This place so SO AWESOME!! Go for the all you can eat hot pot. It's only like $20 and their portions are really generous, fresh, and delicious. It's the bomb! Other places charge so much for additional sides, but this is all included. They even have a sauce bar with so many different kinds of sauces! Their decor and music is also on point. Cool atmosphere. My mom can't get over how great the wait staff is haha she's keeps commenting on how polite, hardworking, cute, and helpful these young Asian guys are haha The owner even came to check on us and he's a very very nice guy. Carey's himself high and humble. This place is such a hidden gem. My mom's friend told us about it and we will definitely keep on coming back!! Bringin da rest of the fam next time!

Everything was fine until I found a fish bone from the salmon rolls. Very unprofessional. Only order vegetable rolls here!!!

I've been to this place a good amount of times to know they have amazing sushi my mom is the one who showed me this place when I was younger. and though she admitted they have had some rough days where the sushi was not as good we still love this place and always will.

Im not much of a sushi eater, but I wanted something different for lunch,so I tried this place. I ordered the Beef Teriyaki Bento box and was surprised how much different types of foods came in it. First was a small bowl of tasty miso soup. The box contained a salad, California roll sushi, the beef teriyaki with broccoli and other veggies, a rice ball and another item that I was not able to identify. it was all good and tasty. The wasabi was plentiful also. Fast and friendly service was provided by my waitress and other members of the wait staff. Overall not a bad place for a quick, yet filling lunch.

I've been meaning to write a review on this spot for awhile, here it goes now. We are regulars here. One of our favorite is the Tuna Ceviche. Tender tuna, spicy and tangy and sweet. They offer GREAT lunch bento boxes as well. So much food for so little $. The kids menu is great too. My daughter loves the Shrimp tampura. They offer $1.00 Sushi and All day Happy Hour. My husband's all time favorite is the Pepper Tuna, $2.00 for 2pcs. The great thing is he can get like 5 order and get 10pcs of the pepper Tuna and only pay $10.00! That's super cheap for pepper tuna! The staff is always friendly and the ambiance is great. Gosh, I'm starting to have cravings right now!!! If you spend certain amount of $, they give you a coupon for your next visit. Can't beat that!

Just found out that Sushi Yume is now doing hot pot. Why did I wait so long before trying it out!? All I can say is that everything was Perfect!! Great quality ingredients and many different broths to choose from. Service was spot on. If you are looking for an awesome hot pot place without having to drive east or south, go here without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Ordered takeout and customer service was outstanding. Portions are large so this place is excellent value. Rated from least favorite dish to most: Shrimp pad thai was nutty and rich and the shrimp was well seasoned. The sauce was a little bit too sweet for my taste. Beef lo mein was a really generous ratio of beef to noodle. Lots of meat and it was very tender and flavorful. Noodles were fractionally too soft for my preference but I really enjoyed this dish. Cream cheese wontons were better than most. The wonton was delicate rather than thick and oily and the cream cheese filling was not too sweet. The Chinese mustard was perfect but the sweet and sour sauce had an odd spice I can't put my finger on. Kung pao chicken was absolutely fire. Crunchy veggies and tender chicken and spicy sauce and crunchy peanuts. Delicious. Vietnamese coffee, freshly made and not cloyingly sweet. The perfect ratio of coffee to condensed milk. I'd say the consensus was overall positive. But we do have some critique. I had the drunken noodles with pork and mild spice. It was tasty. I enjoyed the sauce, but the pork was tough and there weren't many vegetables. The pork was better as a leftover later. I ordered this because it listed veggies. But those were sparsely placed. Perhaps I needed to ask for extra. My husband had Moo Ping very mild. He said it was tasty, but again, the pork was chewy, hard for him. The rice was so hard, he couldn't cut it with his fork. So that went uneaten. My friends went hotter and it seemed their meals were better. She had Grandma's Pad Thai. I tasted it. Yummy. He had a very hot curry that I didn't try, but he seemed to enjoy it. If I went back, I'd get her dish. They also ordered three appetizers. Edamame might have been frozen. They were mushy to me. And no salt that I detected, so bland. I didn't put enough sauce on the golden tofu, I guess. The others enjoyed it. My husband really liked it. And we all enjoyed the shrimp tempura. My friend also had a mixed drink and seemed to enjoy that. It was quiet enough that we could catch up and it's in between where we live. In all, a good experience, with both hits and misses.

The broth was deep and aromatic and the portion size, especially with the beef rib, was massive. Everything was so impressive that since that visit, this place has been on my regular rotation for pho. Beside Pho, they have a few other offerings, one of which is rather unique. For the more adventurous, Faifo offers a spicy beef pho. This is a dry-style pho serves with all the fixin' and a spicy sate style sauce that makes for an amazing meal on a hot day. It also comes with a bowl of pho broth for satisfying sips between bites. This is easily one of my favorite dish on the menu and a must try here. Beside that, I've also had their Bun Bo Hue, which is pretty dang tasty. The broth is very tasty, though not as funky or spicy as ones I've had in Vietnam. Nonetheless, it's a mighty tasty bowl and something to get for the colder days here in Denver. Both the Bo Kho and the Banh Canh are also very good as well, though not a must compared to other dishes on the menu. Overall, Faifo is a great Vietnamese restaurant. The value is also tremendous given the portion size. This is an easy 4/5 for me.

Their bò kho definitely reminds me of my father's recipe, which is rich and not overly sweet. This aromatic Vietnamese beef stew is a fragrant broth infused with lemongrass, star anise, and spices. It's a bowl of distinct and complex flavor profile that balances savory, sweet, spicy notes, with a vibrant brick-red color from the annatto seeds. The cuts of beef shank, flank, and chuck were soft so you know they spent hours simmering to achieve this level of tenderness. The deep beef profile is highlighted when adding bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime juice to cut through the richness and carrots provided a natural sweetness to the savory broth. Bánh canh is a Vietnamese noodle soup featuring thick, chewy noodles made from tapioca flour, rice flour, or a mix, served in a flavorful broth with various toppings like pork, shrimp, crab, or fish cake. The broth is clean from the hours of simmering bones to create a savory, collagen-rich base. You can taste the freshness of the soup garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, fried shallots, lime, and chili oil. Plus you get a boat load of proteins and garnishes - shrimp cake, imitation crab meat, shrimp, quail egg, mushroom, tapioca noodle, onion, cilantro and black pepper. We'll be back and try the bún bò huế and cá ri.
