I think it is a huge conflict of interest for Auto Service Managers to be bonused on monthly charges. I tried talking to one of the owners and he was equally rude. I will never go here again. I have even filed a report against this business. Hugely disappointed AND disrespected. It's a 'good ole boys' business. Be careful. Response to Bob: Bob, that is not what happened. You believe Tim's version of the story and didn't even listen to mine. Maybe ask Chris who was helping out that week. He was a decent guy. You owe me a refund. You just lost a great customer over $531. Your loss. First after replacing a few spark plugs and Ignition coils that burned out repeatedly - and was not the actual problem (took car home and it was shaking violently the next day again) Tim told Me ' you need to see an ECU specialist ( cars computer) and actually recommended me to one company that were specialists. Ok. As I was on my way to tow the car to the specialist, Tim called me back and said 'hey, guess what - it's the ECU( um, we already knew this and you said I need to go somewhere else for am ECU specialist). Tim said he had the last ECU new computer in the U.S. on hold. Tim, who said they don't do this type of work just the day before said "It will cost $3350 and we can program it too." Ok. Weird. Just before this conversation with Tim, I talked to 4 ECU Specialists in the area. Only one thought they could fix it and they would only charge $1150 for Parts, labor and programming. Tim suddenly decided they could do it. He can lie with a big smile on his face, sadly. And his boss didn't listen to what actually happened - he interrupted me and was really aggressive. He shut me down saying 'I was going to remove the ignition coils and give you a small, partial refund - but now I won't." Big man..."ladies, beware of these crooked mechanics." Seriously, I would never let these men touch my car ever again. If you want to be drastically overcharged and lied to - and not refunded when they misdiagnose the problem - run! Don't walk away from 'Sh*tty, Service' - oops, I mean 'Super' Service' - what a horrible and stressful experience. These people only care about one thing. Ripping you off. I have filed a BAR report on them. Hopefully they don't get away with fake repairs...I had a previous bad experience with Tim also - he tricked me into signing a doc that they would charge me $150 for diagnostics on the Engine light. There was a host of 'problems amounting to thousands of dollars. I left and got a second opinion. None of those issues were actually wrong with my car. And he wouldn't apply that $150 to my Repairs as promised. He took that money and didn't actually repair a thing. Very salesy 'fake friendly'. Watch out!! I hope businesses like this are quickly replaced by integrity-based, service oriented companies who stand by their word. Please don't let them rip you off too.

The dashboard had to come off for the work, so I understand some things had to be moved. However, when I picked my car up they hadn't bothered putting the passenger floor mat back down. Instead it was on top of the seat. They also didn't bother plugging my phone charger back in. I found it tossed in the back seat. The next day I noticed grease stains all over the interior ceiling. The shop let me bring it back in and cleaned them, but now there are just parts of the fabric with a different texture (and still slightly discolored...) from being scrubbed. When I'm spending $2,000 at a shop, I expect my property to be cared for and not returned to me in a worse condition. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

He explained to me that my AC unit would only need a recharge if it has a leak, and they added a dye to the Freon so when it leaks they will be able to find the leak. I liked them so much that I brought my Wife's car in a few days later. She had gone to a Valvoline to get her oil changed and steering fluid refilled, and ever since then her car would squeak loudly in a way that sounded like metal on metal scraping. It would happen when she brakes it, or even when she would turn the when it works start squeaking. I explained this over the phone, and Marty immediately knew that the Valvoline worker just accidentally got some oil on the belt. Marty looked under the car, and we were in and out of the car in about 15 minutes. Call them to make an appointment to make sure they have time, and they will get you back most issues quickly, and explain what they are planning to do, and will call you to let you know when they have updates. The guys also did a great job powdercoating and refitting the new bull bar, in addition to the winch hookups, accessory lights, etc. Definitely not your standard job! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Jesse for your patience as we waited a long time to get the bumper back. Best of all, a lifetime warranty on everything done! I had an accident that caused significant damage to the driver's side door, with lesser damage to the rear door (per photo) - and, of course, this occurred shortly after I dropped collision insurance as the G35 is an old vehicle and starting to show its age, including old bumper damage and an annoying rust spot. So that is the backstory. I got several recommendations, and when I was driving to one, Art's shop popped up in my app - and I headed there to get a quote. This was an early stop, and I filed it away but noted Art's conversation with another potential client that impressed me re: non-OEM part replacement. After gathering ~ 5 quotes - including driving North hoping for lower rates, I was despondent. The repairs were going to cost more than was rational - and I have a wife. But Art's quote was close to doable, perhaps if I also had some of the legacy issues fixed I could rationalize spending the money on my old friend? And that is what we did - Art modified the quote to include several items that made her look better than before the accident! Oh, when I first got her back, a piece of trim was still in need of repair; Art scoured the earth and purchased the scarce part on his dime (well, it was actually pricey for him) and installed it while I waited on a quick return visit - no charge to me. Again, so rare to have a good experience these days, so sorry for all the text but Art deserved it for saving my fair lady!

He gave me two options: a lower‑cost quick fix, or the original quote for the most perfect repair possible. He sent Thomas out to work on my car, and Thomas was great -- super friendly, professional, and even texted me on the day of the appointment saying he could come earlier if I wanted. After hearing what happened, he even expressed sympathy and hoped next time someone would actually take responsibility. Thomas finished everything in about an hour and a half, and the result was basically perfect. He even offered me a lower price than the original quote because the repair went smoothly. The only thing I wasn't fully happy with was David's communication -- it would be nice if he spent a bit more time interacting with customers. But overall, everything went smoothly, and I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Hopefully I won't need their services again anytime soon though

These guys are a bunch of scam artists crooks and that goes for Troy at Tucker tires too. I took my Chevy truck to Tucker for 4 new tires Troy who works in the front told me that it will take an hour. So I said fine I will walk to Costco and I'll be back in an hour. I came back and I didnt see my truck and I asked Troy where was it and he told me I just took it for an alignment. I told him why, who told you I needed an alignment and he said I thought you needed it so I took it there. I told him my truck was fine and I didnt need an alignment. He replied "Well I just took it to SUSPENSION PLUS" and he pointed at the shop. He said " I just took it there so Im sure they havent started the work yet" I walked over to SUSPENSION PLUS and I spoke to this old guy name Ron. I asked him where is my truck and he said "Oh our tech just went on a test drive with it" I told him why did he go on a test drive" He replied "Because we just did an alignment and we always do a test drive when we align cars" I was PISSED and told him "How can you do an alignement on my truck if A. I never gave you authorization and B. Troy just said he brought my truck over a few minutes ago". He replied back "Well we just finished" and you can see that HE WAS LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH. Again I told him that I never gave anybody permision to do an alignment and Im not paying for it. So he replied back "Well somebody has to pay for it" "The work is already done and were not realeasing the vehicle".So I went back to Tucker tire and again they were busy and so I had to wait. Meanwhile as Im waiting I hear the same guy (Troy) telling another lady that her car needed an alignment and she needs to take her car next door to suspension plus and so she did. As Im waiting the guy next to me asked me "so whats wrong, you seem mad" I explained what had taken place and he said "How funny, he (Troy) actually told me the samething and that my car needed an alignment too and my car only has 25k miles" I guess everyone that comes in here needs an alignment". I then realized that this guy Troy had something going on with these guys next door that he kept sending everybody there. When Troy finished I told him that Im not paying for anything since I didnt authorize the work and he needs to go and get my car or else. Troy tried to reason with me and then it turned into an argument with me until I told him that I would file a complaint with BBB and BAR for fraud and you need to get me an invoice incase they screwed my truck up. He then went to SUSPENSION PLUS and got my car with an invoice and its said paid 65.00 for 4 wheel alignment since I wanted an invoice for the work incase something was done on my car and it was done incorrectly. In fact on my invoice it stated that I needed tie rads and bushings. Keep in mind my truck is a 2005 with only 29,785 miles. I left and and the following week I took my truck to Allen Cadillac/GMC on camino capistrano for an oil change and I asked the service writer to check my bushing and tie rads and let me know if they are bad since I was told by SUSPENSION PLUS that I needed them replaced when they did a 4 wheel aligement. SO the service writer laughed and told me " IS THAT WHAT THEY TOLD YOU?" I asked him whats so funny and he replied back. " You cant do a 4 wheel alignment since your car has a straight axle and there is no adjustments in the rear" He calls me back and says that they never did ANY alignment on my truck since the nuts on tie rads for the adjusters dont even have any marks or scratches on them and they still have the under coating that comes on them from the factory and he also told me that my your tie rads and bushings are just fine. I wanted to go back to these liers and give them a piece of my mind but since I didnt pay for the alignment then I had nothing to complain about so I just wanted to warn everybody about these guys and share my awful experience about these liers and scam artists. Troy from Tucker tire is a dam lier and its very obvious he has a stake in all of this or he has something going on with these guys over at SUSPENSION PLUS. Ron from Suspension Plus is a SCAM ARTIST AND A LIER. Its written all over his face. I highly recommend for everyone to be very carefull dealing with these two individuals and Suspension Plus. read more

I came in a few weeks ago to have coil-overs installed on my track car. Not only did Ben take the time to talk through exactly what I wanted, he kept me updated throughout the job and delivered a great suspension install, all at a cost of about half of what other suspension shops had quoted me. A couple of weeks later, I had to put on new rims and tires, resulting in changing the height of my car. After adjusting my suspension height, I had to take it in for another alignment. Without an appointment, Ben was able to take care of everything in just a couple of hours. When I went to pay, Ben said there was no cost because of how recently they had adjusted the suspension. Ben and his team are an example of what a good business should be. You can bet that in the future, they will be my first choice shop for anything I can't do myself, and I will gladly recommend them to friends. Suspension plus is honest, does good work, and genuinely cares about their customers. I hope I don't have a reason to see them anytime soon, but if I do have any car issues, it is great to know that there is a shop I can take it to with no additional stress. read more

I've had many bad experiences with mechanics over the years so I'm very skeptical. I have come to trust Ben, Ron and Jorge with my family's safety. So glad I did- they were very transparent about pricing- the price quoted on the initial phone call was the same price we paid for the service and on top of that, they had a 10% first time customer discount, which was greatly appreciated! It's also nice that it's walking distance to a lot of local food/drink businesses- can walk over to Kona Loa for a coffee during the service. We definitely plan to be back in future for our future service needs!

I'm disappointed with the AHC fluid flush service on my Lexus LX 470. I was told the fluid was…read moreflushed. When I called to ask about it, I was told that the reservoir itself was just dirty. That explanation didn't really give me confidence that the service was done properly. If the fluid was actually flushed, it shouldn't still look this dark. I expected better results. I wouldn't trust this place.

Steve and his crew replced it in a couple of days. Left with it then suddenly the engine light went on. So they checked on it January. Replaced a sensor and adjusted idle. Still it came back on. After a couple of weeks they sent to a neighboring auto shop to check it out. The reason I point this out is that it was just coincidence that this engine light occurrence happened and they took the time to try to figure it out without billing me. In fact they were going to pay for the diagnostic check through the other mechanic. When I found out the occurrence was not related to transmission replacement I said don't let them pay for the diagnostic check I'd take care of it. They went above and beyond. Awesome service...

My car was sluggish even while the engine was working hard. Turned out the ABS system had…read moremalfunctioned and had both front brakes dragging--the right one especially. Took a lot of trouble shooting because it wasn't just the ABS module that had to be replaced, but also the right front caliper and the master brake cylinder. After that the car was back to normal. Steve kept me updated on what they were doing and made sure that the car was finally good to go.
