They are pretty light on the sauces (eel sauce, mayo sauce, etc.), which can be a good or bad thing depending on your preferences. The roll I liked the least and wouldn't recommend was the Sunny Day. It had no taste and I didn't like the very mushy texture of all the fish pieces (tuna, salmon, yellowtail). They all blended together into one mush. The Salmon Oshinko wasn't bad.
