Great place for wheel alignment. Prices are good. I didn't have an appointment and still got done within a few hours. Lobby is large and clean with water and coffee. Ask TV and magazines. Only gripe is that they advertise as free WiFi but it doesn't work. For whatever reason it won't connect even with the correct password. Seems like something they could fix easily..... would be nice to have, especially if you're waiting around for a few hours. They have cat5 cable at a side desk..... read more

This place is the first place to go after getting your new tires at Costco. Or if you have any kind of suspension issue. We took our truck to them and our car. The truck was misdiagnosed or not diagnosed at all by ford in a number of occasions. We were annoyed because it seemed obvious and was a loud clunk. Ford claimed they couldn't get it to replicate. I don't believe it for a second. It was doing it consistently for months on end. So annoying !! Ben is the owner and awesome. He explains things and cares about his customers. This is my first time writing a review sorry if I miss spell or grammar isn't that great but here it goes... I decided to sell my truck and get something fast and fun to drive. I've always driven trucks and the prospect of this endeavor had me excited. I really wanted a BMW M4 but quickly realized that I couldn't afford it with the money from selling my Tacoma. Long time looking around for used Mercedes C63 without high mileage or crazy expensive but my patience and persistence paid off. I found a 2009 MB C63 AMG with only 36,000 miles and for under $20,000! The guy I got it from didn't take very good care of it and it needed a lot of love. His father was the original owner and babied the car only to give it to his son to take to Las Vegas area where he was going to college. The son took the traction control off(showing off most likely) and tried to do a burnout only to hit a curb going over 50 mph. Then he takes off the damaged stock rims and replaced them with ones that came off a different Benz. They weren't the correct offset and to make it happen some fool sold him on these tires that were ridiculous called "rubber bands". Not just low profile, these things had no meat on them and gave a horrible ride, making every rock or bump in the road something to fear or dodge. So I decided to go to Tucker Tire and see what we could do to improve this situation. Troy from Tucker informed me that we could definitely put some proper wheels & tires on but first I needed to address the alignment. He recommended Suspension Plus next door to sort me out. I took my car there and had a pleasant reception with an overall good feeling about it after talking to Ben(owner). He said he would check it out and let me know what I needed. My car ended up being worse than I thought but after he explained everything it all checked out since the guy I bought it off smashed into the curb hella fast. I ended up replacing my strut, and then Ben tried the alignment and it wasn't within the acceptable range. This meant that there was more damage than expected, but none of this was a surprise because Ben was very thorough and articulate in explaining everything. The issue was the spindle and the part alone was $900 and had to be sent from Germany. This was way over my budget and Ben could tell I was stressing out over it. He said that he would make a call and get back to me with a possible back up plan. He definitely came through for me, he had a friend that was able to bend the damaged part back to acceptable range. He explained that the part was one of the few made outta cast iron and therefore wouldn't loose it's structural integrity by heating/bending it back. This was a great relief because he only charged $385 parts & labor(spindle). So now my car has new wheels and tires with my alignment and steering fixed as well. It's like a totally different car, I can't believe how smooth it rides and no more fear of everything in the road from pebbles to pot holes. I'm very grateful to these guys and if you are like me and don't wanna pay AMG prices for AMG performance, aren't mechanically inclined and appreciate honesty in the people you take your car to then... All I can say is DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I'm a dealer girl. I've always had a Lexus where my vehicle has comes with a dealer warranty. On a whim I switched to Audi in 12/22 (BIG REGRET)! Ever since I purchased the 2019 Q5 from Audi with their Audi Care and an extended warranty, I've had nothing but issues. Recently my arm bushings and engine mounts were recommended to be replaced. The warranty I purchase through the Audi dealer only was able to cover 1/2 of what the dealer (un-named but really really really close to Mission Viejo) quoted. I spoke with the dealer (after leaving 3 messages for my advisor and 2 for the manager), I finally spoke to a manager and landed with advisor Sal. While he was great he told me he'd look into the cost difference and that he'd call me back after his day off, I felt something was off so I called the warranty company. The warranty company recommended some other facilities to include Suspension Plus. I immediately called Suspension Plus and Ben said yes we can do this w/in the price of the warranty and have your vehicle back when you need it. I called the un-named dealer to let Sal know I went with someone else and the receptionist said I can take a message. He called me back and said he already processed everything, even though I NEVER approved it and was waiting an explanation. As I learn later someone at the unknown dealer (close to Mission Viejo) took action w/o my approval and prematurely ordered the parts. Because of this, both Ben and I spent countless hours to correct the issue as apparently the un-named dealer was comfortable replacing the parts they recommended by foreign parts that weren't even the correct parts. Needless to say, Ben and team fixed my car pretty much w/in the warranty estimate with Audi parts, while the un-named dealer was ok with telling me the warranty company acquested to repairing my Audi with after market parts. Long story short, Ben and team can be TRUSTED through all and will spend the time to sort it all out and give you solid advice! read more

A little story of how I ended up here today: Driving up from Mexico to Los Angeles, my alternator gave up on me. Stuck as I was, I had no idea where I was at and had AAA tow me to the closest available mechanics (8 am when they opened). While some mechanics there turned me down or did not have any "time" today, Suspension Plus understood my situation and was considerate enough to help me wherever they could. I was presented different options, completely transparent and very friendly. It is hard to come across honest mechanics these days but here you definitely found one. What more can you say about this place than a 5 star experience. From start to finish (even the wait time) can't be beat. This is my 2nd time here and my first chance getting to meet the owner Ben. I thought I had a major issue with my Tahoe as it pulled very hard to the right at freeway speeds. I took it to a shop where I was getting my tires done and they stated that my front lower A arms were damaged and my tie rods were shot and quoted me almost $1000 to R&R. I took it to Ben today and he assured me all is well and just the Toe needed to be adjusted as it was pretty off. This review is way overdue. My Jeep Wrangler had been making a intermittent popping noise somewhere in the front end. Issue was, the noise would only start after driving for about 30 minutes. We dealt with the noise for years and tried to have it diagnosed everywhere we could think of- no one could find it or wanted to take the time to help. It was to the point of me wanting to get rid of my beloved Jeep because the noise was so irritating and concerning, and a giant mystery to everyone we had taken it to. We decided to give Suspension Plus a try. We dealt with Ben who was great. They kept the car a few days, we asked them to take it around on part picks ups, anywhere they needed to go to drive it long enough to hear the noise. They figured out that I needed a new track bar. This place is awesome. Very friendly staff and fast service. I brought my car here because I had put coolant instead of washer fluid into my car's windshield wipers. I was in a rush so I asked if I could wait for it. Although they were busy, they got it done in less than an hr. The owner didn't charge because he said it was a pretty easy job. This is how an honest mechanic shop operates. I'm sure if I had taken my car anywhere else they would had charged couple of hundred bucks. Highly recommend this place. Worst place ever!! I took my car here for an oil change and general check-up because, frankly, it's a cheap oil change. Ron tells me my breaks are at 80% (all of them), which i thought was weird bc last time they were checked, they were at 20% I heard noises, so the next day I took it to John's Foreign car service, only to find out I'm runninh metal to metal!! Do yourself a favor and take your car somehwere else--they don't know what theyre doing here. John's Foreign (next door to this place) may be more expensive sometimes, but you'll end up paying triple in fixing the damages this place causes read more
