Noodles catered my party and it was wonderful! The manager totally had my back on the food allergies and delivered a fabulous spread that was loved by my guests (4 year old birthday for the family). There were 4 kids at the party, so I of course ordered the mac and cheese bar. I was surprised that the 20-year Olds loved it as much or more than the kids, loading up their mac with meatballs and pulled pork, crispy onions and BBQ sauce. I worked at this establishment for the past year. The GM that hired me was great but left for better opportunities. The GM that replaced her and the current GM has no idea what she is doing. She has either made her staff quit or fired them. She has a severe attitude problem towards her managers and team members. She has FAILED 2 food safety audits within the past 3 months. And to save on food costs she isn't following company policy on when to toss food. She keeps using food past company experation dates. She has no respect towards her staff. Nor her customers. Last week I received an email advertising about their Square Bowl meals and it came with a coupon for BOGO. I thought this might be a great thing since we were having several people over to watch the game and so I ordered some, went to go pick it up and made it back just in time.... Wisconsin Mac and Cheese- Normally this dish is good- in the giant square bowl it seemed to be way, way, way under-sauced and very bland. Steak Stroganoff- Sauce was okay, Steak was tender, seemed to be missing something Alfredo MontAmor- I got it with the parmesan crusted chicken, I asked for the spinach and mushrooms on the side- which did not happen. Normally I am a fan of Noodles, I love their noodle soup when I am sick and the steak stroganoff on other days. Today's experience with the giant bowls left me with a bad taste, both literally and figuratively, in my mouth. In all three items the pasta seemed overcooked (I am picky about al dente) and like they cooked with no salt in the water. In don't eat at Noodles very often, but when an occasion comes up I take the opportunity. It may be one of my favorite quick casual places to eat. The food is great, because it's made for you when you order, so you don't get pasta dishes that have been sitting. I had the Pesto Cavatapi with the Parmesan crusted chicken. Love them both! My son had the Mac and cheese which is really great! I also love that they offer the entrees in small or large sizes, so you can really choose what you are in the mood for. This location is always smaller than some of the others, but it's clean and the staff is good. read more

What? They have gluten free pasta now? SCORE! I ordered the Pasta Cavatappi, which has pesto sauce, subbed for GF pasta, and added the braised pork. For a size small dish, it totaled to about $10 after taxes. Although it wasn't a huge portion, it filled me up and tasted delicious. The texture of the GF pasta is not mushy and is a great substitution to "real" pasta. The pork is always delicious and they gave a decent amount in the dish. I wish they would have a GF and dairy free soup that I could order, but I guess I'll have to be patient and wait for them to create a new soup item. read more

Poor customer service and non-accommodating. I would suggest taking your money and buying pasta to make yourself at home. As a male with short hair, I don't expect to find a long hair in my salad. My mistake. Ordered a small Caesar salad, after about the third bite I saw what I thought was a small hair, could've been mine, till I started pulling on it and it was about 10 inches long. Food service workers should wear hair nets, period. I'm reporting this to the health department. Also, I went back to the counter and asked only for my money back for the salad. Do not order from this store on DoorDash! These people barely care when you're in front of them at the restaurant, but the real magic happens when you order on DoorDash. Sidenote: In general, I feel that DoorDash has created a new problem by inserting themselves as the middleman with their delivery service business model. I've noticed that a lot of restaurants (good or bad) have gotten worse with the addition of DoorDash. It seems to allow food service employees to do a horrible job at the actual restaurant and then leave the burden on DoorDash to take the criticism and negativity. This Noodles location in particular stands as definitive proof that the pandemic has left businesses truly desperate for employees. People will apparently take anyone, and this place is a constant reminder of that. No one here ever seems to care... about anything. This location has always been bad in my opinion, but in the last couple of years they've manage to hit new records, and I think it's because they care even less when the food is being delivered by a third party. They do some of the stupidest things I've seen from any noodles location. ...and let's not forget; dinner for my family of 3 costs $30-$40, it's not cheap. I mainly order the pesto for myself. It been my "go-to" for years and I feel qualified to at least know how it's supposed to taste, how it's supposed to be, and what ingredients are supposed to be there. This place literally sends it to my house half cooked 50% of the time. Pasta and vegetables hard and raw. Sometimes it comes with the mushrooms... Sometimes it doesn't? I don't know why.... It literally depends on how the person who's cooking it feels that day I guess. One time I ordered it with chicken and it literally came with chicken and beef mixed together?!? I still don't know if that was meant to be a joke; but I thought it was disgusting, and door dash had to eat the cost even though it was Noodles' fault. Weird complaint: but the meal I order from this location almost tastes flavorless and plain compared to EVERY other location. I couldn't tell you for what reason either, but it's like they're leaving something out that other stores remember? They can't handle any kind of special instructions, don't try. I know because I ask for a little side cup of Sriracha every time I order from DoorDash, but that must be a big ask, because I still have yet to ever receive one. In fact, I would say you have a better chance of hitting a unicorn with your car tomorrow than getting someone to read "special instructions" included with your order from this location (if you're using a delivery service). Again.... $30-$40. You might ask: Why continue to order from them if they're so bad? Well, because I like the chain. It's really just this location that sucks in my opinion. Every once in a while I'll try again with the hopes that some new owner/management has whipped the place into shape. NOPE! Every time it's the same. My husband and I were really excited when this location opened up last year, since it's right next to our neighbourhood. Unfortunately, we've had nothing but negative experiences at this particular location. We've been there three or four times, and I hate to say it's the worst Noodles we've ever been to (we have eaten at 6 or 7 different locations). In general, I find the food at Noodles very good for what it is. It's not gourmet by any means, but it's hot, fresh, and fairly tasty for basic classic pasta. The food at this location is usually okay, but I've had several problems with my orders there, so it's usually not right the first time (for example, one time they made my marinara "spicy" when I asked for regular, and I was getting over the stomach flu so I had to ask them to remake it). The way this particular location is constructed, the line when you're waiting to order bunches up right by the entrance and it's less than ideal when it's crowded, especially when there are a lot of kids running around. The tables don't seem to get cleaned off in a timely manner and during peak hours it's really tough finding somewhere to sit. I have to say, the biggest negative about this location is the service, hands down. The cashiers have never been anything but grouchy during our visits, and there are never enough people at the front end to help the customers in a timely manner. One time when I needed my order remade, I waited by the side of the counter (not wanting to jump in line in front of someone else trying to order), and they literally ignored me for a good 10 minutes (despite making direct eye contact with me). Lesson learned--next time I'll just butt right in front of the line. The last time I was here was probably a good 6 months ago, but I don't know if I'd be willing to give them another chance. Despite the fact that this location is by far the most convenient for us, we always go to the one in Westminster or on 287, both of which are SO much better on all accounts. read more

This review pretty much goes for every Noodles & Co location I've been to, but since this is where I've had a few lunches recently, it's the subject of my review. Noodles is a "quick serv" restaurant that's fun and unpretentious. The menu is categorized by region (Asian, Mediterranean, American) and nods to low carb diets with salads and appetizers. I particularly enjoy the Japanese Pan Noodles (with tofu), the Med Salad, and the Chicken Potstickers. While Noodles seems like such a good idea, and certain items are perfect, many other items disappoint. The Pad Thai is tasteless, as is the Beef Stroganoff. Shockingly and disappointingly, the Mac and Cheese lacks any oven-baked crust and is put on the menu mostly for children. Do go to Noodles & Co for a reasonably healthy, fast, and inexpensive lunch or dinner, but don't expect great things. read more

Our food was ready quickly once we ordered in the store and the staff was very nice. I've been told that the Mac n cheese is amazing and honestly was not impressed. Barely any flavor and very runny cheese if they added too much milk or cream. Did not seem very cheesy. There was a very small piece of chicken with a regular size portion. I feel that they should add more for that size. The Japanese pan noodles had a lot of flavor and had a little kick to it as well. The veggies were delicious as well and the shrimp was not over cooked. The type of noodles they use for this dish I felt like were over cooked. They don't pair well with the dish. read more

I always go here for chicken noodle soup when I am sick, tonight I went to get some for my husband. They have great chicken noodle soup, the broth is very tasty and flavorful. They have a giant tub of it for $18, so if you have a couple of sick people at home, or you are really sick, you could get enough to last a couple of days. I really like the mac and cheese with the crusted chicken here, it is really good! I love that they use high quality noodles, as some place called Noodles and Company should!
