As a visitor who lives in a city that is big on all-you-can-eat sushi, I wasn't sure what to expect coming here. I was enticed by the idea of a conveyor belt and figured it was worth it just for that, but I was pleasantly surprised by the rolls! Disclaimer: I'm not into anything raw, so I'm not the best judge of sushi quality. However, I enjoyed the flavor of all the cooked rolls I ate! It was about $20 bucks for an all-you-can-eat dinner, which includes anything on the belt, or you can order full rolls from the menu. There are chinese food options included as well, but my focus was on sushi. The nice thing about the belt is you get smaller portions and can try more plates! My friends and I turned it into a contest to see who could stack up the most empty plates. I enjoyed  the monkey's love roll, which has tempura banana, shrimp, avocado, and fresh mango on the top. The chicken tempura roll was great too! The seaweed salad was the best I've had. Several different dessert plates rolled around, including cookies, cheesecake, and carrot cake. I had the carrot cake, which was a perfect way to officially put me in a food coma. We sat near the back, so it took longer for some of the rolls we wanted to make their way to us, but that helped us pace ourselves so that we could eat more. Add in some $5 large sakes, and it was the perfect meal! There was a bit of a wait when we arrived, but we were seated exactly when we were told me would be. Ok so this place isn't the highest quality sushi you can get- but the experience is very cool! Wondering what will come a round the train next makes it fun and they do have a basic menu you can order hibachi and basic sushi rolls. For example I love a cucumber sushi roll- so you can order one or two of your faves and then try half a roll here and there as the train brings stuff around. This is a one and done type place. You go once for the experience and then never again because it was too expensive. The sushi was just alright nothing terribly special. The chairs were stained and they should probably replace their cards on the actual train, they are all written over and crossed out which made it seem sloppy. I was not expecting one of the super fancy sushi train places like you see people in Japan visiting on YouTube so I was not disappointed in that respect. I have no words...literally because I am so stuffed. My mom and I came here for a Saturday lunch and had to wait a few minutes for seats to open up. While we waited we wore our masks but as soon as we sat down we could take them off. There is a menu to ordered from but we decided to do the all you can eat lunch special for $10.99. A little conveyer belt goes around the restaurant and if you see something you want, you open the little window and grab it. The only catch is that every piece of uneaten sushi after 3 pieces is an additional charge. You also cannot grab red colored plates under the lunch special (or it is an additional $4/plate). Everything was so good. The sweet potato one was my favorite. Along with the sushi, they also have desserts (cookies, cakes, fruit). The Chinese donuts are something not worth missing. You have: 1. an experience 2. sushi (that's the best part!) 3. affordability. 4. no price gauging. you pick how much or how little you want. 5. you have a full menu available to you if you do not want conveyer belt sushi. I really see no issues here as far as food goes and prices. I think the only issue I have ever had here was service. It can truly be hit or miss even when it is slow, they seem to forget about you sometimes. The sushi is always fresh and enjoyable for what I get. Overall, this is a solid place for lunch or dinner. I was reluctant to try at first, seeing the very varied reviews. One of the reviews, though, got me into the try-them mode, because it said "better than Kroger/buffet sushi". My husband and I have been in-land folks our entire lives. Having grown up in Beijing, my family's financial status never allowed me to try the fancy sushi restaurants either. So we've been happy with good Kroger/buffet sushi, and we gave this place a try with our 4 kids ages 7,5,3,1. Our 7 yo is passionate about sushi (but not raw ones), and our 5,3,1 olds could care less but all of them like Asian cuisine because we do have different Asian food quite often at home. We went for dinner on a Saturday night. It was kind of busy, and we were told the wait would be 20minutes. However I think we waited for less than that, so it wasn't bad. I'm very familiar with the conveyor belt because we have several franchises in Beijing with conveyor belt sushi as well that charge by plates. But the kids thought it was the coolest thing ever and everyone wanted to sit by the belt. Sushi variety was impressive, and to be honest, for land folks that are used to Kroger/buffet sushi, this variety and quality is deferentially an upgrade. They did also have enough non-raw sushi's for my 7 yo to try, and even our 5yo and 3 yo found their favorite nigiris as well (crab stick and shrimp, respectively). Our waitress was very attentive also, and upon request, promptly brought out our dumplings and edamames that we requested for the table aside from the conveyor belt sushis. We could have also ordered other appetizers as well as hibachi for our kids that don't do sushi very much, but they were good on the dumplings, edamame, sushi, and the fruits and desserts they could get from the belt so we didn't. They do charge the full price if you have any left-over sushi for more than 3 pieces/plate, and if you have any hibachi left-over. In all, we are VERY satisfied with this place. The only complaint we had was it was a little pricey for the kids, especially our 1,3,and 5 yo. 2 and under are 3.99, 3-5 are 9.99, and 6+ are 14.99 (can't remember the cut-off for that). Adults are 24.99 for dinner. This price does include EVERYTHING on the menu so it could potentially be worth it, but next time I think we're probably gonna come for date night instead of bringing our children here as well. read more

They renovated the sushi conveyor belt, which looks sleek and cleaner. Staff refilled my water multiple times. The waitresses also frequently came to see what we wanted to order from the all you can eat dinner menu, featuring options not on the "sushi train" that one can get from the kitchen. They did not, however, pick up our finished plates (we accumulated a stack of like 25 plates before paying)... I applaud this place for the variety in sushi roll assortments on the belt and the serving size. They give 2 pieces of nigiri and 3 to 4 pieces of maki or normal sushi rolls per plate. This is perfect for trying different items on the conveyor belt and finding out which rolls you enjoy the most! Unfortunately, the fish did not taste too fresh, and the chefs attempted to cover it up by putting a lot of sauces, tempura crunches, and other ingredients to the rolls. I would not recommend getting the egg drop soup. It was watery and had way too much pepper. I got the salmon teppanyaki, and this tasted as if it was in the freezer for too long. It was hard and rubbery, but the stir fried veggies were fine. I enjoyed the freshly cut watermelon and my first slice of moist lemon cake. When I got a second slice of lemon cake, the edges were icy. I wish they had fully defrosted the new cake slices before putting it on the "sushi train". Overall an interesting experience if you have not eaten at a sushi restaurant with a conveyor belt. However, you are paying more for the experience of opening the sliding doors and choosing your small plates of sushi/desserts. When we arrived at the restaurant at around 5:00 pm the sushi was old that was rotating around the conveyor belt. Not to mention that the restaurant was very dirty. White chairs were everywhere with mop water dirt all over the bottoms, the restaurant itself had a very off disorganized feeling to it. There werelights out, conveyor belt itself was dirty and not working well, doors to open and close to the conveyor were covered in food and handprints as well as the area underneath. Plates were all chipped. Signs for the sushi on the conveyor were chipped, broken, old and had food on them. I was given an old lemon in my water that was brown. I paid $60 for old food and terrible ambiance. Coming from out of town I was very, very disappointed and embarrassed that I picked this place for us to eat at. My wife and I were in Nashville and in the mood to eat sushi. I opened my Yelp app and this particular restaurant was the closest sushi restaurant to our Hotel and so we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was very unique like nothing I've seen before. The sushi was on a clear windowed train-like rolling conveyor belt that wrapped around the whole restaurant. This unique setup had a variety of sushi choices ranging from California Rolls to more exotic selections of Raw sushi. And did I mention it was all you can eat sushi with only one caveat which didn't bother my wife and I at all. The one caveat, in my opinion, was a wise decision by the restaurant. Sushi was not to be waisted and if you grabbed to much sushi that you were obviously not going to eat because you were too full, you would be charged $1 per slice of sushi left on you plate as waste. I was fine with this because it was stated up front when we were seated and set the mentality right out of the gate to only grab a couple of slices of your favorite sushi at a time. So my wife and I took advantage of the all you can eat sushi and desert choices and went to town on picking out some of our favorite dishes. The appetizers were delicious as well and there was a healthy selection to choose from on the menu. We chose the dumplings and Crab Rangoon and it tasted fantastic. Desert was on the same conveyor belt as the sushi with many different choices of cake ranging from all kinds of different flavored cheesecake as well as other types of cake choices such as Carrot Cake. All in all, we were very pleased with our meal as well as the unique design of the restaurant with it's conveyor belt type system that ran throughout the restaurant. The next time we are in Nashville and want to fill up on sushi, we now know where to go. It was well worth the $23 for the meal. You can order from the menu and grab all you can eat from the "train" the sushi tasted fresh and delicious. This is such a cool place! I've been here three times in the last couple weeks because I was so excited to find another All You Can Eat sushi place! The one we had in Minnesota was a little different than this (you ordered the rolls off the menu and didn't have the cool train going by) but still delicious! The price was great! $21 for all you can eat sushi and pretty much anything on the menu. It's a great deal, I've never gotten anything other than sushi off of the menu, but I've seen some of the options and they looked pretty good. The train is such a cool idea, and I really liked that the rolls were only a few pieces and there was a little sign beforehand to tell you what was coming up. The only thing that I will say that's not the best about this place is the hostess, it's been the same one every time I've come here and she's super rude. The first time we came with some friends and we were looking around when we walked in (we hadn't walked up to her yet) and she was literally banging on her knee shouting "hello??" to get our attention. That wasn't the best first impression, luckily we didn't really have to deal with her the rest of the time we were there (she's honestly, been rude every time we've been in). The idea of a sushi train is really cool. You don't have to wait to be served bc the food rides past and you get what you want as soon as you see it. I thought the taste of the sushi was just ok. I really like sushi so I felt it wasn't the best. I got the lunch special which is all you can eat for $10.50. What I didn't like was that they charge if you don't eat everything you choose. This meant that I was forced to eat a couple of items that I did not find appetizing bc I didn't want to be charged. Also I couldn't share with my friend without being charged so that sucked.
