Had the JB Roll and shrimp tempura, both fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Great service and perfect downtown Naples vibe!

Sushi Thai Too The outdoor curbside seating drew me in on the perfect day. The location is at the top of 5th Avenue and 41 known for great dining options, upscale shopping, and a historic area. I love to people watch and enjoy the downtown outdoor atmosphere. This is a perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner indoor and outdoor seating both booth and table. The menu is diverse with a multitude of asian option's ranging in price for any budget. Reservations were not required but might be for dinner when it's high season. They have a fantastic happy hour 3pm-6pm with half price drinks, apps, and sushi with the full menu always available. I was immediately sat with friendly service enjoying a spread of apps and drinks on the perfect day. I was brought one incorrect item which was quickly replaced and never had an empty glass. I hope you enjoy just as I did!

Sushi was delicious! Tuna crispy rice was amazing as well as the scallop sushi with spicy mayo. The service was a little slow and drinks too awhile to come out. Outdoor seating was lovely!

Our favorite Sushi Thai location! Only because of the ambiance, and because you get the full menu and bar. First of all, the place is HUGE - and has great food and cocktails. To drink we got the Melon Martini and the Naples Pier Martini, both were yummy. The Hamachi Jalapeño appetizer is ALWAYS a highlight, as well as extremely fresh and delicious sushi.

This is a fun place with great food. We sat at the bar waiting for all of our party to arrive and the bartenders are fast and make solid cocktails. Our waiter was knowledgeable and quick with food and drinks. All our apps and main courses were fresh and well prepared. We will be back.

Food was okay. Tried the 5th Ave and the one deep fried. We also tried the red curry with 3 meats. Only 3 shrimp and a few pieces of steak and chicken. The worst part?- we killed a roach! We Thought that this was going to be our number 1 sushi restaurant in Naples, but unfortunately, isn't.

This place is DISGUSTING, deserving of 0 stars. I am extremely tolerant of issues at restaurants and miscommunications but this was place was simply unacceptable and vile. I made a list of the issues we encountered while dining here: - dirty soy sauce dish - took more than an hour for our food to come - took 25 minutes to seat us despite having a reservation - forgot to bring out the appetizer until the main dish came. - There was an entire bug in the Soba noodles. Then when they brought out the replacement dish it was missing the chicken. They also charged us for the dish on the bill. There was NOTHING done as a result of this, not even an apology from the manager or chef. I'll leave it to the imagination what the kitchen must look like. AVOID THIS SPOT !

Our server was really sweet but her section was massive!! We got four tiny spring rolls (two cut in half) for $7.50. They were delicious, but I wish there were more because I liked them so much. Great sushi, good pad see ew! Cool fish tank!

Good service, spring rolls were ok, a bit salty and the vegan sushi was not that great. Would be nice if they had a vegan menu

Had lunch there recently when I visited the town for a race. Definitely the best meal I had there,…read moreand my server was one of the best I have ever seen. The restaurant has a large menu featuring different ramen (dry or w/ soup) and rice dishes, as well as appetizers. I tried their steamed vegetable dumplings and the pork ribs dry ramen. Both dishes were fantsastic. It was the first time that I had dumplings filled with endamame+minced garlic. It was savory and slightly sweet. The meat in the ramen was fork-tender and full of umami; the ramen was chewy; and it was served with a wide variety of fresh vegetables (zucchin, broccoli, carrot, onions, green onions, corn, microgreens, pickled ginger). The ramen was ~5oz. PS: the noodles are salty -- ramens are meant to be salty. Service was awesome. Several things that my server impressed me: 1. He asked me about my food allergies -- important for seafood-dense restaurants like a Japanese restaurant. 2. I asked for some extra ramen when I just got the entree. He suggested to bring me the extra when I almost finish the ramen in my entree. Surprisingly, he brought a small bowl of ramen exactly when I was about to finish it -- very precise and customer-oriented. 3. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time. 4. When he was taking the order of another table, he gave recommendations to the customers based on their dietary preferences, instead of blindly mentioning the "signature dishes" like most servers do. Moreover, when the customers ordered food, he squat down to listen what they said carefully. So, yes, I speak highly of this restaurant. Definitely recommend it. And I will dine in it again next time I visit Naples.

One of our neighbors used to live in the area and recommended anything in Tin City for lunch. We walked to Tin City from the free parking structure just off 5th Avenue and, while we found the area mildly interesting, we didn't like any of the typical joints along the water. Besides, having eaten at Dockside in Venice the day prior, we were looking for something other than seafood. In looking at Yelp, we were intrigued by Ichi Togarishi so we walked back towards 5th Avenue. Located just off 5th Avenue, this small place would be quite easy to miss. Upon entering, we realized how snug this place was. We were seated promptly and presented the menu. My wife ordered the Chicken Veggie Shoyu Soy Ginger and I had the Chashu Belly Garlic Noodle. We both liked our dishes, with complex, bold flavors. The Chashu belly was tender with sweetness and soy flavor shining thru. Its flavor profile reminded me of Pad Thai. A very nice find in Naples!

I would recommend making a reservation in advance, especially during busy evenings. The sushi was extremely fresh and beautifully presented, and you can really tell they focus on quality ingredients. The restaurant was empty aside from one other table. Entering the restaurant and taking a look behind the bar, we noticed a toaster oven and a microwave. We did not seem to notice an actual kitchen. We were seated immediately and we checked out the menu. Not your typical Japanese menu but, we are adventurous and we chose a couple of dishes to try. We both ordered a sprite. We were brought two glasses with ice and two, unopened cans of Sprite. Classy? For the cost of lunch for two here, I think not. Oddly, the restaurant does not give you free rein over your own soy sauce. Instead, they give you the little dish and they pour a little bit in it at the table then take it away. Interesting. We ordered the chicken yakitori appetizer. This comes as three skewers. Unfortunately, the cut of chicken they used was mostly fat globs and had a strange, chewy texture. $16. Not a fan. I ordered the sake salmon maki. It was made with brown rice and had little crunchy round bits on the top. It included a little ginger and about a dime-sized amount of wasabi. The sushi was good. Different, but tasty. But, $18 for a 6 piece roll. Lofty. My husband ordered the hon maguro tuna carpaccio. This dish is basically 8 thinly sliced pieces of tuna sashimi with a balsamic glaze drizzled over it. Good, but not worth almost $30. Again, way overpriced. The service was lacking and lazy, making us wait longer than necessary for our check and a little annoying by leaving us a business card clipped to our $100+ receipt. I don't know who is giving this restaurant high ratings but it is definitely not worth the cost or the quality of service. One and done.

I ordered their so-called specialty: the Nemo's Ultimate Miso Sea Bass--advertised as a "legendary signature dish served with a citrus-ginger butter sauce and asparagus." It arrived at my table practically frozen. After sending it back, I ordered the ginger steamed snapper, which was completely flavorless and tasted like cardboard. The only saving grace of the entire night was the service and the wine (a Txomin from the Basque Country). Save your time and money. Do not eat here.

Service was great from start to finish. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. She brought us champagne on the house for our anniversary which was very nice. She also helped get us a table in the bar area for after-dinner drinks even though it was packed in there. She went above and beyond. The foot was amazing! Usually I'm very underwhelmed by bao buns but these were the best ones I've had. They packed in enough flavor that the buns didn't mute everything (what usually happens). We also had the brisket fried rice which was great. I wanted the meat flavor to come through and stand out a little more from the rice but overall very good. But the miso black cod stole the show. Wow this dish was incredible. The fish absolutely melted in your mouth. I don't even know how they got that amazing texture and flavor on it. Also, awesome cocktails. My one disappointment was the Bangkok Street Noodles with smoked brisket, rice noodles, egg, chili, and crunchy garlic. I expected them to have more spice, but they were much sweeter than spicy. The star of the meal was the Orange Chicken. I do not usually order orange chicken, but this version was outstanding! It was perfectly crispy without being too sweet, with fresh orange peel, sweet chili, and bok choy. The Veggie Fried Rice was another perfect dish. Loaded with button mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, red peppers and scallions, it was loaded with fresh vegetables and flavor. It is the kind of dish I could eat every day! Blackbird Modern Asian exceeded our expectations. Between the inviting atmosphere, exceptional service, generous portions, and delicious food, we only wish it was closer.
