Took my Lincoln Navigator in Tuesday for "The Works" which included tire rotation - tires purchased 9/26/14 and have been rotated about every 5,000 miles. Driving home noticed drifting to the right - again. Happens whenever I have the tires rotated. Called and was told they weren't too busy so went back in and sat for 2 hours to be told they couldn't balance the tires and did not know why and rotated them back to original position. I would have to come back Wednesday for an alignment. It could be a bad tire. Driving home no longer drifting to the right. Went back in Wednesday for another hour, and still could not align the front end - when on alignment machine found camber off and caster measurement would not pull up. Now it's a possible air ride issue. Left tires in original position. My tires do not have matching numbers checked them after I purchased them, and heard a story on the news and yep they don't match. Could that be the problem? Can the front end be over-aligned? Because in addition to the alignment at time of purchase, they have been aligned another two times, about every 5,000 miles when they were rotated. Is that normal? Anyway I now have an appointment with the service department in a couple of weeks to check out the air ride suspension which I should mention has already been repaired twice at Sutton and both were real issues. Since December of 2015 whenever I bring it in, I have nothing but problems. This never used to happen. read more

I purchased a used 2012 Focus from a private party. After about two weeks a message on the dashboard said to shut car off now, transmission issue. I called Rizza ford in Orland Park, I was on hold for several minutes before I could speak to a technician. He said it would probably be covered by warranty due to a known problem but there would be a $125 diagnostic fee. When I called AAA to have the car towed they suggested Sutton Ford because I would get a discount on parts and/or labor with my AAA membership. Because I live in Tinley Park the distance was about the same to Sutton as Rizzia. I called Sutton to inform them that my car would be towed there. Melisa picked up right away in the service department, she said there is an issue with those vehicles transmissions, she asked for the serial number and said the work was not completed on my car and there would be no charge or diagnostic fee. They had the car repaired in two days, had to wait for some parts to arrive, called me and all I had to do is sign for it. I have never been to Sutton but based upon their level of service and Melisa I will defiantly buy my next car from them and have the service work for our 2012 Focus and 2012 Fusion performed there. read more

A great dealership that give total respect to it's customers I brought a MKZ 2017 but now I found out I really need a white Lincoln Continental 2017 my salesperson Ron Eng has been a diamond for me in my task of getting what I really want in this fine automobile. I want heated steering wheel, moon-roof, seat massage, all wheel drive and power trunk lid and it in white exterior black interior as well. He treated me very nice on behalf of both cars and a fair low price that would make come back again to do business with Sutton Ford Lincoln. As I did have one problem with my MKZ radio I was truly greeted very fairly & honestly by Melisa in the service dept to fix my radio problem. But i must have the very best in sound as I own a sound system business and recording studio of my own. After calling Ron Eng he said we can order it the way you want it Joe and keep the payment low as well. My reply I see you on Wednesday afternoon Ron to order the car. So now this coming next summer of 2018. I will be in the market for another car replacement of her 2016 Explorer for my wife as we remain a family of Ford Products. read more

Anita is the BEST! She has been my salesperson for 6 cars at this dealership! She is knowledgeable about every vehicle! I recently purchased a used car from this dealership, and it had around 38000 miles on it. The car generally runs well, but it did have a few issues that Sutton Ford addressed. However, I encountered persistent problems with the check engine light, and despite multiple visits to Sutton Ford, the issue persisted. The mechanic mentioned a potential problem with the catalytic converter, which was also indicated by my phone's car interface, pointing to an emissions issue related to the catalytic converter. Instead of resolving the underlying problem, the dealership repeatedly made temporary fixes, allowing my warranty to expire and leaving me to cover the costs. I leased my third Lincoln MKZ from Sutton this week. Previously, i leased mt first two MKZs from 2 other dealers. i did not return for another car to either of those two dealers. I have bought three cars from Sutton Ford, the first was a 1996 Ford Taurus. The second was a 1999 Ford Taurus and my final car is a Lincoln, MKZ 2014. I get good mileage on my car and I've had no problems with it thus far. I am actually notified when it is time for servicing and I really like this quality in service representation. The FastLane staff is always pleasant, courteous and make certain they understand the service(s) you request for your car. The mechanical staff perform an excellent job in executing your service request, treat your car with care and, given that Sutton provides a free wash upon completion of service, return your car cleaner than it was when you brought it in. The one thing I despise in life is purchasing a new car. We searched on line and the lowest price took us here. I have to say, our salesman we ended up with (RON ENG) made our experience here painless. He was not pushy at all and gave my husband and I plenty of time to make our decision.
