SvS vision was such a wonderful experience. The entire staff was very help and informative. Dr. Bon is wonderful at his job! He is very professional, informative and thorough with his exam. The moment I walked in the ladies at the front desk were extremely generous. They engaged with every patient who entered the facility. Pam was so awesome! She was very patient with me finding the right pair of glasses. We had to go through at least 25 pairs until she finally helped me find the most flattering pair. I visited the South Euclid, Ohio center and was wowed! The Dr. took his time and did extensive exam to make sure my son had the correct prescription for his glasses. I've been to other optical centers and always felt rushed or the doctor wasn't personable. But at SVS I felt comfortable and the Dr answered my questions and made my son aware of what he needed. The staff was great as well; they were all very friendly and gave excellent service. They gave good feedback on what looked good on my son and took time to help. I have previously gone to the big-box vision stores and always felt a bit like a number and a bother so I decided to try SVS nearby my home. From the moment I called for an appointment I was treated like a friend. The doctor took his time during my examination and patiently answered all my questions. The technicians were patient while I tried what seemed endless pairs of frames and gave me honest feedback on the look. My glasses came sooner than promised and, again, felt like I was the only one who mattered while they adjusted my glasses for the perfect fit! Good morning, my name is Leslie Rose. Yesterday, 2/15/2021 while installing ceiling tiles at my church I got some debris in my eye. I attempted to flush it myself but to no avail. I called SVS, and on President' Day, they were open. Without an appointment the sales rep, got me an appointment. I arrived with my eye in great discomfort. The staff and the doctor were amazing. SVS on Cedar is amazing! Everyone is thoughtful and patient. I have recommended 3 people to them so far and will continue to do so. The reps help you find the perfect glasses for your face and personal style. The Dr explained everything and provided options... My daughter went from contacts to glasses to contacts and glasses. They explained the benefits and gave us time to make an informed decision. I had a great experience. Staff was friendly, Dr. was nice, knowledgeable, and took the appropriate time to evaluate my eyes. The store was clean, orderly, and I felt they did a nice job managing the impact of COVID on daily operations. Having said all this - be aware of two times of year...back to school and end of year. Both times on the calendar where the urgency of visits is evident and the demands of staff being pulled in every direction may frustrate some - lol. 5 Stars This is my second exam and pair of glasses from the Cedar Center SVS. I was happy with the covid precautions. I was the first appointment of the day (snuck in after a cancellation) and observed the doctor and employees getting temperature checks. They were all masked and hand sanitizer was in abundance. Tables, chairs and people were well spaced. Dr. Rais was thorough and approachable and the front from technicians were professional and friendly. The prices are very good. I love the fact that I don't have to feel like I am "taking up the doctor's valuable time" at SVS -- like I have at other eye care centers. After my exam, the doctor sat with me and answered all of my questions, made recommendations for over the counter vitamins and eye drops I asked about and never seemed like he had to rush off to other patients. In addition, his associates were cheerful and helpful when it came to picking out frames, and was sure to explain what my vision plan offered so that I didn't overspend. read more

I receive quality customer service anytime I interact with the staff at SVS. Sometimes things happen but SVS always finds a way to be sure the customer is satisfied. I appreciate the doctor taking the time to be sure that the contacts fit my eyes comfortably. He offered the option for me to try a pair of multiple brands until I could see well without any discomfort. The front end staff was very patient and caring. Friendly staff and excellent customer! I went for a schedule eye exam at 1 pm. I was greeted when I came in. They found my paperwork and confirmed my appointment. I was 10 mins early, so I took a seat in the waiting room and was offered so coffee. At one, the optometrist called me in, right on time for my apt. He was friendly yet professional and found the perfect pair of lenses for me. This was my third time coming here, and I always enjoy how friendly and helpful everyone is. read more

Whether you have a scheduled appointment or are a walk-in you are greeted and helped in a timely manner. The staff at SVS Vision was so nice and accommodating. My appointment was for 17:40, but the amazing staff was able to get me seen almost a hour early. Maria helped me find the perfect eyeglasses, and she was very cool and easy to talk too. Dr. Rais, was very knowledgeable, and made my appointment very easy and pleasant. I lost my glasses a few weeks back and went back to SVS to get a new pair. Ended up walking out after purchasing 3 new pairs, one Transition, one Sunglasses and a new pair of safety glasses. The service could not have been better, I had no appointment - But the store wasn't busy when I arrived, so I was in and out within a half-hour. Still waiting on the two pairs, but the safety glasses I picked up fit great. read more

I like SVS but I love going to the SVS located in South Euclid OH. The store is clean and they have a nice selection of glasses at a reasonable price. I always enjoy my visit- the staff and I laugh together like old friends. I've been to other SVS locations, but the staffs professionalism and friendliness is why I keep returning to the South Euclid location. read more

Great to schedule appointments and even stayed much later to make sure they did all of the proper testing on my eyes as they needed some extra time. The way my eyes were tested to get to the proper prescription is a bit of an older method but at the end of the day, the results are the same. Just a bit more work on their end. Would definitely recommend this place! read more

The doctor provided my dauggter with a thorough review. Not a cookie cutter exam. He took his time to ensure my daughter received the right prescription. The staff was very patient and provided excellent customer service. They remembered us from a previous annual visit. We took advantage of the children under 18 receive a free pair.
