The sweet vinegar and herbs balance it perfectly. Perfection. That's saying a lot since I'm a meat lover. The shrimp is delicious, and the chicken (Neighborhood Bun or Bowl) is brilliant. The egg rolls are also delicious. If you can handle a little spice, the Red Beans and Rice are great, too.

While we waited for our food, many continuously piled in to order or pick up their food. I'd recommend calling in your order a head of time because they get pretty backed up, but the food is well worth the wait. I got the Tofu Brah bun and my mom got the chili noodles with pork and a side of rice and beans. All of the food was so flavorful and the portions were generous. The bun itself was so light and fluffy, and the tofu was crispy. They didn't skimp on the pork in the chili noodles - about half the dish was really tender pork. The rice and beans were nice and spicy too and my mom loved them! This is more of a grab and go kind of place, but there are two outdoor benches and some countertop seating inside

This past Friday it was really chilly and my work colleague wanted some hot tofu soup. Not to mention this is one of the best Korean Pocha spots in the city, with a 70-80's retro street vibe features traditional Korean cuisine, Korean BBQ & other specialties. The wait staff was really nice and inviting. They were very knowledgeable about the various food options. It was really cool to hear catchy K-pop songs playing as week. The food is fire hands down. I went ahead and got the Teriyaki mayonnaise Cup Bap( rice bowl topped with the korean fried chicken, teriyaki sauce and mayo). So delicious, my friend got he soft tofu soup with seafood and we split a hot sake to share. I am still mad at myself that I have not come here sooner, I will definitely be back. Their fried rice dishes look amazing. I also love the price point here as well. For both of us it was $40 bucks. So if your in the station north area, please stop in. You wont be dissapointed SYOY

I had been here once before, before moving to the area, and thought it was great then. This time? Extraordinary. I came in about an hour before closing, and anyone who eats out knows food can sometimes feel different that close to closing time. Not here. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and just as good as if I had walked in at peak dinner time. On top of that, I had an issue with my online order/payment. It looked like the charge was processing through my account, but they had no record of the order. Instead of making me feel like a problem, the person helping me was patient, kind, and genuinely tried to figure it out. I felt treated like a hungry customer who needed help not like someone trying to get over. The food looked good, tasted amazing, and the people were helpful, welcoming, and kind even near closing. The space was welcoming as well. The corner store ..... come on in. Come on in. Come on in. Top-notch all around

Now for the Maryland softie, my first bite was heavenly (full of the crab-cake and remoulade), but as I kept eating it, I realized I would've just preferred it with just crab cake, not the soft shell too. Was it worth the hype? kind of. It's pricey so maybe one and done for me. Now the crab Rangoon egg roll, that was a miss for me. It is cheesy and filled with imitation crab, but too small for me at the price point. And I didn't find it super tasty personally. My sister who is also a yelp elite had a totally different take and loves it, so maybe it's subjective. I did have it 4 hours (put it in air-fryer) after I got it so maybe eating it super fresh is the difference. Space is limited so better for carryout, and the person taking my order was friendly. It'll probably take 20-30 mins for your order to come out, depending on how many people there are and pickup orders they have to complete. Overall, this place is a Maryland staple at this point and anyone who visits MD should 100% try and check out their famous fried chicken, whether as a bao sandwich or a rice bowl.

Azumi was the perfect pre-show dinner spot before heading to see Dave Chappelle at CFG Arena…read more We grabbed seats at the sushi bar and had a great experience from start to finish. For drinks, I ordered an espresso martini with tequila. Our server suggested adding Baileys to the first one, and while I gave it a try, it quickly reminded me that I am firmly Team No Baileys in my espresso martinis. Thankfully, the second one was exactly how I like it. For food, we started with the house salad, yellowtail roll, and crispy rice with tuna. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For our entrée, I had my heart set on the miso black cod, but my dining companion is a devoted branzino fan. After talking through both dishes with our server, he strongly recommended the branzino. I'll never admit this to him directly, but the server may have been right. The fish was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. One small thing to note is that we had to ask for soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger after our sushi arrived. This seems to be becoming more common at restaurants these days, and I'm guessing it's an effort to reduce waste, which I can appreciate. It wasn't a big deal at all, but if you're a sushi traditionalist like me, don't be surprised if you need to request the full set of accompaniments. One thing that really stood out was the service. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and honest when we asked about menu items. We mentioned that we were running a bit behind for our show, and he made sure our food came out quickly without making us feel rushed. The restaurant itself is stylish and upscale, though a bit smaller than some of the other waterfront restaurants nearby. There's a nice bar area, sushi bar seating, and a lively atmosphere without feeling overwhelming. They also offer valet parking. We initially assumed it was only for The Ruxton next door since that's where it was stationed, but our server later let us know it's available for Azumi guests as well. Good information for next time! Pricing felt appropriate for a waterfront sushi and seafood restaurant in Harbor East. The portions matched the price point, and we left satisfied without feeling like we overpaid. Overall, Azumi delivered great food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere. While Baltimore has plenty of great dining options, I'd happily return if I'm back in the area and not in the mood to try somewhere new.

I liked the addition of panko breadcrumbs for crunch, but I wish the imitation crab meat had been shredded more finely for better texture. For my entree, I ordered the Spicy Basil Crispy Duck (added $1 for Thai spicy). They definitely delivered on the spicy level, but the duck itself was not crispy. It came with rice and bell peppers and basil. The sushi tasted fresh, which was good. Service could use some improvement. We had to ask for small bowls for soy sauce, and when we requested a dessert menu to celebrate the birthday, we were told the kitchen had already closed. It would have been nice if our server had given us a heads up before the kitchen closed. The ambiance is cozy. It almost feels like dining in someone's house. They had Halloween decorations up and murals of historic Frederick painted on the walls. They also have a private parking lot, which made it convenient. Overall, food was good, but a little more attentiveness from the staff would've made the experience even better.

There is ample seating whether you want to be at bar, have a larger party or need something more intimate. The staff was very kind. For my entree I ordered the Hot Chili Oil Beef Stew. It was massive. Lol our waiter said that the bowl made it look larger than what it actually was and that it was manageable for one person........ that was like something you could order for the table. Or you can order individual servings of rice and finish it with at least 2 people. The flavor was amazing. The level was spice was perfect, the aromatics were present and fragrant. If you're a fan of spice and savory goodness, I highly recommend. My boyfriend ordered the Wuxi Sweet and Sour chicken. He liked it, I tried it as well. He said he would rate it an 8/10. We both agreed that if the chicken was a lil crispier it would've been even better but flavor of the sauce was nice and the chicken was juicy. His meal was definitely able to be finished by one person. He finished the whole dish while I left with a massive to go container. For drinks we shared a Sake and then I ordered the NiHao Lady, which was very tasty and he ordered a spicy margarita (I think). Either that or a mojito but he enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back for their dim sum/Chinese tapas.
