Owners are very attentive and pick up the tables quickly after customers leave. My favorite was the uduon tempura soup. It is very tasty. An individual sushi is smaller in portion than one served in most restaurants. The combination plates have good variety. The chicken teriyaki is mild in taste, wished the sauce was richer. read more

This is my go-to for my sushi fix. Their lunch specials can't be beat. $6 for chicken and rice, edamame, miso soup and rolls? Yum. Their food is always fresh and service is great. Other mentions, I'm usually picky about udon, and it is delicious here. Their spicy tuna bowl is fabulous. The only thing is that you cannot bring groups here, it can probably seat less then 15 people. I've been a regular for over a year now, and haven't had a single bad experience. The sushi quality was good, but the portions they give you are ridiculously small. I ordered the 6 piece sushi and 4 piece California roll combo, which was $11.75. I don't know why they call it a combo if that's all you get. No salad, no edimame, and you can get miso soup or a drink, not both. Skip this place. read more

This place is pretty darn good. I love the crunchy roll, and the eel roll. Its about 10 dollars for both, but you are left satisfied. It's a really small place, and they have a lot of variety, and they sell really good terriyaki chicken plates. I definitely recommend it. I'm not a sushi eater (GASP! I KNOW!) so whenever I'm forced to go to a sushi place, I usually end up sampling their teriyaki plates and the like. Sushi Teri has your basic teriyaki bowls. The sauce is very overpowering, so I still prefer those mom-n-pop shops that serve only teriyaki bowls. read more

grabbed dinner to-go from here. place is TINY so definitely a casual lunch or to-go spot, rather than dine in. walked in and place was completely silent, a friendly woman then walked around the corner with a sleeping child slung over her shoulder. i know this sounds odd, but was endearing. ordered the vegetable udon and tempura sushi roll. both were done in about 10 minutes. udon was hot, great broth and really thick noodles, just as i like it. sushi roll was delish, a touch of spice on the outside tempura which i was warned about. plan to come back and try some of their specialty rolls. prices are all reasonable . . . all under $10, some were even priced under $5. will be back to support this family. read more

It is hard to give less than three stars to this place based on the price point. $6 and change for tempura, chicken teriyaki, miso, and a salad is unheard of. But the salad was not very good, the tempura was okay, miso was questionable, and the chicken and rice were pretty good. For the price, it's fine... But I don't think I'll be returning. It's also very, very small. Not a lot of room if there is more than a couple people in there!! read more

Came with friends. first time here. Food was inexpensive. Small place with 5 tables like 14 seating but it is clean, everything was spotless. The cashier was nice, patient and helpful. You will get surprised at the food, it was good. I ordered a ninja roll which was warm and very tasty. You can control how spicy they make it. In all honesty I was sadly disappointed when I came here with my friends. Although it was quick and almost enough to fill me up, the sushi pieces were much too small and the portions were ridiculous as well. I would have enjoyed a much better experience if I had known it was a larger portion and enough to fill me, but it wasn't. I usually never rate places poorly, aside from Tebo Tebo, but this was very sad considering I paid 12 bucks for two rolls (1 spicy tuna roll, 1 tempura roll) it was not worth it. Probably one of the best cheap sushi places out there. Its a tiny tiny shop next to GameStop. Rolls are fairly cheap for sushi and they are always made quickly. Don't expect the finest quality fish delicately cut and brazened by the gods and angels though. If you are craving quick and cheap sushi, definitely come here! read more

Quick and simple Japanese food. Nothing fancy or exotic, but really good. Variety of food like my mom makes. Small eating area, but I never seem to have a problem getting a table. Very reasonable prices and a list of lunch or dinner specials. This is our first time at Sushi Teri and it was the perfect choice! It's cheap which might cause you to choose not to trust it, but it's really great sushi. Just stopped by for dinner during my class break. BAD CHOICE. I'm sitting here having a really awful feeling in my stomach. Ordered chicken teriyaki combination. chicken is OLD, teriyaki sauce bland and thick, possibly old as well. The rice was drenched in the sauce, over cabbage, it was really difficult to eat. in restaurant, very small, dirty decorations. the server was nice. haven't tried the sushi, but after the teriyaki quality, I really don't expect to much from the sushi so i'll pass. read more

This tiny sushi joint is definitely not bad. In no way fancy or pretentious like other higher end sushi restaurants down Harbor. But good none the less. You get decent food at a decent price. It's ma & pa owned so that's a plus. They do the cooking and are always friendly, welcoming and very grateful for your business. If you're looking for fancy/finer quality fish. Don't come here as simple as that, but don't talk crap about the place either. Obviously you know what to expect for the price you pay. Simple, clean and satisfying. I ordered the teriyaki beef bowl. There was not much beef in the bowl. The beef was flavorless and seemed reheated and they over did it on the teriyaki sauce. I would never order that again. I tried my friends creamy chicken and that was good. We also ordered a few rolls and some were better than others. The customer service was great! I might go back in the future.
