It seems the prime real estate on Coors blvd. and the malls 'restaurant row' may encourage customer churn over wowing guests so they come back... at least it feels that way. And lastly, many Japanese steakhouse hibachi 'pits' do this, and this restaurant is no acception: after you are served your initial round of drinks, it is very difficult to flag down someone to get a second.
