their website for pending orders. As such I needed to wait an addition 20-25 minutes for my order to be prepared. What's worse, is that when the order finally shows up and is handed to me, no apology, nothing. Just a terrible way to run a business.
