I don't understand how this sushi restaurant got the high rated reviews. Food and service we're not good. Rude waitress with no service skills. They never came by to check on us nor gave refills for our drinks. The waitress seemed annoyed when we asked for refill of hot water. The waitress point over to an area and told us refill our own hot water. We ordered 6 rolls and 2 Bento boxes. The bento box, don't order it the portions are very small, less than any kids meal. However, if you enjoy rice. You'll get a nice prtion it. One of the items we ordered was the baked mussels. It was horrible. How could baked mussels goes wrong. The mussels were not fresh very fishy, it was drown in a brown sauce (maybe eel sauce). The rolls were ok, edible. We won't be returning. read more

I was charged a random $4 fee for yellowtail, even though there is no mention of an additional charge anywhere on the menu. When I ordered a Thai tea (which was $10), it was filled only to the very first line of the cup--leaving almost an inch and a half of empty space to the lid. I politely asked if it could be filled properly given the price, and the server gave me attitude and still didn't fill it all the way (Shown in the photo) I didn't catch her name, but she had short hair and glasses. California roll wasn't the best I've ever had, and the tuna felt a bit broken down, not with as much of a kick as I expected. The caterpillar roll came with generous avocado slices, and was contrasted nicely with the teriyaki sauce that was well balanced atop the roll. The salmon skin roll was one of the best I've ever had, highly recommend getting those two rolls. The fish a little less than room temperature, similar to the feel of the restaurant. All this was accompanied by a refreshing palate cleanser of a mango smoothie. The music is a great level, the environment feels great, and the comfort level is pretty nice. If you've got an hour or two to kill, definitely hit this place. Something tells me there's more to this than it looks. read more

My wife got the 12 piece sushi set, my teens split some ramen and a roll and I ordered the tempura udon. Our food arrived quickly and we all loved it. The fish was fresh and the portions were generous. My udon had a great chew/ bounce to it. The kids devoured the roll and ramen.
