Although, I did opted for the set lunch meal of salmon bento. For the value lunch price, this was a great deal. It was busy on this day but I had to give the service some grace. The server was pretty busy looks like there was only 2 server for the whole resturant we put in our orders an order the spicy edamame. Took us a lot longer to get our sushi rolls. Seems like they only had 3 people rolling sushi seems to not have enough people working for the amount of people in the resturant the sushi was good but the service is slow. Took an about a 30-40 to get our rolls. I suggest either coming early before the lunch rush or coming after the lunch rush. Overall food was on point. read more

They gave a refund on only my plate after we had to drive back down to the restaurant since it was a phone order and we picked up. I ordered the chicken katsu and the fried tofu appetizer and both were so good. The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The portion was generous and came out hot and fresh. The fried tofu was light, flavorful, and had that perfect balance of crispy edges and soft center, honestly one of the best tofu appetizers I've had. Everything came out quickly and the service was great the entire time. Prices are fair for the quality and portion sizes, which is always a win. Been going to Sushi Paradise since last year (2024). First time I visited tried the chirashi and golden mushrooms. Enjoyed both. Came again for the Chirashi, fifth in my chirashi series trying it from different sushi restaurants. It has sake, bluefin tuna, lightly torched albacore, and hamachi and the fish was fresh. Sushi rice was seasoned and perfectly cooked. They're pretty much consistent with their chirashi. Basically same kinds of fish from before. It would be nice if they change it up sometimes. Have tried the sushi rolls and bento boxes through prior visits and enjoyed them. The place is always clean. You can enjoy your food indoors or outdoors. This location used to be Osaka but is now Sushi Paradise. I had the sashimi mix platter, holiday, and four seasons roll. 5/5! The sorted sashimi mix had goodbye variety and tasted fresh. I enjoyed how they used to fresh wasabi. The four season roll was amazing. It had so much fresh fish. We did substitute spicy tuna on the holiday roll for a fresh tuna, which I thought made the world better. I would come back again! Staff were very nice. Okay stopped here due to high ratings and to try something other than Mikuni's. Sat outside and I think they forgot about us for a bit. Once other people sat near us they finally took our order. The 2 tables who sat after us got their drinks before us. House Yakisoba was bomb!!! So good. The paradise roll was one of the best rolls I've had. However, the pepperfin came out looking dry and old. We shall see if we get violently ill later. The saki was tasty but was like flavored water. The staffing was adequate as it was maybe 40% full. Definitely not busy enough for the wait time and errors. The bill was $93. Not sure this was a $93 experience given wait time for food, others getting their saki before us and the state of the pepperfin. Next time we're just going to Mikuni's. Between 3 and 4 stars. Walked in for lunch time around 1pm on a Friday and crowd was light. I was solo, the staff sat me down pretty quick and brought water immediately. The waitresses were attentive with smiles on their face the whole time. Awesome service throughout my visit. The food I ordered here came out quick. Went with the golden mushrooms and dragon roll. The golden mushrooms were huge mushrooms stuffed with snow crab, and jalapeños. Just the perfect amount of kick to it and the crab was really tasty. The breading on these was perfect as each bite was better than the last. The dragon roll had seared tuna topped on a roll filled with panko breaded shrimp. The sauces they topped this with were great. I loved this roll. The shrimp were amazing too. Really great service and some amazing sushi rolls.
